Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of division Trade Partnership in the implementation of blibli.com E-commerce and to know the strengths and weaknesses in the work process of the Division of Trade Partnership and to explain the application of the functions of Trade Partnership to the blibli.com E-commerce business. From the results of research that can be explained that the Division of Trade Partnership on blibli.com E-commerce provides many benefits to Blibli.com in the process of pricing and searching for merchants who have not joined Blibli.com. In terms of Pricing Analysts with Price Comparison system, they can greatly help Blibli.com in developing the good image of Blibli.com E-commerce, especially in terms of recording the lowest prices for each product sold. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, where the researcher will record, manage, present and interpret and analyze data to provide an overview of how the role of the Trade Partnership Division in the implementation of Blibli.com E-Commerece. This study found that the role of the division Trade Partnership in Blibli.com E-commerce gave many benefits to Blibli.com in the process of pricing and searching for merchants who have not joined Blibli.com. In terms of Pricing Analysts who have a Price Comparison system, they can greatly help Blibli.com in developing the image of Blibli.com E-commerce, especially in terms of recording the lowest prices for each product sold.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMicrolearning merupakan metode pembelajaran mikro yang berupaya menyampaikan pengetahuan atau bidang ilmu secara parsial kepada mahasiswa dan publik. Metode ini dikaji dan diadaptasikan pada proses pendidikan mahasiswa pascasarjana teknik energi terbarukan. Tujuan riset adalah perancangan alur kerja dan penyusunan materi kuliah dengan metode microlearning. Metode riset dilaksanakan melalui tinjauan pustaka dan penerapan rencana pembelajaran semester yang menjadi panduan belajar di perguruan tinggi. Alur kerja penyusunan microlearning telah diterapkan untuk mata kuliah konversi energi biomassa dan angin, kemudian menghasilkan tiga produk ebook dan memilik legalitas berupa ISBN dan hak cipta. Pengembangan alur kerja dan produk microlearning perlu dilakukan untuk mata kuliah lainnya, termasuk evaluasi kinerja metode ini berdasarkan respon penggunanya yaitu mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Microlearning, Covid-19, renewable energy, distance learning, mobile learningABSTRACTMicrolearning is a micro learning method that seeks to partially convey knowledge or fields of knowledge to students and the general public. This method is studied and adapted to the educational process of students who apply renewable energy techniques. The aim of the research is to design workflows and prepare course materials using the microlearning method. The research method is carried out through literature reflection and the implementation of semester learning plans which become learning guides in tertiary institutions. The microlearning workflow has been implemented for the biomass and wind energy conversion courses, then produces three ebook products and has legality in the form of ISBN and copyright. Developing workflows and microlearning products needs to be done for other courses, including evaluating the performance of this method based on user responses, namely students.Keywords; Microlearning, Covid-19, renewable energy, distance learning, mobile learning

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world has changed human life in all areas of life, including education. In education, learning and instruction are important to higher education students. Covid-19 affected learning design from face-to-face learning in the class become distance learning. Distance learning is an institution-based formal education in which students and instructors are located in separate locations, thus requiring an interactive telecommunication system to connect the two and the various resources required in it. Many things need to be fixed and updated in terms of materials and platforms used. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to show the need for distance learning innovation by using podcast media as an additional alternative platform to answer distance learning challenges.  The results showed that the podcast system in the form of recordings made it easier for students to listen to the material presented by the instructor. Podcasts made students enthusiastic about learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to identify industry perspectives on Millennial Worker Competencies. The subject of qualitative research is a sample population of 60 industry professionals from the communication sector and start-up companies in job seekers. This research used qualitative data. Data collected through in-depth interviews. Based on the research results, it shows that graduates from higher education need skills to enter the world of work. The identification of an industrial perspective has implications for employee recommendations for the work competency curriculum framework in higher education. Third, a comprehensive evaluation of the attitudes and talents of workers in the digital age. Higher education institutions must increase their partnerships with industry, which is very important to improve human resources who have the competencies needed to compete globally.

Abstract

Transformasi digital Indonesia menuntut penguatan literasi digital lintas segmen masyarakat. Penelitian ini mendokumentasikan implementasi webinar “Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital” sebagai narasumber, dengan fokus pada rancangan, pelaksanaan, luaran, serta pembelajaran yang selaras dengan 4 Pilar literasi digital yaitu Cakap, Aman, Budaya, dan Etika. Kurikulum 4 Pilar disusun dari modul resmi lalu dikontekstualisasikan dalam paparan dalam pelatihan dalam bentuk webinar. Pelaksanaan webinar dilakukan 2 kali oleh penulis pada September 2021 dan Juni 2022. Alur pelatihan dimulai dari pendaftaran, presensi, dan penilaian terintegrasi pada Event Management System (EMS). Narasumber atau penulis juga sudah lulusan TOT dari Kominfo. Sedang alur webinar mengikuti standar nasional. Luaran yang dikompilasi meliputi daftar hadir berikut skor pascates, dokumentasi foto atau rekaman, video rangkuman 3 menit dengan CTA, serta siaran pers dari pihak eksternal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan penguatan pemahaman 4 Pilar dari peserta. Pada khususnya keamanan digital dan kesiapan bertindak preventif. Praktik pembuatan konten yang lebih aman, beretika, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal juga dipaparkan. Pembelajaran kunci meliputi pentingnya desain pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan, metode partisipatif dengan praktik langsung, dan integrasi aspek keamanan dan etika selain keterampilan teknis. Model webinar Makin Cakap Digital efektif, skalabel, dan replikatif lintas wilayah bila dipadu pendampingan pasca-pelatihan dan pelibatan multipihak.
