Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi masyarakat, salah satu contohnya dalam membuat karya ilmiah. Tindakan negatif tersebut berupa adanya plagiarisme. Kemudahan informasi yang didapatkan dari internet menyebabkan ketidakpeduliannya masyarakat terhadap kemuktakhiran suatu informasi, sehingga masyarakat tidak memfilter informasi terlebih dahulu sebelum menggunakannya. Tujuan dari diadakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu untuk memberikan sebuah solusi dari permasalahan tersebut berupa software mendeley, software ini memiliki arti suatu software manajemen referensi yang membantu dalam membuat penulisan sitasi dan daftar pustaka pada suatu publikasi hasil penelitian karya tulis ilmiah. Selain itu juga perlu didukung dengan pemanfaatan e-resources untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan bekal keterampilan bagi pustakawan dan guru dalam menghindari tindakan plagiarisme dan mampu mengetahui sumber informasi mana yang terpercaya untuk menunjang pembuatan karya tulis ilmiah. Mitra pada pengabdian ini adalah SMAN 8 Jakarta. Adapun hasil dari E-Resources menyatakan nilai posttest lebih tinggi dari pretest. Maka kemampuan dalam pengetahuan E-Resources pada peserta mengalami peningkatan. Sedangkan Hasil dari Mendeley menyatakan bahwa semua hasil nilai posttest lebih tinggi dari pretest. Maka kemampuan dalam pengetahuan Mendeley pada peserta mengalami peningkatan.

Researchers research to develop science. Research results are published as a form of scientific communication. One type of scientific publication is a journal article. YARSI Medical Journal is a peer-reviewed journal in the field of medicine and health that is open to the public owned by YARSI University. The author's productivity patterns in the YARSI Medical Journal so far are unknown. Author productivity is the number of papers produced by the author on a particular subject and published in scientific journals in a certain period. This study aims to (1) Determine the author's productivity patterns using Lotka's Law with complete count techniques in YARSI Medical Journal 2009-2018; (2) Testing the suitability of the frequency of Lotka's Law with the author's frequency distribution using the complete count technique in YARSI Medical Journal 2009-2018. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with bibliometric analysis. Data collection uses documentation method. The results of this study include (1) the pattern of author productivity with an exponent value (n) 2.874110535 and the constant (C) 0.820080499 meaning that the author contributing to one article is 82.00% of the total number of authors, it can be said that the YARSI Medical Journal Author Productivity Pattern 2009- 2018 is low or less productive. (2) Based on the K-S test the maximum deviation is 0 and the critical value is 0.0829206. Dmax is smaller than the critical value, so H0 is accepted. That is, the Author Productivity Pattern uses the Complete Count Technique in YARSI Medical Journal 2009-2018 following Lotka's Law.

Cultural literacy is the ability to know, recognize and understand the culture that exists in an environment. Preserving a culture must be so as not to disappear or become extinct, one of the cultures that need help developing is Silat Sliwa Betawi in Kalideres. This research aims to analyze the influence of silat Sliwa Betawi digital comics on cultural literacy in the teenager Bulak Simpul Kalideres.This type of research is a combination of research with experimental research. The subject of the study was a teenager in Bulak Simpul Kalideres, while the object of this study was the influence of Silat Sliwa Digital Comics on Cultural Literacy in Bulak Simpul, Kalideres. The final sample count used for the analysis was 36 adolescents. Running the research site in Bulak Simpul Kalideres. Data collection techniques use active participation observations, unstructured interviews, and questionnaires. It runs the data analysis into two stages: qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. After conducting pre-test, experiments with digital comics, post-test then analyze the last data using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test method, which gets the result that the value of Pvalue = 0.000 is smaller than α=5%, where if Pvalue is smaller than α then there is a significant influence between after and before the treatment of the use of Sliwa Betawi digital comics on cultural literacy.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hukum mengenai hak-hak anak dalam rangka mewujudkan generasi yang berkualitas di RA Baitul Hikmah Cempaka Baru, Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah minimnya pengetahuan, khususnya di kalangan orang tua, guru, dan pengasuh, terkait hak-hak dasar anak yang mencakup pendidikan, kesehatan, perlindungan dari kekerasan, serta partisipasi dalam lingkungan sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory action melalui kombinasi ceramah (40%) dan diskusi interaktif (60%), disertai instrumen evaluasi berupa pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta mengenai prinsip-prinsip perlindungan anak sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014, dengan temuan penting berupa komitmen bersama antara orang tua, guru, dan tokoh masyarakat untuk melakukan tindak lanjut berupa coaching guru serta pembentukan lingkungan belajar yang ramah anak. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pendekatan partisipatif berbasis evaluasi lebih efektif dibandingkan metode ceramah satu arah yang digunakan dalam pengabdian sebelumnya, serta mampu mendorong keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam upaya pemenuhan dan perlindungan hak-hak anak secara berkelanjutan.

Technological developments provide convenience quickly to its users, one of the media for technological and communication developments is Instagram social media. Instagram social media makes it easy to find and get information. This means that libraries need to keep up with the times. Libraries are required in order to introduce and utilize various collections, services and activities provided for the community. The North Jakarta sub-district library has social media Instagram @perpusjkt_utara to disseminate information, services, collections and activities in the library. The research aims to find out how social media and Instagram influences the use of libraries in the North Jakarta Library and archives department. The method used in this research is a correlational quantitative method to determine the influence of Instagram social media on library use with a total of 76 library user respondents. The results obtained in this research show that the Instagram social media @perpusjkt_utara with all the activities carried out encourages library users to utilize the library in terms of services, activity events and the existence of collections so that the Instagram social media variable has a significant effect on library utilization with a significance value of 0.000 0, 05 and the Pearson correlations obtained were 0.863 in the interval 0.80 - 1.000, there was a positive and strong correlation. The research concludes that the social media Instagram @perpusjkt_utara with all the activities carried out encourages library users to utilize the library in terms of services, event activities, and the existence of collections. So the social media variable Instagram has a significant effect on library utilization.

Pelecehan Seksual merupakan kejahatan serius terhadap kemanusiaan, dengan dampak yang luar biasa, terutama terhadap generasi muda suatu bangsa yang beradab. Kejahatan pelecehan seksual kepada anak merupakan kejahatan transnasional, karena jumlah peningkatan pelecehan seksual terhadap anak terutama makin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Peningkatan pemahaman hukum terhadap dampak pelecehan seksual kepada anak, dimana masyarakat diberikan penyuluhan serta pemahaman bagaimana bentuk katagori dari pelecehan seksual yang sering terjadi dan bagaiamana dampak dari pelecehan seksual tersebut baik kepada korban dan pelaku yang harus senantiasa ditindak lanjuti oleh pihak yang berwenang secara serius agar tidak ada lagi terdapat masyarakat yang melakukan pelecehan seksual kepada anak. Agar anak dapat menjalankan aktivitas dimana pun dengan baik dengan lingkungan ramah anak dan taat pada aturan sehingga dapat menjadi anak yang teladan dan berprestasi. Dalam kaitannya dengan Indonesia, sebagai negara hukum. Negara hukum yang dimaksud adalah negara yang menjunjung tinggi supremasi hukum untuk menegakkan kebenaran dan keadilan. Secara umum, dalam setiap negara yang menganut konsep negara hukum terdapat tiga asas dasar, yaitu supremasi hukum, persamaan di hadapan hukum, dan penegakan hukum dengan cara yang tidak bertentangan dengan hukum (due process of law).
