Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perbedaan usaha ritel tradisional sebelum dan sesudah adanya usaha ritel modern, serta dampak usaha ritel modern terhadap usaha ritel tradisional di wilayah Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis Uji-t berpasangann (paired t-test) dan secara kualitatif mengunakan metode wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Data yang diuji meliputi data jumlah Omset penjualan, Modal, perputaran barang dagangan, Laba, Harga dan Biaya usaha ritel tradisional sebelum dan sesudah adanya usaha ritel modern. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran awal data terkait penelitian, bahwa secara statistik terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan jumlah omset penjualan, Modal, perputaran barang dagangan, laba usaha ritel tradisional sebelum dan sesudah adanya usaha ritel modern

Abstract

This research is aimed at (first) determining the effect of the implementation of CSR programs in education, health, environment, economy, socio-culture on the corporate image, (second) determining which variable is mostly dominant to affect the corporate image. This research is associative research aiming at determining the correlation between two or variables. The populations of this research are all community members in West Sumbawa, while samples were selected through purposive sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, and then were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The analysis using multiple linear regressions of research showed that CSR program in education did not have significant and positive effect on the corporate image. CSR in health did not have significant and positive effect of the corporate image. CSR in environment had significant and positive effect of the corporate image. CSR in economy had significant and positive effect of the corporate image. CSR in sociio-culture did not have significant and negative effect of the corporate image. The CSR in economy is most dominant in affecting the corporate image

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Seriwire sebagian besar bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan nelayan. Desa Seriwe memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu daerah yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan Rumput laut dengan memanfaatkan hasil laut tersebut menjadi bronis, jeli, dan dodol. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini kami memilih untuk mengolah rumput laut dan ikan tuna menjadi makanan tambahan untuk pencegahan stunting dengan mengembangkan salah satu hasil laut. Pembuatan siomay merupakan suatu maknan tradisional yang diolah secara tradisional dengan cara yang sangat sederhana, namun memiliki kandungan protein yang tinggi yang meliputi proses menggoreng, mengepres minyak,dan mencampur bumbu. Siomay Rumput Laut Ikan Tuna ini sangat digemari oleh masyarakat dan memiliki prospek yang luas dan menguntungkan karena bahan baku mudah didapatkan, memiliki rasa yang khas, dan harga pangan terjangkau. Siomay ini dapat dikembangkan untuk makananan tambahanpencegahan stunting melalui media sosial seperti Facebook, dan Instagram. Adapun cara pembuatanya secara langsung atau offline dapat dilakukan dengan cara membagi kelompok praktek masak dan menjelasakan bahan dan cara pembuatannya. Pengolahan makanan yang di olah dari hasil laut diharapkan bisa berkembang agar giji ibu hamil dan bayi tetap tercukupi dan memberikan manfaat  bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang sangat penting karena memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kualitas sumberdaya manusia pada masa kini dan masa yang akan datang. Stunting merupakan luaran status gizi apabila seseorag anak memiliki tinggi atau panjang badan kurang dari -2.0 stndar deviasi dibandingkan dengan rerata poulasi. Pemerintah Negara Republik Indonesia telah meluncurkan program Rencana Aksi Nasional Penanganan stunting pada tingkat nasional dan daerah terutama penanganan stunting ditingkat desa. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta peran serta masyarakat dalam program pencegahan dan deteksi dini stunting pada balita yang diharapkan secara langsung dapat memotivasi masyarakat untuk ikut serta memperhatikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anaknya sehingga pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya dapat optimal. Bentuk kegiatan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan penceghanstunting dengan menghadirkan narasumber dari DP3AKBdanPuskesmasJerowaru untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat guna mengajak masyarakat melakukan gerakan pencegahan stunting sejak dini. Selain itu dilakukan juga pengolahan makanan bergizi seimbang menggunakan pangan lokal yaitu rumput laut dan ikan serta penyuluhan tentang stunting pada ibu hamil dan menyusui di setiap posyandu oleh kelompok mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat terlibat secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Dengan keterlibatan masyarakat ini maka diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam pencegahan terjadinya stunting dan menurunkan prosentase stunting di Indonesia khususnya di Desa Seriwe Kecamatan Jerowaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and implement strategies for empowering the "Karang Biru" business group located in the coastal area of Labuhan Lalar, Sumbawa Barat. The group faces challenges in optimizing their economic potential while maintaining environmental sustainability. Through community engagement and sustainable development practices, this empowerment program seeks to enhance their economic independence while promoting coastal resource conservation. The focus areas include capacity building, market access, and sustainable resource management. This initiative is expected to serve as a model for other coastal communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the world of education, the National Education Standards (SNP) act as the main guide that directs and guarantees the quality of learning across the country. learning across the country. More than just a set of rules, the SNP are important milestones that guide schools and educators to create effective and high-quality effective and high-quality learning processes. Quality Standards Education Quality Standards are the cornerstone that underpins the education system to achieve equality and sustainability. Schools that successfully meet these standards are considered as quality institutions, capable of upholding their educational programs in line with the SNP standards that are the minimum reference in managing programs in line with the SNP standards, which are the minimum reference in managing education in various regions. However, the next phase becomes increasingly crucial: improving quality by adopting international standards. Schools that have reached and exceeded the SNP standards are now going further. They no longer satisfied with just meeting national requirements, but are looking globally. global. Several schools under the Adzkia Damiri Foundation in Sukabumi District are exemplary. Sukabumi district are exemplary. For example, the Adzkia Integrated Islamic School (SIT) Sukabumi not only upholds national standards. They also carry out mission to be a model in shaping the character of young generations who are smart, creative, and broad-minded. smart, creative, and insightful and able to become agents of change in society. SIT Adzkia Sukabumi not only upholds national standards, but also adopts international management standards, enriching the quality of their education to a higher level. This service activity aims to educate the managers of Education units in Adzkia Education environment related to management quality standards with international standards that can be applied in the world of education, namely the applied in the world of education, namely the quality standard in question is ISO 21001.

Abstract

Concern for humanitarian and health issues, several parties including NU and Muhammadiyah were involved inhandling the pandemic. Organizing the community in several aspects, such as appeals in mosques, appeals toeducational institutions and Islamic boarding schools, appeals for health protocols, and appeals forvaccinations. Muhammadiyah instructs that educational activities at all levels are aligned with government policieswhich are coordinated through the relevant assemblies. Through NU Care-Laziznu, they carried out a movementto help the poor or residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. NU formed a covid task force to mobilizeNU residents to help residents affected by COVID-19. NU as a student movement organization, is activelyinvolved in the struggle of the Indonesian nation. Islam Nusantara and Islam Berkejuan are the first,emphasizing locality with Islam, while the second focuses on globalization. Through the movement in Islamicboarding schools, NU as a space for religious studies (educational function), dialogue with local culture (sociocultural function) and training on problems in society (socio-political function). Tajdid initiated byMuhammadiyah is to put a solid religious view in the building of faith based on the Al-Quran and As-Sunnahand develop it for a progressive and civilized life. In its acceptance of ijtihad, the tarjih assembly is based on threemain points, namely: 1) ijtihad bayani (explaining the mujmal texts of the Qur'an and Hadith); 2) ijtihad qiyasi(stipulating legal provisions that do not exist in the Al-Quran and Hadith; 3) ijtihad istishlahi (stipulating lawsthat do not have texts specifically based on illat). Abstract

Forest honey production in Mataiyang Village, West Sumbawa Regency, plays a crucial role as a primary source of community livelihood but faces challenges related to fluctuating harvests, limited product diversification, and conventional marketing strategies. This Community Partnership Empowerment Program (PKM) aimed to enhance the capacity of the Ai Sanger Farmers Group through training and mentoring in utilizing beeswax as a value-added derivative product and strengthening digital-based marketing strategies. The implementation stages included needs assessment, program socialization, training in processing beeswax into honey soap and aromatherapy candles, and product marketing assistance. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills regarding production techniques and marketing management. Innovative products such as honey soap and aromatherapy candles were successfully produced and marketed through both direct distribution to local retailers and digital platforms, thereby creating opportunities to increase group income. This program demonstrates that the utilization of bee by-products can serve as a sustainable strategy to strengthen the resilience of local honey enterprises and enhance their competitiveness in broader markets.
