Abstract

This study investigates the connection between Tangerang's traditional flavor and the economic potential of culinary tourism centered around local snacks. The potential of Tangerang's distinctive culinary wealth to boost regional economic development has not been fully realized. To gain a thorough grasp of the phenomenon, this study employs a mixed methods approach that blends qualitative and quantitative techniques. While a survey of Tangerang tourists was used to get quantitative data, in-depth interviews with traditional culinary MSME players in Tangerang were used to gather qualitative data. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique of study demonstrates that the quality and authenticity of traditional flavors have a major impact on visitor happiness, which in turn has a beneficial effect on both the number of visitors and the revenue generated by local vendors. The study's findings give policymakers fresh perspectives when creating initiatives and regulations that encourage Tangerang's creative economy and culinary tourism to flourish. It is believed that Tangerang can boost its appeal as a culinary tourism destination and promote sustainable creative economic growth by using local knowledge and creating a thorough marketing plan. Abstract

Kegiatan kreativitas dan pengembangan mahasiswa ini merupakan hasil kerjasama Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Buddhi Dharma dengan Yayasan Vijja Gana Adhikara yang dilaksanakan di Cetiya Vijja Gana Kotabumi, Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh sekelompok pemuda dan pemudi yang tergabung dalam Cetiya Vijja Gana, sebuah entitas yang didedikasikan untuk pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berbagai bidang. Pelatihan ini merupakan komitmen jangka panjang yang mencakup periode selama enam bulan, yang memberikan waktu yang cukup untuk mendalami materi dan konsep yang diajarkan. Materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diminta oleh Yayasan Vijja Gana Adhikara di awal pertemuan yaitu pengetahuan dan implementasi dalam Manajemen Diri bagi remaja putra dan putri yang berada di bawah naungan Yayasan Vijja Gana Adhikara. Pesertanya adalah para pemuda dan pemudi binaan bidang keagamaan oleh Yayasan Vijja Gana Adhikara. Rencana luaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan Soft Skill Manajemen Diri bagi remaja putra dan putri di Cetiya Vijja Gana.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Business Strategy on Profit Management, the influence of Company Age on Profit Management, the influence of Profitability on Profit Management, the influence of Leverage on Profit Management, the influence of Business Strategy, Company Age, Profitability and Leverage on Profit Management. The data used in this study were obtained from the Financial Reports of Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2020-2023 Period. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression involving the classical assumption test, followed by partial significance using the hypothesis test, namely the t-test, while to find out together the f-test is used at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study indicate that partially the variables Company Age have a significant effect on Earnings Management. While the variables Business Strategy, Profitability and Leverage do not have a significant effect on Earnings Management. Simultaneously the variables Business Strategy, Company Age, Profitability and Leverage have a significant effect on Earnings Management. The adjusted R squared value in this study is 0.508, which means that the ability of the independent variables to explain the variation of the dependent variable is 50.8% while the remaining 49.2% is explained by other independent variables outside the model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of trust and perceived usefulness on purchase intention which is mediated by price (empirical study: Shopee Indonesia users in Tangerang). Research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this research was 256 respondents. This research uses quantitative analysis techniques and is processed using AMOS. The research results show that Trust and Perceived Usefulness have a positive and significant effect on price. This research can provide benefits in the form of knowledge to academics, practitioners and stakeholders. Besides that, this research can provide ideas for designing and developing marketing plans and sales strategies where Shopee companies can improve the welfare of the community through the benefits obtained through value by using Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company growth, company size, debt policy on case profitability studies of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research is a case study of the telecommunication sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period as many as 6 companies. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) program. Based on the analysis of the magnitude of the influence obtained for the percentage of influence of Company Size is the most dominant influence of other variables with a percentage of 48.3575% while the variable growth of the Company is only able to influence the variable Profitability of 6%. And the Debt Policy variable only affects the Profitability variable by -1%. For Variable Growth, Company Size, Debt Policy on Profitability of 53.36%.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat kausatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan software EViews. Penelitian ini mempunyai sampel sebanyak 36 sampel dengan masa pengambilan sampel data selama 3 tahun dengan jumlah sampel tersedia sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pada tabel diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Likuiditas Finansial, Perputaran Persediaan, Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kesulitan Keuangan dikarenakan nilai probabilitas > dari 0,05. Berdasarkan analisa nilai probabilitas F-statistic memiliki nilai sebesar 0,653669 Hal ini menunjukan bahwa probabilitas (F-statistic) > 0,05 maka H0 diterima dan H4 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa  Likuiditas Finansial, Perputaran Persediaan, Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kesulitan Keuangan dan dipengaruhi oleh factor lain seperti Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang, Struktur Modal.

Abstract

The technological developments that are happening nowadays are growing rapidly. All aspects of human life in their activities use information technology as a tool to facilitate and accelerate activities carried out. On the other hand, competition in the economic sector is also getting tougher. All producers are competing in marketing their products to consumers. The era of information technology using internet networks makes the distortion of time and space meaningless. Marketing is an important aspect of economic activity. The combination of good marketing concepts with technology makes producers more reliable in maintaining their existence. The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is flourishing in Indonesia. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2016, MSMEs contributed 60.34% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and 89.2 percent of labor absorption. Many home industry MSMEs are growing and have a contribution to the economy. However, the contribution of MSMEs to the value of Indonesian exports has only reached 14.17% of the total exports. This data shows that the role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy is very large. However, with the current development of information technology, it has not been optimized for business penetration through expanding marketing through digital media

Abstract

Dengan adanya peraturan yang dibuat pemerintah dalam rangka mencegah penyebaran pandemi virus corona dan diterapkannya era new normal banyak masyarakat mencari sumber penghasilan baru dengan menciptakan peluang bisnis dan jenis usahanya sendiri dengan diimbangi teknologi atau disebut berbisnis secara online. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ialah untuk memberikan edukasi bagi warga yang belum memiliki pengalaman dalam membuka usaha, untuk membuka wawasan dan ilmu baru bagi warga, dan juga untuk menangkap peluang-peluang yang ada disekitar dalam memulai usaha ataupun bisnis secara online maupun offline. Abstract

Disaat pandemi Covid-19 tak kunjung usai, dan salah satu kebijakan pemerintah dalam menekan penularan virus Covid-19 adalah membatasi mobilitas masyarakat yang dimulai dengan istilah PSBB, era new normal, hingga kini PPKM. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi bagi warga mengenai kiat-kiat atau tips suskes usaha/bisnis, untuk membuka wawasan dan ilmu baru bagi warga, untuk menstimulasi warga untuk menjalankan usaha/bisnis sesuai dengan kiat-kiat atau tips ataupun tahapan webinar. Harapannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat bermanfaat bagi warga desa cijantra dapat menambah pengetahuan, warga desa cijantra dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu baru, warga desa cijantra memiliki pemikiran yang tepat terarah dalam berwirausaha/ berbisnis pada masa PPKM, dan juga diharapkan warga desa cijantra dapat menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan materi webinar pada usaha yang dijalankan ataupun bisnis secara online maupun offline.

Abstract

This student creativity development activity was carried out based on the collaboration between the Faculty of Business, Buddhi Dharma University and KSP Madani which was held at KSP Madani Credit Union Kotabumi, Tangerang City. Banten Province. The training participants are UMKM members of cooperatives, and the activities are carried out within a period of three months, with training activities planned in the form of focus group discussions, material presentations and interactive question-and-answer between the giver of materials and training and mentoring participants. The material provided was in accordance with the needs requested by KSP Madani at the beginning of the meeting, namely knowledge and implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for UMKM actors under the guidance of KSP Credit Union Madani. Participants from the training are members of the Madani cooperative, which are UMKM business actors in the Culinary and Services sector The output plan of this student creativity development activity is in the form of improving the performance of cooperative management.
