Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic significant impact on decreasing income and community activities, including shopping behavior. Many people have decided to use the online marketplace platform to shop for various needs. This study aims to investigate the direct and indirect relationships among variable price discounts, Online Customer Reviews (OCR), and purchase intentions for consumers of the 5 most popular online marketplace platforms in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Collecting data in this study using an online questionnaire to 120 respondents as a sample who have met the purposive sampling criteria. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze the data. There is a uniqueness in this study where the price discount strategy is not able to directly influence consumer purchase intention even though the economic condition has decreased due to the pandemic. This strategy encourages consumers to seek information through online customer reviews. Information on OCR affects consumer purchase intention in a product. This makes OCR able to fully mediate the relationship between the price discount strategy and purchase intention.

Abstract

Kepuasan Pelanggan salah satu komponen penting dari suatu keberhasilan bisnis. Pelanggan puas jika evaluasi setelah pembelian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja produk atau jasa setidaknya memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Servicescape Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada pusat oleh-oleh Bolinggo di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria minimal beli 1 kali atau yang pernah belanja di Bolinggo dengan jumlah 133 responden. pengujian data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, uji koefisien determinan dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menujukkan (1) kualitas pelayanan dan servicescape secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan hasil nilai signifikan 0,00<0,05. (2) Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan hasil nilai signifikan 0,00<0,05. (3) servicescape secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan hasil nilai signifikan 0,14<0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinan model yang di dapat dalam besarnya pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayan dan servicescape terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu 62.2%, sedangkan sisanya 37.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada ponpes Ma’had Ta’limil Qur’an yaitu metode pembelajaran yang terlalu keras dan tidak ada target kelulusan menyebabkan beberapa santri malas menghafal. Kurangnya rasa segan beberapa santri pada pengurus pondok karena usia para pengurus yang masih sebaya, sehingga menimbulkan kurangnya rasa segan terhadap pengurus pondok, hal ini menjadi tantangan para pengurus untuk mendidik santri, dalam hal kepuasan santri perlu penanganan yang lebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan figur pengurus terhadap kepuasan santri pondok pesantren Ma’had Ta’limil Qur’an Kota Pasuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regersi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinan (R2), dan Uji Hipotesis. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh santri ponpes Ma’had Ta’limil Qur’an Kota Pasuruan tahun 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 62 santri. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan teknik sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan inovativ dan figur pengurus pondok yang positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri di pondok pesantren Ma’had Ta’limil Qur’an.  2) Metode pembelajaran berperan penting dalam menentukan kepuasan santri terhadap pengalaman belajar di pondok pesantren Ma’had Ta’limil Qur’an. 3) Figur pengurus pondok, termasuk sikap, kepemimpinan, dan dukungan, berdampak signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri terhadap lingkungan dan pengalaman belajar di pondok pesantren Ma’had Ta’limil Qur’an.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate how Generation X in Pasuruan City felt about the Access By KAI application in terms of perceived security, usefulness, and convenience of use. With 96 samples, a multiple linear regression analysis was performed. A significant value below the threshold supported the conclusions that interest in use is influenced by perceived security, utility, and convenience of use taken together. Only perceived ease of use, on the other hand, showed a significant effect on interest in usage when looked at separately. On the other hand, perceived security's significance value also exceeded the threshold, with a calculated t value above the t table, suggesting it does not significantly affect interest in use, while perceived usefulness's significance value exceeded the threshold, with a calculated t value lower than the t table.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Store Atmosphere, Price Discount, dan Sales Person Terhadap Impulse Buying Pada Konsumen Toko Delta Kids Kota Pasuruan, Maka tujuan yang akan dicapai pada peneliti ini yaitu: (1) Mengetahui store atmosphere, price Discount, dan sales person secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying konsumen toko Delta Kids Kota Pasuruan. (2) Mengetahui store atmosphere mempunyai pengaruh terhadap impulse buying konsumen Toko Delta Kids Kota Pasuruan. (3) Mengetahui price discount mempunyai pengaruh terhadap impulse buying konsumen Toko Delta Kids Kota Pasuruan. (4) Mengetahui sales person mempunyai pengaruh terhadap impulse buying konsumen Toko Delta Kids Kota Pasuruan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 60 responden. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda (uji F dan uji t). Dan didapatkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : Hasil analisis uji F diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar 12,886  > 2,76 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 000,0 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima yang berarti store atmosphere, price discount dan sales person secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen. Hasil uji t menunjukkan store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen, price discount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen dan sales person juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen. Hasil uji R Square sebesar 0,407 atau 40,7% yang bisa dijelaskan oleh model ini, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Industry is a significant economic driver in a region which is the basis for economic expansion. Activities related to marine tourism include beach tourism. Karang Hitam Beach is one of the tourist destinations in Pasuruan. This research aims to determine the influence of attraction, accessibility and amenities on tourist loyalty at Karang Hitam Lekok beach, Pasuruan Regency. The population in this study were visitors who had visited Karang Hitam beach who lived in the Tapal Kuda area, with a sampling method, namely purposive sampling. Using the Hair formula, with a sample size of 65 respondents. The research results show that 1) attraction, accessibility and amenities simultaneously influence tourist loyalty with a significance value of 0.000 with a variable determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.548 which shows that attraction, accessibility and amenities can influence tourist loyalty by 54.8% while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research. 2) attraction partially has a significant effect on tourist loyalty with a significance value of 0.001. 3) partial accessibility has a significant effect on tourist loyalty with a significance value of 0.044.  4) amenities partially have a significant effect on tourist loyalty with a significance value of 0.005

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Physical Evidence and Menu Variants on Wizzmie Customer Loyalty in Pasuruan City. The sampling method uses Simple Random Sampling. Using the Slovin Formula, with a sample size of 94 respondents. The analysis used is research instrument testing in the form of validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determinant coefficient tests. The research results show that the physical evidence variables and menu variants simultaneously have a significant effect on Wizzmie customer loyalty in Pasuruan City with a Fcount > Ftable value of 37.206 > 3.095. The physical evidence value partially has a positive and significant effect on Wizzmie customer loyalty in Pasuruan City with a tcount>ttable value of 6.878>1.661 and a sig value of 0.000>0.05. The menu variant value partially has a positive and significant effect on Wizzmie customer loyalty in Pasuruan City with a tcount>ttable value of 3.783>1.661 and a sig value of 0.000<0.05. The determinant coefficient (R2) obtained a value of 0.450, which shows that physical evidence and variance menu can influence customer loyalty by 45.0%. Meanwhile, other variables outside the scope of the research were 55.0%

Abstract

Pencak silat Kuntu is a traditional martial art from Mancilan, Kelurahan Pohjentrek, Kota Pasuruan, rich in cultural values and philosophy. However, with the rapid advancement of modernization and popular culture, the popularity of Pencak Silat Kuntu has declined, particularly among the younger generation. This community service activity aims to introduce Pencak Silat Kuntu as part of efforts to preserve local culture in Kelurahan Pohjentrek. The target participants were 50 fifth-grade students from SD Pohjentrek I. The method employed was a socialization session through the screening of a documentary video that presents the history, philosophy, and fundamental movements of Pencak Silat Kuntu. This initiative successfully enhanced students' understanding of the importance of local cultural preservation, with 90% of participants demonstrating improved knowledge. Furthermore, 70% of students expressed interest in furthering their study of pencak silat. This activity aims to foster awareness of the significance of safeguarding local cultural heritage and encourages youth engagement in the preservation of traditions. The involvement of schools as formal educational institutions is expected to serve as a bridge between local traditions and the younger generation for the sustainability of this culture in the future.

Abstract

Industri makanan olahan di Indonesia merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi yang terus berkembang pesat dengan seiring meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap produk kuliner inovatif. Salah satu produk yang memiliki potensi besar tetapi belum dikenal luas adalah SAKUPANG (sambal kupang). Namun, kurangnya inovasi sering kali membuat produk baru sulit bersaing di pasar, serta produk Sakupang saat ini hanya mengandalkan stategi promosi yang masih terbatas yang menjadi kurang optimal dalam menjangkau target pasar yang lebih luas. Sehingga kurangnya inovasi produk, strategi promosi yang kurang efektif, dan kelegalitasan produk membuat konsumen menimbang-nimbang untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian. Studi penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 95 responden konsumen produk Sambal Kupang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk menjadi hal penting untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Variabel promosi juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan daya tarik produk di mata konsumen. Variabel legalitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan konsumen cenderung mempertimbangkan faktor legalitas, seperti adanya sertifikasi halal dan izin usaha.

Abstract

The potential of a region is an important aspect that the Village Government should focus on, with one of its primary objectives being the welfare of the community. The development of a village can be observed through its social and economic resources, as well as its ability to manage them. Sungiwetan Village has encountered challenges in mapping its regional potential. Consequently, the products originating from Sungiwetan remain underexposed and unknown to the wider community. Moreover, there are several untapped and underdeveloped regional potentials. Therefore, the community engagement team from Unmer Pasuruan, in agreement with the target beneficiaries of this program, including the Village Government, village chiefs, the head of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) participants in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD), has initiated a program for mapping, profiling, and supporting the marketing of Sungiwetan's regional potential. This program is executed through five methods: 1) Preparation phase, 2) Data collection and profiling of SMEs, 3) Socialization of marketing strategies and product innovation mentoring, 4) The creation of a catalog and map of Sungiwetan Village's regional potential, and 5) Evaluation. The program has been successfully implemented, as evidenced by the accomplishments, including the SME catalog of Sungiwetan Village, the regional potential map, product innovations, and the enhanced understanding of product strategies, promotion, and digital marketing among SME participants.
