Abstract

In the world of education, the National Education Standards (SNP) act as the main guide that directs and guarantees the quality of learning across the country. learning across the country. More than just a set of rules, the SNP are important milestones that guide schools and educators to create effective and high-quality effective and high-quality learning processes. Quality Standards Education Quality Standards are the cornerstone that underpins the education system to achieve equality and sustainability. Schools that successfully meet these standards are considered as quality institutions, capable of upholding their educational programs in line with the SNP standards that are the minimum reference in managing programs in line with the SNP standards, which are the minimum reference in managing education in various regions. However, the next phase becomes increasingly crucial: improving quality by adopting international standards. Schools that have reached and exceeded the SNP standards are now going further. They no longer satisfied with just meeting national requirements, but are looking globally. global. Several schools under the Adzkia Damiri Foundation in Sukabumi District are exemplary. Sukabumi district are exemplary. For example, the Adzkia Integrated Islamic School (SIT) Sukabumi not only upholds national standards. They also carry out mission to be a model in shaping the character of young generations who are smart, creative, and broad-minded. smart, creative, and insightful and able to become agents of change in society. SIT Adzkia Sukabumi not only upholds national standards, but also adopts international management standards, enriching the quality of their education to a higher level. This service activity aims to educate the managers of Education units in Adzkia Education environment related to management quality standards with international standards that can be applied in the world of education, namely the applied in the world of education, namely the quality standard in question is ISO 21001.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the accountability of educational leaders based on religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. 1). Based on the religion of Allah SWT as a result of an education that is fair, kind, satisfying, not deceptive, not against rules and not self-contradictory. 2). What is philosophically grounded is a moral responsibility to the rules of logical reasoning that arise from educational acts that must be carried out with substantive, sustained, practical, progressive and reconstructive diligence. . 3). Psychology is based on the emotional responsibility of feeling human about something, the correct character, behavior, and educational actions that should be taken in situations. Four). Sociology is grounded in social responsibility to social status through education and must be practiced in ways that meet the functional needs of society and the stratification of political, economic and social status.Keywords: educational accountability, religion-based accountability, philosophy-based accountability, psychology-based accountability, sociology-based accountability, leaders.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan dan menganalisis akuntabilitas pemimpin pendidikan berbasis agama, filsafat, psikologi dan sosiologi. 1). berbasis berdasarkan agama kepada Allah SWT sebagai akibat dari suatu tindakan pendidikan yang harus adil, baik hati, memuaskan, tidak menipu, tidak melanggar aturan dan tidak bertentangan dengan dirinya sendiri. 2). berbasis filsafat adalah tanggung jawab mental untuk aturan berpikir logis akibat dari suatu tindakan pendidikan yang harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati substansial, abadi, pragmatis dan progresif dan rekonstruktif. 3). berbasis psikologi adalah tanggung jawab emosional untuk merasakan manusia tentang sesuatu tindakan pendidikan yang harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati karakter, perilaku, dan situasi yang tepat di sekitarnya. 4). berbasis sosiologi adalah tanggung jawab sosial atas kedudukan sosial melalui pendidikan, harus dilakukan dengan cara yang memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional masyarakat, stratifikasi status politik, ekonomi dan sosial.Kata kunci: akuntabiltas pendidikan, akuntanbilitas berbasis agama, akuntabilitas berbasis filsafat, akuntabilitas berbasis psikologi, akuntabilitas berbasis sosiologi, pemimpin.

Abstract

This study examines the role of school principal leadership in sustainable school governance through a comprehensive multi-national literature review. The research analyzes leadership practices, challenges, and success factors across different cultural and economic contexts to identify universal principles and context-specific elements of effective school governance. Using a systematic literature review methodology following PRISMA guidelines, the study reviewed peer-reviewed articles, books, and official reports published between 2014 and 2024 from major academic databases. The findings reveal five key themes: leadership characteristics and competencies, contextual adaptations, sustainable governance practices, challenges and solutions, and the impact of external factors. Results indicate that successful sustainable school governance requires principals to balance universal leadership principles with local contextual adaptations while developing strong digital leadership capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills. The study contributes to educational leadership theory and practice by providing evidence-based insights for leadership development programs and policy formation. Furthermore, it highlights the evolving nature of school leadership challenges in the post-pandemic era and the importance of adaptive leadership approaches.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze students' interpersonal and intrapersonal skills at Integrated Vocational High School 1 Yaspida, where all students are in boarding schools and SMK Yasti district. Sukabumi, only 15% are boarding houses. The method used is qualitative with case studies. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman technique (data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion). The results of this study indicate that the soft skills of students at SMK YASTI and SMK Terpadu 1 Yaspida have the same results; students' interpersonal and intrapersonal skills are not affected by the presence of students living, whether they are in boarding school or not. Yasti Vocational School has a very good program, which can shape student characteristics and develop student soft skills, just like students who are in Islamic boarding schools. The soft skills aspect with the highest rating is the Collaboration aspect, and the lowest rating is on the leadership aspect. This research implies that through the implementation of project-based learning models, vocational high schools (SMK) can create a more realistic learning environment that is outcome-oriented and focused on developing skills needed in the working world and daily life.

Abstract

This study delves into the satisfaction level of parents regarding the educational services provided by Aisyoyah Kindergarten in Sukabumi City. There are five dimensions of educational services: Tangibles (Physical Evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The research addresses two main questions: (1) To what extent are parents satisfied with the educational services at Aisyoyah Kindergarten in Sukabumi City? (2) How does Aisyoyah Kindergarten in Sukabumi City enhance strategies to satisfy parents regarding educational services? This is a descriptive study employing a quantitative approach. The research subjects include parents of students from classes A and B at Aisyoyah Kindergarten in Sukabumi City, with a sample size of 36 from a total population of 61 students. Data collection techniques encompassed questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the satisfaction level of parents concerning educational services, covering the dimensions of Tangibles or Physical Evidence, Reliability, and Assurance, at Aisyoyah Kindergarten in Sukabumi City stands at 75%, falling under the category of "Satisfied." The data analysis technique used is service quality, which determines the value of the gap between perception and performance and ranks the gap value. Highest to lowest, and a Cartesius diagram. Aisyiyah Kindergarten in Sukabumi City aims to enhance the quality of educational services and elevate parental satisfaction by (a) improving the school's human resources, including educators and education personnel supporting the School Principal in advancing school quality, (b) providing adequate school facilities and infrastructure, especially in the realm of teaching and learning activities, (c) enhancing the professionalism of teachers within the school, (d) conducting specialized development activities for high-achieving students, (e) establishing standards for academic achievement to attain educational quality, and (f) managing school funds.
