Abstract

This research aims to analyze the collaborative learning in inclusive schools from the perspective of teachers and its implementation. Collaborative learning will be a challenge if there are children with special needs and regular students learning together in inclusive class. This research used quantitative research method with descriptive approach. This research was conducted in 10 inclusive schools involving 20 teachers (10 special teachers and 10 regular teachers). The results showed the acceptance of the existence of children with special needs by regular teachers related to the collaboration process in inclusive schools. The collaboration levels that occurred were 50% very good (level 1), 30% good (level 2) and 20% poor (level 3). Collaborative learning will succeed when the regular teachers accept the existence of children with special needs.

Abstract

The lack of educational infrastructure and also low public awareness of education, due to economic factors, makes the dropout rate high. Due to the high dropout factor, the authors are interested in conducting research on equality education in Singkuang village, Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique carried out in the village is by distributing online questionnaires to the people in Singkuang village. Based on research that has been carried out by observation and distributing google forms online, the authors found several factors causing equality education in Singkuang village, namely: The lack of educational facilities and infrastructure in Singkuang village and also the lack of knowledge and socialization about equality education to people who is  in  Singkuang  village.  Efforts  made  by  the  author  to  overcome  the  problem  of  equality education in Singkuang village are by conducting outreach to the Singkuang village community about the importance of equality education for those who drop out of school in order to get their education back and can help people find work in order to fulfill their life needs.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada peserta didik yang ada di Yayasan Otto Iskandar Dinata, dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran gunakan menemukan konsep-konsep matematis. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta didik yang ada di Panti Asuhan Yayasan otto Iskandar Dinata mampu membuat media pembelajaran serta menemukan konsep matematis dari media tersebut. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah anak-anak panti asuhan wisma karya bakti yayasan otto Iskandar dinata yang berada di jenjang sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Metode yang dilaksanakan berupa penyampaian materi serta pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran melalui diskusi kelompok dan tutorial. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini berupa termotivasi nya peserta didik dalam belajar, peserta didik mampu menemukan konsep matematis dari media yang mereka buat. Hasil angket respon yang dibagikan menunjukkan hasil 90% peserta didik memamahi materi pelatihan, 88% merasa puas dengan pembimbingan, serta 89% menyatakan puas dengan metode yang digunakan instruktur memberikan pendampingan. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu pelatihan, sehingga perlu adanya tambahan waktu agar hasil yang didapatkan maksimal.

Abstract

This study was conducted over one year of production in 2024 to evaluate the feasibility of a layer chicken farming enterprise. The research employed a survey method with a case study approach, supported by descriptive and financial analyses. The financial assessment utilized the Revenue-Cost (R/C) Ratio to determine total costs, revenues, profits, and overall business viability. Results revealed that the enterprise incurred a total annual cost of IDR. 193,466,071, while generating revenues of IDR. 225,900,000. Consequently, the net profit amounted to IDR. 32,433,929 per year. The calculated R/C Ratio was 1.16, exceeding the threshold of 1.0, which indicates that the business is financially feasible and profitable. These findings suggest that the enterprise can be sustained and potentially expanded, as the profitability ratio demonstrates economic viability. The study contributes to the understanding of financial performance in layer chicken farming and provides a reference for similar agribusiness ventures.
