Abstract

Skripsi, Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di Mts N 2 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Pendidikan Agama Islam, Institut Islam Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Surakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh reward terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits. (2) Pengaruh punishment terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits. (3) Pengaruh reward dan punishment secara bersamaan terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini sebanyak 279 siswa dari jumlah populasi 994 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan tabel nomogram krejcie. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kusioner (angket). Teknis analisis datanya menggunakan uji normalitas, uji regresi, dan uji multikolonieritas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, (1) Reward berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai sign 0,000<0,05 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,370. (2) Punishment berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat hal ini dilanjutkan oleh nilai sign 0,000<0,05 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,280. (3) Reward dan punishment secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat hal ini ditunjukan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Islamic Religious Education, Mamba'ul 'Ulum Islamic Institute Surakarta, 2023. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of rewards on student interest in learning Al-Qur’an Hadits subjects. (2) The effect of punishment on student interest in learning Al-Qur’an Hadits subjects. (3) The effect of rewards and punishments simultaneously on student interest in learning the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadits. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach, the sample taken in this study was 279 students from a population of 994 students. The sampling technique in this study used the Krejcie nomogram table. The data collection technique for this research uses a questionnaire. Technical data analysis uses normality test, regression test, and multicolonierity test. The results of this study indicate that, (1) Reward has a significant effect on interest, this is indicated by a sign value of 0.000 <0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.370. (2) Punishment has a significant effect on interest, this is continued by the sign value of 0.000 <0.05 and the regression coefficient of 0.280. (3) Reward and punishment together have a significant effect on interest, this is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the role of school principal leadership in sustainable school governance through a comprehensive multi-national literature review. The research analyzes leadership practices, challenges, and success factors across different cultural and economic contexts to identify universal principles and context-specific elements of effective school governance. Using a systematic literature review methodology following PRISMA guidelines, the study reviewed peer-reviewed articles, books, and official reports published between 2014 and 2024 from major academic databases. The findings reveal five key themes: leadership characteristics and competencies, contextual adaptations, sustainable governance practices, challenges and solutions, and the impact of external factors. Results indicate that successful sustainable school governance requires principals to balance universal leadership principles with local contextual adaptations while developing strong digital leadership capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills. The study contributes to educational leadership theory and practice by providing evidence-based insights for leadership development programs and policy formation. Furthermore, it highlights the evolving nature of school leadership challenges in the post-pandemic era and the importance of adaptive leadership approaches.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk in terms of profitability ratios for the period 2021 - 2022. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Profitability ratios are used to see how much profit the company gets based on performance that affects financial statement records. There are several types of Profitability ratios that are used as measuring tools, namely Profit Margin on Sales, Return on Investment / ROI (Return on Investment), Return on Equity / ROE (Return on Equity for total asset turnover), Earning Per Share of Common Stock (Earnings Per Common Share). Based on the calculation results Profitability ratio at PT. Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk shows that there has been a decrease in all types of ratios from 2021 to 2022, the results achieved are still below industry standards which shows that the company's performance is still not good compared to other similar industries. In this case it is necessary to improve the company's operations in order to improve the company's performance and financial condition which is much better.

Abstract

Abstract Research that uses a reverse learning model (Flipped Classroom) is an implementation of Blended Learning. This study aims to find out how to apply Google Classroom with the Flipped Classroom learning model in schools on student motivation, student activities, and student learning styles. This study started from distributing questionnaires, collecting data, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental research model with a student population at SMK UNITOMO Surabaya. Data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS. Based on the test results, the data shows the F value of 3.164 which is greater than the F table with a significant value of 0.039. So, it can be concluded that from student motivation, student activities, and student learning styles have a significant impact on student learning outcomes using the Flipped Classroom learning model using the Google Classroom application at SMK UNITOMO Surabaya.. Abstrak Penelitian yang menggunakan model pembelajaran terbalik (Flipped Classrom) yaitu merupakan implementasi dari pembelajaran Blanded Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan Google Classroom dengan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom di sekolah terhadap motivasi siswa, aktivitas siswa, dan gaya belajar siswa dengan begitu penelitian ini diharapkan siswa akan mendapatkan hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini dimulai dari menyebarkan angket, pengumpulan data, analisis data serta mengambil kesimpulan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian eksperimen dengan populasi siswa di SMK UNITOMO Surabaya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan mengunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, data menunjukan nilai F sebesar 3,164 lebih besar dari F tabel dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,039. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari motivasi siswa, aktivitas siswa, dan gaya belajar siswa bersignifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom di SMK UNITOMO Surabaya. .

Abstract

Madrasah di Indonesia memiliki karakteristik yang beragam yakni madrasah akademik, riset, kejuruan, keagamaan dan keterampilan vokasional. Keragaman madrasah ini berpengaruh pada implementasi kurikulum di madrasah disesuaikan dengan karakteristik madrasah tersebut. Implementasi keterampilan vokasional diberlakukan sebagai tindak lanjut pelaksanaan MA Plus Keterampilan. Keterampilan Vokasional yang dilaksanakan berkaitan dengan bidang pekerjaan tertentu yang terdapat di masyarakat. Dengan memiliki keterampilan vokasional dapat menumbuhkan jiwa entrepenuership siswa sehingga setelah tamat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sendiri, dan menjadi pribadi yang mandiri dan tidak bergantung pada lingkungannya. Keterampilan vokasional pada siswa diberikan melalui pelajaran keterampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi keterampilan vokasional di MAN 1 Kota Kediri (2) Untuk mengetahui jiwa entrepenuership siswa setelah mendapatkan keterampilan vokasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah MAN 1 Kota Kediri. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengorganisasikan data, menjabarkannya ke dalam unit-unit, melakukan sintesa, dan membuat kesimpulan yang dapat diceritakan kepada orang lain. Berdasarkan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga temuan. Pertama, Implementasi keterampilan vokasional dengan melihat manajemen kurikulum, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan data-data yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan keterampilan vokasional. Kedua, dampak yang dihasilkan pada diri siswa setelah menerima pembelajaran dan pengembangan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan vokasional.

Abstract

In this case the recruitment process for employees can be transferred to various criteria and the ability of indispensable. The selection process used to assess the relative servant candidates so that the capabilities of quality or the number of civil servants. To overcome these issues researchers conducted the design and manufacture of systems of supporting the decision the reception of new employees. .Methods used in the research uses a method of profile macthing. The program designed by the profile matching and design system The assessment by using the method profile matching produce information rangking of final score.. The decision support system for a new entry that would be an alternative for agencies to help ease in the decision-making process and provide solutions to problems. The evaluation process also more quickly and given free to users to vote for employees who will be assessed.

Abstract

Smartphone kini menjadi kebutuhan esensial yang dimiliki oleh berbagai lapisan masyarakat dan berpotensi mendukung proses pembelajaran. Namun, penggunaan smartphone yang tidak tepat, seperti untuk aktivitas non-akademik selama pembelajaran berlangsung berdampak negatif terhadap hasil belajar dan keterlibatan siswa. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penerapan Game-based learning (GBL) melalui media game edukasi berbasis Android bernama Giga Run dalam memanfaatkan smartphone untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterlibatan siswa pada mata pelajaran Informatika di SMK Teknik PAL Surabaya. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi-eksperimen, yang melibatkan 40 siswa yang dibagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen menggunakan GBL dalam pembelajaran, sementara kelompok kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur hasil belajar, serta kuesioner Likert untuk mengukur keterlibatan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GBL melalui Giga Run cukup efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta menghasilkan tingkat keterlibatan belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Rapid changes in the Industry 4.0 era demand strategic transformation in vocational high schools (SMK) to ensure graduates are workforce-ready. This article discusses change management strategies in SMKs, grounded in Lewin’s three-stage model (Unfreeze–Change–Refreeze) and Kotter’s eight-step model. The literature review covers curriculum adjustment to Industry 4.0 competencies, digital learning infrastructure, strengthening student soft skills, and active school–industry collaboration (Link and Match program). Key findings indicate that curriculum updates and technology integration enhance the alignment of vocational education with industry needs. Project-based learning, internships, and real-industry involvement effectively build students’ soft skills. Implementing Lewin and Kotter’s models provides a systematic framework that engages all stakeholders (teachers, students, industry, government) in the change process. Practical implications: Schools should form guiding coalitions, develop a shared vision, and allocate resources for teacher training and ICT facilities. Continuous collaboration between SMKs and industry significantly improves graduates’ job readiness.

Abstract

Vocational education plays a strategic role in preparing a competent workforce in an ever-evolving industrial era. However, challenges such as rapid technological advancements, gaps between curricula and industry needs, and educator readiness remain major obstacles. This study aims to analyze and evaluate various theories and practices of Change Management to provide solutions for vocational education. The research method used is a literature review focusing on the ADKAR Model, which includes awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of change. The findings indicate that effective implementation of Change Management can enhance graduates' readiness for the workforce, whether as employees, entrepreneurs, or students pursuing higher education. Key strategies that need to be implemented include industry collaboration, continuous training for educators, modernization of learning facilities, and increased motivation and engagement among students.
