Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of Affective Commitment to OCB, (2) the influence of Emotional Intelligence on OCB, (3) the influence of Organizational Support on OCB, and (4) the influence jointly of Affective Commitment, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Support to OCB. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study is a permanent employee of the Office of Industry and Trade of the Special Region of Yogyakarta which amounts to 68 people. The sample of this study because less than 100 then 68 permanent employees were involved all. Data collection method using questionnaire using Judgement Sampling technique or often called Purposive Sampling. This study used data quality test, classic assumption test (normality test, heterocysticity test, and multicollinierity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that Affective Commitment Variables have no effect on OCB Variables. Emotional Intelligence Variables have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational Support Variables have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Variable Affective Commitment, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Support together or simultaneously affect OCB.

Abstract

Hotel merupakan sarana penunjang dalam memberikan pelayanan jasa penginapan bagi pengunjung yang melakukan perjalanan atau berlibur. Pengelolaan sebuah hotel tidak terlepas dari sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia merupakan hal yang penting bagi kelancaran suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah. Mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, kompetensi dan komunikasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di Yellow Star Hotel Gejayan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di atas 1 tahun yaitu sejumlah 122 karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship pada Hotel Yellow Star Gejayan. Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organiztional citizenship pada Hotel Yellow Star Gejayan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,334. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan kompetensi terhadap organizational citizenship. Jadi semakin tinggi tingkat kompetensi seseorang maka organizational citizenship akan mengalami peningkatan.. Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organiztional citizenship pada Hotel Yellow Star Gejayan. Tingkat pendidikan, kompetensi dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap organiztional citizenship pada Hotel Yellow Star Gejayan dengan nilai FHitung sebesar 113,810.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Internal Control and Incentives on Work Productivity with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable (Study on Titik Terang Konveksi). The population in this study amounted to 48 employees. The sample of this study used the saturated sample technique, so the research sample was set at 48 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study obtained through research questionnaires that have been filled out by respondents who have been determined. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of internal control on work discipline, there is an insignificant effect of incentives on work discipline, there is a significant effect of incentives on work productivity. And with the results of the Sobel test it was found that there was a significant effect of internal control on work productivity mediated by work discipline, there was an insignificant effect of incentives on work productivity mediated by work discipline on employees of Titik Terang Konveksi.Keywords: Internal Control, Incentives, Work Discipline, Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, affective commitment, work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This research method uses descriptive quantitative by using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study, using the census technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 90 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on motivation with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. Affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on motivation with a significance level of 0.030 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. The work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.093 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Motivation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.379 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (p<0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. affective commitment has no positive and significant effect with a significance level of 0.081 > 0.05, so the hypothesis in VI is rejected. The work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.676 > 0.05, so hypothesis VII is rejected. Organizational culture on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 0.83 < 1.96, then hypothesis VIII is rejected. Affective commitment to employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 0.57> 1.96 then hypothesis IX is rejected. Work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 0.69> 1.96 then hypothesis X is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the most influential and important variables that cause the low quality of employee performance at BBTKLPP Yogyakarta in accordance with the problems that have been formulated. A sample size of 90 that can represent the population is determined using the Krejcie-Morgan method. The method of analysis in this study is to use a variance-based analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling using a questionnaire instrument. Non-physical work environment variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance by showing p values of 0.581; Workload variable has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance with p values of 0.058; Non-physical work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work stress and p values of 0.000; Workload variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress with an original sample value of 0.180 and a p value of 0.05; Work stress variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.270 and p values of 0.327; Work stress as intervening influences the relationship between non-physical work environment variables and employee performance with tcount (9.26)> ttable (1.96); Work stress as an intervening effect on the relationship between workload variables and employee performance with a tcount (8.33)> ttable (1.96).

Abstract

Organisasi melakukan peningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan mengembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan instrumen kuesioner pada karyawan PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta. Olah data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan Sobel test. Temuan riset menyatakan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan dimediasi oleh OCB. Tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, OCB, kinerja karyawan.
