Abstract

This community service activity aims to equip teenagers under the auspices of the Ambulu branch of Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah (AMM) with the skills to preach in the midst of society. These teenagers have great potential to make changes through the messages they convey. Therefore, this potential must be able to be managed and maximized as well as possible. The approach used in this service activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach which involves community groups as objects of service in analyzing problems and planning activities. While the implementation method uses training and lecture methods in delivering service materials. Before the implementation of the service, several stages were carried out in the form of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Furthermore, they were asked to develop a follow-up agenda in the form of making preaching materials or lectures as a follow-up to this training activity. In the future, the Muhammadiyah Youth Force (AMM) is required to organize more positive activities in order to channel the potential of teenagers in the field of da'wah

Abstract

Cases of violence against children in Jember City in 2024 are ranked as significant.  Meanwhile, children living in orphanages are at risk of experiencing violence because of the limited facilities available. For this reason, it is necessary to provide community-based shelter management assistance to provide special support for children who are victims of violence.  The aim of this activity is to increase the capacity of the management of the Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Child Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) in Jember in handling and developing children who are victims of violence. Community service activities in this organization use Participatory Action Research (PAR). Through training and mentoring activities involving related institutions, such as UPTD PPA Jember and PPKS Task Force Muhammadiyah University Jember, LKSA employee gained a better understanding of preventing and handling violence against children. The evaluation results show a significant increase in participants' understanding, with the average post-test score reaching a score of 85. This activity contributes to efforts to create a safe and child-friendly environment at LKSA Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah JemberABSTRAKKasus kekerasan terhadap anak di Kota Jember pada tahun 2024 termasuk dalam peringkat yang signifikan. Sementara itu anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan beresiko mengalami kekerasan karena keterbatasan fasilitas yang ada. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan manajemen shelter berbasis komunitas untuk memberikan dukungan khusus anak korban kekerasan.  Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah di Jember dalam menangani dan membina anak-anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan. Kegiatan pengabdian di lingkungan persyarikatan ini menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan lembaga-lembaga terkait, seperti UPTD PPA Jember dan Satgas PPKS Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember, pengurus LKSA mendapat pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan terhadap anak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan nilai rata-rata post-test mencapai skor 85. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada upaya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan ramah anak di LKSA Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Jember.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan bisnis usaha dan UMKM di Indonesia saat ini berfokus terhadap peningkatan jumlah produk halal baik usaha besar maupun mikro kecil dan menengah. UD Mitra Jamur memiliki produk yang telah besertifikat halal khususnya produk varian jamur. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh sertifikasi halal yang telah dimiliki terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen khususnya pada produk varian jamur. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal berkontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen sebesar 42%. Sedangkan 58% dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat dilihat bahwa konsumen memberikan kepercayaan tersendiri atas jaminan kehalalan produk atas sertifikasi halal yang telah dimiliki oleh UD. Mitra Jamur

Abstract

Perkaderan fungsional merupakan sistem perkaderan yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pendidikan, pelatihan, kursus atau kajian intensif yang terstruktur namun tidak ditetapkan standar kurikulumnya secara baku untuk mencukupi kebutuhan dan fungsi tertentu. Bentuk perkaderan fungsional dalam pengabdian ini berupa pendidikan motivasi berbasis Pedoman Hidup Islami Warga Muhammadiyah (PHIWM) terutama pada bagian akhlak dalam kehidupan. Nilai akhlak dalam kehidupan dapat menjadi motivasi untuk mencegah dari perilaku bullying terhadap orang lain. Sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu Muhammadiyah Children Center atau Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial dan Anak (LKSA) Muhammadiyah Budi Mulia Sumbersari. Anak asuh LKSA sangat rentan terhadap bullying baik sebagai pelaku maupun korban. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian terbagi dalam 3 (tiga) materi yaitu manusia sebagai makhluk sosial, kampanye stop bullying, dan PHIWM. Oleh karena itu pengabdian masyarakat dengan model perkaderan fungsional ini sangat relavan dan menjadi solusi atas permasalahan mitra. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mencegah perilaku bullying serta menguatkan mental/membesarkan hati bagi korban dengan penguatan ideologi Muhammadiyah melalui perkaderan fungsional.

Abstract

This socialisation activity on Bullying Prevention for Foster Children at LKSA Budi Mulia Sumbersari aims to equip foster children with knowledge about bullying, including the definition and scope of bullying, forms of bullying, signs of bullying, and attitudes towards bullying behaviour. This is important to do because educational institutions, dormitories, and orphanages are places where bullying behaviour thrives. The seniority factor is the dominant factor in the chain of bullying behaviour. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out this socialisation activity to break the chain of this deviant behaviour through socialisation activities. The method used in the activity is the lecture method which contains socialisation, mentoring, and campaigns in the form of signing commitments and mutual agreements to prevent bullying in the LKSA Budi Mulia environment. After this activity, it is hoped that foster children will gain knowledge about bullying so that they do not become perpetrators of bullying against fellow foster children, and know the attitudes that must be taken if they face bullying from others. In the future, it is necessary to continue to conduct massive socialisation to foster children so that they do not commit acts of bullying, and continue to provide assistance to foster children, especially for victims of bullying so that they do not experience prolonged trauma.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tighter. This competition requires business actors to be able to maximize company performance in order to compete in the market. PT Mandiri Utama Finance (MUF) is a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk which is engaged in the vehicle financing sector to serve the needs of the people in Indonesia. This study aims to determine how the influence of Islamic service quality on increasing customer loyalty at PT Mandiri Utama Finance Jember Branch, this study focuses on increasing customer loyalty at Mandiri Utama Finance Jember, This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 110 respondents and uses a sampling technique with Purposive sampling technique, using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination R2 The results of the study show that Islamic service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Mandiri Utama Finance Jember. The contribution of the influence of Islamic service quality on customer loyalty reaches 96%, while the remaining 4% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study. Thus, the implementation of services based on Islamic values can significantly increase customer loyalty
