Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menguji dampak Literasi Digital Karyawan dan Fleksibilitas Tempat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di industri kreatif selama era digital, dan peran mediasi Pemberdayaan Psikologis. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif memanfaatkan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural untuk menganalisis data melalui survei daring pada karyawan di industri kreatif. Pengambilan sampel secara sengaja menargetkan responden berpengalaman kerja yang relevan di lingkungan kerja yang digerakkan secara digital dan fleksibel. Uji reliabilitas dan validitas untuk memastikan kekokohan model pengukuran. Menemukan bahwa Literasi Digital Karyawan dan Fleksibilitas Tempat Kerja secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Pemberdayaan Psikologis juga memiliki efek positif langsung pada Kinerja Karyawan. Pemberdayaan Psikologis berfungsi sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara Literasi Digital Karyawan dan Kinerja Karyawan, serta antara Fleksibilitas Tempat Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil ini menyoroti pentingnya kompetensi digital, fleksibilitas kerja, dan pemberdayaan psikologis dalam meningkatkan hasil kerja karyawan di sektor kreatif. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan menawarkan wawasan baru tentang interaksi antara literasi digital, fleksibilitas tempat kerja, dan kinerja karyawan, khususnya di industri kreatif, memperluas pemahaman tentang Pemberdayaan Psikologis sebagai mekanisme mediasi yang mendorong peningkatan hasil kerja karyawan. Implikasi bagi manajemen merancang strategi yang meningkatkan kemampuan digital, mempromosikan lingkungan kerja yang fleksibel, memberdayakan karyawan untuk memaksimalkan potensi mereka.

Abstract

Along with the times and the growing economy, more and more students are interested in starting their own business. The student entrepreneurship program exists as a forum for developing entrepreneurial skills and helping to hone their potential, so that students can become agents of change that have a positive impact on society. This program is expected to create more jobs and increase student independence in entrepreneurship. This program is held in semester 5 where it will be implemented from September to December 2022. The product produced is aromatherapy. Activities include the stages of planning, implementing, evaluating and analyzing the results of activities which include financial, marketing and production factors.

Abstract

In this study using variables including Absenteeism Level as a variable (X1), Work Discipline as a variable (X2) and Employee Performance as a variable (Y). This research was carried out in order to determine the effect of the level of absenteeism and work discipline on the performance of STIE Mahardhika Surabaya employees. Primary data is the data used in this study obtained from questionnaires in the form of a Google form. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that the level of absenteeism and work discipline have an influence on the performance of STIE Mahardhika Surabaya employees. To measure the effect of these variables, multiple linear regression was used using a computer application program, namely IBM SPSS 25. From the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression, the results obtained from the R Square or coefficient of determination were 46.6%. The partial test results (t test) explain that the absentee level variable has a significant influence on employee performance with a t count of 2.816 > t table of 2.03951. work discipline variable has a significant influence on employee performance with the acquisition of t count 3.522 > t table 2.03951. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the influence of absenteeism level and work discipline has an effect on employee performance at STIE Mahardhika Surabaya.
