Abstract

Domestic Violence (KDRT) is still a problem that must be addressed by the Indonesian government, recorded according to the National Commission on Women in 2022 an increase of 18,261 cases, even though law enforcement officials have implemented the Republic of Indonesia Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning Handling Crimes Based on Restorative Justice. And the institution of the Prosecutor's Office, through the Regulation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Restorative Justice Prosecution. So it is necessary to analyze the urgency of restorative justice through penal mediation as a settlement of domestic violence cases in the perspective of restorative justice. This research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach. The results of the research are the procedures for implementing restorative justice through penal mediation in domestic violence cases carried out with the stages of the police report or complaint process by victims of domestic violence, finding post mortem evidence if physical violence has occurred, a statement of peace, a mutual agreement, and evidence of victim recovery. Meanwhile, in the scope of the prosecutor's office, the stages of the process of peaceful efforts, mutual agreement, fulfillment of justice, and issuance of a letter of termination of prosecution are carried out, and if the agreement is not fulfilled, the court process continues, and penal mediation is very important in domestic violence cases, because Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence does not provide special rules for restorative justice, so that the rights of children affected by domestic violence cannot be fulfilled. Therefore, it is important to implement Police and Prosecutor's Office Regulations on handling criminal offenses based on restorative justice to create a win-win solution and fulfill justice for the dignity of each party involved.

Abstract

This data article presents a comprehensive analysis of scholarly works related to digital forensic within the legal domain, spanning the years 2012 to 2022. The study began with a search on Lens.org, yielding a total of 11,376 scholarly works, which were subsequently filtered to focus exclusively on journal articles, reducing the dataset to 4,482. Further refinement narrowed it down to 3,802 works within the specified date range. The final filter for "law" as the subject matter resulted in 898 scholarly works. This data is now available on Zenodo in both CSV and BibTeX formats, facilitating research and literature reviews in the realm of digital forensics within the legal context. Analysis of the data reveals the most prolific publishers, active countries, top authors, and institutions. Notably, the study highlights that the United Kingdom is the most active country in the publication of digital forensic research, and it sheds light on the evolution of this field over the years, with 2021-2022 being the peak in scholarly output. "Digital Forensic Research Landscape" serves as a valuable resource for anyone seeking insights into the legal aspects of digital forensics and the dynamic landscape of related research. Abstract

The practice of money politics by some parties has been considered normal in elections in Indonesia. The discussion of money politics has been widely discussed in the literature on voter behavior in Indonesia, both from a political, sociological, psychological, and rationale choice (political economy) perspective. There are also studies that pay attention to the influence of money politics in elections. Academic explanations of the electoral impact of money politics are also discussed in several international studies. The problem is how the solution in preventing the occurrence of money politics transactions in the election, the alternative analysis process is to use normative juridical methods with historical empirical data, through socialization, and face-to-face, participant observation and the amount of participation from the context of money politics, the role of institutions in the process of educating mass awareness through party doors and community leaders is an alternative solution to close the path of violation of election law, on the other hand public awareness and political parties and candidates are the ones who really play a role in breaking the chain of the spread of money politics transactions.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of service quality and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Ale's Place Japanese restaurant, Cipoho, Sukabumi. Service quality, which includes service speed, staff friendliness, and cleanliness, as well as the restaurant's strategic location, are important factors that can influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study used qualitative methods with data collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques to consumers who have made at least one purchase in the last six months. The results of the study show that good service quality can significantly increase customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. Although the location of the restaurant is not entirely strategic, the uniqueness of the concept and quality of service still attract customers. Therefore, Ale's Place should focus on improving service quality and consider additional factors such as price and promotion to retain and attract more customers.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji bagaimana Program Pembelajaran Melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), sebuah program multi-sektor untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat, diimplementasikan di Desa Cisolok, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Stunting, rendahnya adopsi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), ancaman bencana megathrust, rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan UMKM, dan kurangnya pendidikan karakter bagi generasi muda hanyalah beberapa dari masalah kompleks yang dihadapi desa tersebut. Studi ini menganalisis taktik implementasi program, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan dampak awalnya menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa intervensi terintegrasi dapat meningkatkan pendidikan karakter, penggunaan teknologi digital oleh UMKM, praktik hidup sehat, kesiapsiagaan bencana, dan pengetahuan gizi. Namun, kendala infrastruktur, kurangnya literasi internet, dan kebiasaan hidup sehat yang tidak teratur masih menjadi masalah. Hasil ini menyoroti betapa pentingnya kerja sama lintas sektor dan dukungan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan mempromosikan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Desa Cisolok.
