Abstract

Obat tradisional di Kalimantan Tengah memiliki potensi ekonomi dan perlu dilindungi secara hukum. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam tulisan ini, adalah bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap obat tradisional, dan apa saja hambatan perlindungan hukum bagi tanaman obat tradisional di Kalimantan Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif. Sampai saat ini obat tradisional di Kalteng belum mendapat perlindungan melalui hak paten. Bajakah yang dikenal sebagai obat tradisional hingga saat ini baru mendapat perlindungan hak cipta sebagai karya tulis. Hambatan perlindungan obat tradisional di Kalimantan Tengah adalah lamanya proses izin edar dan lamanya pemeriksaan paten, serta terbatasnya laboratorium yang memenuhi persyaratan untuk pemeriksaan kandungan suatu tumbuhan atau obat tradisional. Saran yang diberikan adalah agar pemerintah daerah hendaknya dapat memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat untuk melatih masyarakat bagaimana proses perizinan peredaran obat tradisional yang baik dan benar, serta agar pemerintah baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah dapat mempersingkat rantai proses paten dan menyediakan laboratorium yang representatif bagi peneliti dan masyarakat, untuk mendorong penelitian di bidang obat tradisional.

Abstract

Dusun Dlingo I dan II adalah salah satu dusun yang berada di kawasan Desa Dlingo yang memilikipotensi wisata budaya, kesenian, alam dan kuliner yang belum dikembangkan secara maksimal.Masalah yang muncul dalam pengembangan desa wisata ini adalah kurangnya promosi dusunDlingo sebagai desa wisata budaya sehingga masyarakat kurang mengenal potensi-potensi yangdimiliki dusun Dlingo. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memperkenalkan danmempromosikan Dlingo I dan II sebagai desa wisata dengan maksud untuk meningkatkanpendapatan desa dan warga sekitar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dengan melakukan dua langkah yaitulangkah persiapan dan langkah pelaksanaan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah penguatankelembagaan dalam memperkenalkan desa wisata, buku profil dusun dan pelatihan media sosialsebagai marketing online desa wisata.

Abstract

The currently developing telework phenomenon has many impacts on employees, one of the impacts of implementing telework is turnover intention. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the dynamics of telework employees who tend to turnover intention. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review referring to 15 journal articles obtained from the Google Scholar, Scopus, and PubMed databases. The results of the literature review that has been carried out show that telework related to turnover intention. Several things were found that showed a link between telework and turnover intentions, including: 1) Specific job characteristics of the telework gap felt by employees are additional drivers of turnover intentions and can be mediated by jealousy and job dissatisfaction. 2) Differences in perceptions of remote work from each employee's perspective may increase feelings of envy toward remote workers and job dissatisfaction, which in turn is associated with higher turnover intentions and poorer job performance. 3) The implications of remote work as a flexible work arrangement on work outcomes, highlighting the negative impact on employee well-being and behavior such as turnover intentions. Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of organizational climate and the influence of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction. (2) analyze the influence of organizational climate through job satisfaction on employee performance. (3) the influence of self-efficacy through job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of the research is employees of Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) Bireuen Branch. Through associative research with a path analysis approach. The research results show: Organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office with a percentage of 15%. This means that organizational climate has a contribution of 15% in increasing employee job satisfaction, while self-efficacy has a contribution of 6.8% in increasing employee job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office and contributes 44.7% in improving employee performance, while self-efficacy has a contribution of 24.9%. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of Bank Aceh Syariah employees at the Bireuen Branch Office and has a direct influence of 21.7%. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational climate on employee performance and self-efficacy on employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office.

Abstract

The Public Service Information System at the Department of Public Works Development and Spatial Planning in South Sumatra Province is a pivotal solution for managing road infrastructure. Roads are crucial for regional development and economic progress. This system, utilizing the prototype model, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), and Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools, facilitates effective monitoring, reporting, and resolution of road damage. The methodology involves iterative prototyping, ensuring a clearer understanding of requirements and reducing risks. The system design includes various UML diagrams, depicting system functionalities, actors, and interactions, while its architecture outlines a streamlined flow of information. Initial testing validated the system's effectiveness, showcasing its ability to handle functions and interfaces proficiently. Overall, this system significantly contributes to efficient road infrastructure management, meeting community needs, and government responsibilities for effective public services. Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan suatu kondisi emosional dan psikologis yang baik, dimana tiap individu dapat memanfaatkan kemampuan kognisi maupun emosi dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari- hari. Kesehatan mental memiliki pengaruh terhadap kegiatan belajar mahasiswa kedokteran, penurunan kesehatan mental dapat berdampak pada hasil belajar yang ditunjukan dalam bentuk Indeks Prestasi Mahasiswa (IPK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kesehatan mental terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa kedokteran angkatan 2022 di Universitas Tarumanagara. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Data penelitian kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Hasil dari 176 responden yang diteliti, 93 di antaranya memiliki IPK yang baik dan kesehatan mental yang baik, sementara 5 mahasiswa memiliki IPK kurang baik dan kesehatan mental yang buruk. Hasil dari uji Chi-Square tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan (p > 0.05) antara kesehatan mental dan IPK pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara Angkatan 2022.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including industry, health, and education. AI not only improves operational efficiency but also creates innovations that change human interaction with technology. In this context, protecting intellectual property rights, especially patent rights, is very important to encourage innovation and investment. This study discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by Indonesia in formulating patent protection regulations for AI-based inventions and compares them with the more comprehensive legal framework in Japan. Although Law Number 13 of 2016 in Indonesia provides a legal basis for patent protection, there is still legal uncertainty and a lack of specific regulations regarding AI inventions. In contrast, Japan has developed clear guidelines from the Japan Patent Office (JPO) that support patent protection for AI technology. This study suggests that Indonesia needs to formulate more specific and comprehensive regulations to improve intellectual property rights protection in the AI ​​sector. By adopting best practices from Japan, it is hoped that Indonesia can encourage more investment and innovation in the field of artificial intelligence, which in turn will contribute to economic growth and national competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to put forward the idea of a strategy for internalising Green Politics in Indonesia by looking at good practices in other countries such as the practice of green party campaigns in Australia and the presence of Green Parties in Germany. This study uses Qualitative research. This method was chosen to analyse and deeply explore important issues related to Green Politic in this study. This study concludes that there are 2 (two) efforts to internalise Green Politic in Indonesia, namely First, by initiating an environment-based social movement into political parties in Indonesia such as the practice carried out by the Indonesian Forum for the Environment (WALHI) by looking at the good practices of the Green campaign in Australia and the second is the idea of internalising Green Politic through the formation of Green Parties in Indonesia such as the practice of green parties in Germany with the hope that these two efforts can make changes, especially in efforts to do justice in the environmental field through the process of formulating policies that are in favour of environmental issues in Indonesia.

Abstract

Gangguan cemas merupakan masalah kesehatan mental yang umum dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup penderitanya. Menurut data World Health Organization (WHO), 4 dari 100 orang di dunia mengalami gangguan cemas. Pada tahun 2019 terdapat 301 juta orang di seluruh dunia yang mengalami gangguan ini, dengan angka yang terus meningkat setiap tahun. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik pasien gangguan cemas di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan (RSJ Grogol) Jakarta Barat pada tahun 2022. Metodologi yang digunakan ialah studi deskriptif cross-sectional dengan analisis data rekam medis pasien rawat jalan, melibatkan 377 pasien dari total 927 yang terdiagnosis. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa diagnosis yang paling umum ialah mixed anxiety and depressive disorder (40,66%), diikuti oleh unspecified anxiety disorder (31,06%) dan generalized anxiety disorder (23,19%). Karakteristik pasien didominasi oleh kelompok usia dewasa (82,3%), jenis kelamin laki-laki (52,1%), berstatus menikah (51,02%) dan sebagian besar menggunakan penjamin umum (75,3%). Sebagian besar pasien berdomisili di Jakarta Barat (46,27%). Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan strategi pencegahan dan penanganan gangguan cemas yang lebih efektif, serta memberikan kontribusi data untuk penelitian kesehatan jiwa di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role and position of women in the Makassar Bugis society and how the understanding of women's socio-cultural position can be an entry point for contextual gospel preaching. The results of the study show that Makassar Bugis women have a respectable position and a significant role in various aspects of life, including religious rituals, family decision-making, and the preservation of cultural values. This important role is rooted in traditional myths that are still firmly held today. The contextualization of the proclamation of the gospel can be done by utilizing women's strategic position in society, transforming their ritual role into ecclesiastical ministry, and developing an approach that respects local cultural values while affirming the truth of the Gospel.
