Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam pembelajaran seni budaya melukis dengan menggunakan media di SDI Manunai Maumere. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru seni budaya dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajran seni budaya di kelas IV SDI Manunai Maumere yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pada pengumpulan data dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Peran guru yang terdapat pada proses pembelajaran di SDI Manunai Maumere memperlihatkan sesungguhnya guru bias mengelementasikan 7 dari 9 peran guru yang dijalankan pada proses belajar mengajar, yaitu guru sebagai perencana proses belajar dan mengajar, guru sebgai pengatur proses belajar, guru sebagai pembimbing dalam proses belajar, guru sebagai penilai, guru sebagai tempat konsultasi kepada siswa, guru harus menggunakan kurikulum yang berbasis lingkungan, tugas serta tanggung jawab guru, dan syarat guru yang baik dan berhasil.

Education in the current era promotes character development in every subject. Educational institutions especially formal (early-upper middle age level) try to provide specific activities. This activity is expected to be able to support and encourage students to have good characterThis research is titled ‘Forming Student Character Based on Cultural Arts Education at SDK St. Yoseph Maumere. The problems in this study are (1) What is the strategy of cultural arts-based character education in SDK St. Yoseph Maumere, (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for arts-based character education at the elementary school level?, (3) students, students, local education providers about the implementation and benefits of art and culture-based character education. The study was conducted at SDK St. Yoseph Maumere with consideration (1) SDK St. Yoseph Maumere was predicated as one of the schools active in the development of art and culture, (2) As an active school it turned out that it had many achievements both at the local and national level. The results of this research to show: (1) Art and cultural based character education in SDK St. Yoseph Maumere using habituation methods, (2) Schools have character education bases that are highlighted, (3) Cultural arts subjects have been implemented in character education, (4) Education characters are not exclusive in cultural arts lessons but throughoutsubjects.

This study aimed to describe the process of making and the creative Scrapbook masterpiece of 5th grade students SDK Cawalo-Palue on SBK Subject. The type of this research is a qualitative type with descriptive method and participants observation technique. The subject of this research is 5thA students of SDK Cawalo Palue. The research instrument is human instrument, by using obsevation guidelines and interview guidelines. The results of the research were (1) The process of making four creative works of Scrapbook begins with a discussion determining the theme to be selected in making the work. Followed by ornaments that support the theme. Next, create the ornaments with drawing patterns on origami paper, cut the patterns that have been made and coloring the ornaments using color paint. Then the ornament is affixed to the background paper. (2) Four creative works of Scrapbook made by students have contained elements and principles of fine arts. Among them, in the creative work of Scrapbook has included elements of lines, colors, shades, textures, space and dark light on Scrapbook ornaments. Placement of the ornaments on paper that has met the principles of art, unity, tone, full and harmony.

Abstrak Pemimpin, kepemimpinan, dan seni dalam mengolah konflik sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah organisasi. Terutama dalam organisasi seni seperti di Lembaga Pusat Musik Liturgi Yogyakarta. Psikologi sosial dan organisasi merupakan suatu bagian yang sangat melekat dalam diri seorang pemimpin. Seni menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan terutama terhadap tekanan yang dialami oleh seseorang dalam organisasi memiliki dampak terhadap perkembangan psikis dan produktivitas kerja. Terdapat berbagai persoalan yang dapat menimbulkan stres sehingga diperlukan suatu pendekatan untuk mengatasi stres agar tidak menghambat kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali akar permasalahan psikologi organisasi terutama tentang kepemimpinan di Lembaga PML Yogyakarta serta menganalisis dan memformulasikan strategi pendekatan apa yang tepat dalam mengelola dan mengatasi stres yang dihadapi. Pendekatan sosial merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat merangkum ketiga metode lain seperti pendekatan psikologi, pendekatan individu, dan pendekatan transaksional. Stres di tempat kerja dapat kita lihat tidak hanya sebagai tingkat fenomena psikologi, tetapi juga sebagai proses politik dan sosial yang selalu terjadi dan tak terhindarkan. Penyelesaian solusi stres pada tempat kerja tentunya tidak bisa lepas oleh pengaruh sosial dan membutuhkan penyelesaian pendekatan sosial. Di sini peran seorang pemimpin sangat dibutuhkan. Especially in the arts organizations such as The Institution of Yogyakarta Liturgical Music Center. Social and organizational psychology is an inherent part of a leader. The art of solving various problems, especially against the pressure experienced by a person in the organization has an impact on psychological development and work productivity. There are various problems that can cause stress so that an approach is needed to cope with stress in order not to hamper performance. This study aims to explore the roots of the problems of organizational psychology, especially about leadership at PML Yogyakarta Institute as well as analyze and formulate the right approach strategy in managing and overcoming stress faced. Social approach is one method that can summarize the other three methods such as psychological approach, individual approach and transactional approach. Stress in the workplace can be seen not only as a level of psychological phenomena, but also as an ongoing and unavoidable political and social process. Completion of stress solutions in the workplace certainly can not be separated by social influences and requires the completion of social approach. Animation media has a very important role in improving the initial reading ability of the first graders of SDI Wolomarang. This study aims to determine the extent to which an animation media can be used and measure the development of reading skills in elementary grade students. At an early age, students are more familiar with visually appealing and easy-to-remember media than boring verbal presentations. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques including tests and observations, analyzed using the T-test. From the results of the T-test calculation, there is a t-count of 2.410 and a t-table with dk = 15 and a significant level = 0.05 is 1.753. It can be concluded that t-count > ttable (2.410>1.753) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From these results, it can be seen that there is an effect of using animation media on the initial reading ability of the first graders of SD InpresWolomarang. Thus, it can be concluded that the students' initial reading ability and class 1 students' learning outcomes have changed for the better after using animation media in the experimental class.

Abstract Animation Media has a very important role in improving the ability to read early in the 1st grade of SDI Wolomarang. This research aims to find out the extent to which an animation medium can be used and measure the development of reading skills in elementary class students. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques including tests and observations, analyzed using the T-test test. Thus it can be concluded that the student's initial reading ability and first grade student learning outcomes changed in a better direction after using animation media in experimental classes.

Ethnomathematics is used to show what is found in the social environment, which is related to the social, economic and cultural aspects of a society. We can find ethnomathematics in the process of making ikat weaving. Where the manufacture and results of ikat weaving cannot be separated from mathematical concepts. Ethnomathematics in ikat weaving can be used as a learning medium for students. This research aims to determine the application of geomathematical aspects in mathematics learning on Sikka ikat woven fabric from East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research is ethnomathematics research, qualitative descriptive research. Data was taken from two weavers at the Jata Kapa Center in Maumere. The data collection method for this research uses in-depth interviews with two weavers and an elementary school teacher. The researcher also obtained data through documentary research related to sources in the form of journals and tools used in the form of interview guides, observation sheets and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the patterns on the roseani woven fabric contain mathematical concepts, especially plane geometry in the form of rhombus patterns, triangles, parallel lines, parallelograms, squares and rectangles.

This study aims to explore the character values contained in the traditional Togo Pou dance of the Palue ethnic group and to examine the potential aspects of Science Education (IPA) that can be derived from the movements of the dance. Togo Pou is a traditional dance from the Palue ethnic group in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, which reflects the behavior patterns of the community through dance movements accompanied by gong and drum music. Each dance movement mirrors the meaning contained in the lyrics of the song, which invites the community to work together on tasks that cannot be done alone, such as building a boat. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The collected data is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subjects of this research are the people of Dusun Lomite Bhako and traditional leaders who have a deep understanding of the meaning of the dance. The findings show that the Togo Pou dance contains character values such as religiosity, love for peace, social care, and friendliness and communication. The conclusion of this study is that this dance is not only a cultural heritage but also serves as a means to teach character values and Science Education, such as balance and coordination, which are beneficial in elementary school education.

This research is motivated by the learning situation in the classroom which is still conventional and fixated on the textbooks provided by the school. Teachers have not been creative and innovative in designing teaching materials so that they do not improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to increase teachers' understanding and creativity in developing science and technology teaching materials based on Guti Nale local wisdom in Lembata Regency. The development research procedure uses the ADDIE development model. The subjects in this study are 22 students in grade IV of SDK Aliuroba in Lembata Regency. Data collection was carried out through document studies, observations, questionnaire distribution and interviews with teachers who developed teaching materials. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively, starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that teachers are able to develop elementary science teaching materials based on local wisdom "Guti Nale" in Lembata Regency. The results of this study also have implications for the development of students' understanding and learning outcomes and increase the spirit of loving local traditions.
