Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Tax Volunteer Service Standardization and Location on WPOP Satisfaction at the STIE Persada Bunda Tax Center. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, namely the Tax Volunteer Service Standard (X1) and Location (X2). The Tax Volunteer Service Standard (X1) uses the standards from the DJP Regional Office, including Service Management Standards, Human Resources Standards, Facility Standards, and Supervision Standards. The dependent variable in this study is Individual Taxpayer Satisfaction (Y). The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially the service standard and location variables affect WPOP satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the service standard and location variables have an effect on WPOP satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. OMS Oilfield Services Cabang Duri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif yang menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari employee engagement dan self efficacy yang diterapkan oleh pihak manajemen PT OMS Oilfield Services Cabang Duri. Oleh sebab itu employee engagement dan self efficacy yang tinggi sangat diperlukan dalam suatu organisasi karena semakin tinggi employee engagement dan self efficacy maka akan semakin mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT OMS Oilfield Services Cabang Duri. Temuan dari hasil koefisien determinasi dimana engagement dan self efficacy memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 85,4% dan sisanya sebesar 14,6% oleh indikator atau faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk didalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Taxes are mandatory levies which are one of the sources of state income which will be used for the development of the country and society based on applicable laws. A tax volunteer is someone who voluntarily contributes their time, energy, thoughts and expertise to play an active role in tax education activities. Tax volunteer assistance is one of the programs initiated by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in order to increase taxpayer compliance in carrying out their tax obligations. A tax center is an institution at a university that functions as a center for study, education, training and socialization of taxation to the campus environment, taxpayers and the community independently. This activity is a form of joint agreement program between the Directorate General of Taxes, Riau Regional Office and  the Persada Bunda College of Economics.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Taxpayer Perception and Trust in the Government on Taxpayer Compliance in the Voluntary Disclosure Program.The population in this study were all taxpayers registered at KPP Senapelan Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were taxpayers who assisted in reporting the Annual Tax Return (SPT) in March 2022 at the Tax Center of the Persada Bunda School of Economics (STIE) which is the work area of ​​KPP Senapelan Pekanbaru, with a total of 95 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with an incidental sampling approach. This study uses primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to individual taxpayers. The results this research state that Taxpayer Perception variable affect Taxpayer Compliance, variable Trust in Government affect Taxpayer Compliance, as well as Taxpayer Perception variable and Trust in the Government simultaneously affect Taxpayer Compliance with the Voluntary Disclosure Program. The independent variables, the perception of taxpayers and trust in the government are able to explain the dependent variable, namely taxpayer compliance by 31.3%, while the remaining 68.7% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, promotion and product quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of supermi consumers in Pekanbaru city either partially or simultaneously. This study uses the analysis of multiple linear regression equations using the SPSS version 21 application, with a total sample of 100 supermi people in the city of Pekanbaru. The results of the first study showed that the brand image and product quality variables had a positive and significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable, while the promotion variable had a positive but not significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable. Then in the second test results obtained that the brand image and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable, while the product quality variable has no and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Furthermore, in the results of the third test, it is also known that the variable customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the supermi consumer loyalty variable in the city of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja kurir J&T Express Tampan Pekanbaru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Teknik analisis statistik deskriptif yang menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS (Statisticcal Product and Service Solution). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kurir J&T Express Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 35 orang pada tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja kurir, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap kinerja kurir. Secara simultan komitmen organisasi dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja kurir pada J&T Ekpress Tampan Pekanbaru. Temuan dari hasil koefisien determinasi dimana komitmen organisasi dan beban kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 49,8%, dan sisanya sebesar 50,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
