Abstract

Coronavirus adalah keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan penyakit mulai dari gejala ringan sampai berat. Pada tanggal 30 Januari 2020 WHO telah menetapkan sebagai Kedaruratan Kesehatan Masyarakat Yang Meresahkan Dunia/ Public Health Emergency of International Concern (KKMMD/PHEIC). Penambahan jumlah kasus COVID-19 berlangsung cukup cepat dan sudah terjadi penyebaran antar Negara. Sosialisasi dan edukasi new normal life merupakan cara mempersiapkan warga agar lebih waspada dan memperhatikan kesehatan diri sendiri selama beraktivitas di luar rumah. Hal ini sebagai bagian penting dalam rangka pemerataan informasi serta mengurangi angka penderita Covid-19. Pendekatan yang dipakai untuk mencapai tujuan pengabdian meliputi beberapa jenis kegiatan yaitu presentasi dan demonstrasi tentang virus corona dan new normal dihadapan warga RT 002 RW 005 desa Sunggumanai Kab. Gowa. Respon peserta saat pelaksanaan pelatihan sangat baik. Seluruh peserta begitu antusias memperhatikan setiap penjelasan. Dari 11 peserta, ada 2 orang yang mengajukan pertanyaan.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran interaktif menekankan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa siswa melalui model pembelajaran Interaktif pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 4 Bambang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa siklus, setiap siklus dilaksanakan mengikuti prosedur perencanaan (planning), tindakan (Acting), observasi (observing), refleksi (Reflecting). Melalui penelitian siklus tersebut dapat diamati peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII mata pelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pembelajaran interaktif yang merupakan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengembangkan potensi rasa ingin tahu siswa terhadap suatu objek/peristiwa melalui pertanyaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal posttest diakhir siklus dan observasi aktivitas siswa saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas VII SMPN 4 Bambang mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar dimana nilai rata-rata pada siklus 1 sebesar 43,3 sedangkan siklus II sebesar 77,2. Dengan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus 1 sebesar 11% meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik

Abstract

This study aims to improve the chemistry learning outcomes of grade XI students at SMK Jaya Negara Makassar by applying the Jigsaw-type cooperative learning model. This class action research (PTK) was conducted in two cycles, with the research subjects consisting of 20 students of class XI of SMK Jaya Negara Makassar. Each cycle consisted of four stages of activities, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection in this study was conducted through observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis, including calculating learning outcome scores, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The average student score in cycle I was 69.75, while it increased to 86.15 in cycle II. In addition, the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes in cycle I reached 60%, and in cycle II increased to 100%, which showed perfect criteria. Based on this study's results, applying the Jigsaw-type cooperative learning method effectively improves student learning outcomes in chemistry subjects in class XI of SMK Jaya Negara. This research is expected to positively contribute to learning practices in schools and become a reference for further research on cooperative learning models in chemistry education.

Abstract

Borax, or sodium tetraborate, is a dangerous chemical compound that is banned from use as a preservative in food due to its potential health risks. Wet or instant noodles are a form of processed food from wheat flour that is widely consumed and favored by various levels of society, especially in school. The addition of borax to wet noodles aims to increase the chewiness and shelf life of the noodles. This study aims to identify the presence of borax in school's snack noodles. Qualitative analysis was used as the research method with purposive sampling technique in three sub-districts, namely Tamalate, Mamajang, and Rappocini sub-districts of Makassar City. The sampling criteria were wet noodles complementing meatball snacks from street vendors in front of the gate of elementary schools, and 15 noodle samples were obtained. Qualitative analysis was carried out by organoleptic test and color change of filter paper that had been soaked in curcumin extract from turmeric. The results showed that the wet noodle samples were pale yellow to bright yellow in color with a maximum shelf life of 24 hours. The test results with turmenic paper showed no color change, so it was concluded that all noodle samples did not contain borax.

Abstract

Program ini dilaksanakan di Kompleks Perumahan Green Marannu Land Kec.Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Kecamatan Bontomarannu termasuk salah satu Desa yang menghasilkan buah rambutan yang cukup melimpah, namun terdapat banyaknya buah mangga yang masih kurang dimanfaatkan sehingga munculnya inisiatif untuk menjalankan program pelatihan berwirausaha dalam memanfaatkan buah rambutan menjadi asinan yang viral sekarang ini. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini terdapat banyak manfaat yang diperoleh oleh Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga yang ada di Kompleks Perumahan Green Marannu Land yang awalnya tidak bisa memanfaatkan peluang akhirnya bisa antusias untuk memperdalamilmu mengenai berwirausaha. Selanjutnya harapan kami sebagai pemateri terhadap ibu-ibu Rumah tangga dapat mengimplementasikan hasil yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran kooperatif telah diteliti secara ekstensif dan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di berbagai bidang studi. Model pembelajaran koperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dan Team Games Tournament (TGT) adalah dua pendekatan pembelajaran kooperatif yang telah mendapatkan perhatian yang signifikan di bidang Pendidikan Penelitian eksperimen dengan desain posttest-only control group ini bertujuan untuk bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 1 Pattallassang, Kabupaten Gowa pada tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Desain penelitian posttest-only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 1 Pattallassang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan Teknik simple random sampling yaitu kelas VIIA yang diajar dengan Model TSTS dan kelas VIIB yang diajar dengan Model TGT, berturut-turut berjumlah 30 dan 27 peserta didik. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rerata hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar dengan Model TSTS sebesar 80,13 dengan standar deviasi 7,084 yang dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Kelas yang diajar dengan Model TGT adalah 84,74 dengan standar deviasi 7,107 yang dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Hasil uji Mann Whitney diperoleh taraf signifikansi 0,020, dimana Sig < 0,05 (5%) sehingga H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan nilai hasil belajar, dimana pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model TSTS dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 1 Pattallassang.

Abstract

The background of this research is to add to the completeness of information owned by Bontotangnga Village through inventory data of the types of food plants that are cultivated. Thus the region will have a database of potential food resources to support the acceleration of sustainable food diversification. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of food plants cultivated by the people of Bontotangnga Village. The method used is a survey by conducting observations and interviews. Data collection techniques are equipped with open and closed interviews guided by a list of questions. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. A qualitative approach is used in describing the results of interviews with resource persons. A quantitative approach is used to calculate food crop commodities This study found 32 types of food crops cultivated by the community in Bontotangnga Village (Bontokaru Hamlet, Ompoa Hamlet and Bontomarannu Hamlet). From the results of the LQ (Location Qoutiont) value, there are 11 food crop sectors that are the basis for Bontokura hamlet; 10 sectors of Ompoa hamlet; 13 sectors of Bontomarannu hamlet
