Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik sangat penting bagi universitas untuk mengelola proses akademik dan administrasi, namun ketergantungan terhadap sistem ini juga menimbulkan risiko. Manajemen risiko diperlukan untuk mengurangi dan mengantisipasi potensi risiko yang mungkin timbul di kemudian hari. Universitas Perwira Purbalingga menghadapi kendala terkait server down, human error, dan sinkronisasi data SIA dengan aplikasi Neo Feeder PDDikti. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penilaian risiko dengan metode OCTAVE Allegro berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 27001. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akademik dan memberikan rekomendasi mitigasi risiko. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat 3 area of concern ancaman terhadap SIA yaitu kesalahan dalam penginputan KRS dan kata sandi dengan tingkat risiko serta, terjadinya error pada saat sinkronisasi data ke aplikasi Neo Feeder karena adanya pembaharuan variabel data dari PDDikti dengan tingkat risiko high, kemudian untuk overload data, maintenance sistem dan kegagalan dalam mengakses SIA dengan tingkat risiko medium. Rekomendasi mitigasi yang digunakan mengacu pada ISO/IEC 27001:2022 bagian change management, information security awareness, education and training, authentication information, supporting utilities, capacity management dan installation of software on operational systems

Abstract

PKK Desa Pamijen merupakan salah satu organisasi yang memiliki peran penting dalam memajukan pembangunan pada tingkat desa. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan PKK Desa Pamijen salah satunya menghasilkan produk ekonomi kreatif seperti produk kerajinan tangan. Sayangnya, keberadaan dan dokumentasi produk ekonomi tersebut belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi dan diskusi dengan mitra, dapat disimpulkan bahwa saat kegiatan pelatihan biasanya narasumber hanya memberikan modul berupa kertas yang berisi contoh gambar produk ekonomi dan langkah-langkah pembuatannya saja. Oleh sebab itu pelatihan website KMS dapat menjadi solusi tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Tujuan yang diharapkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memperkuat kapasitas digital PKK Desa Pamijen serta memberikan solusi teknologi yang aplikatif untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis komunitas melalui pelatihan website KMS. Sedangkan manfaat yang diperoleh adalah bisa meningkatkan literasi digital dan mampu mendorong dalam mengembangkan keterampilan seperti membuat dan mempromosikan produk ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang diterapkan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan berbasis kebutuhan mitra. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta dalam menggunakan website sebesar 73,47%. Rekomendasi yang diberikan agar pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bisa lebih maksimal di kemudian hari adalah dengan memberikan pendampingan secara berkala atau dalam rentang waktu tertentu agar semua anggota PKK bisa mahir menggunakan website KMS.

Abstract

Pemilihan konsentrasi program studi wajib dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pada semester tertentu agar mahasiswa dapat fokus pada suatu bidang yang diminatinya dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya. Program studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Amikom Purwokerto memiliki dua pilihan konsentrasi yaitu Manajemen Sistem Informasi (MSI) dan E-business. Berdasarkan hasil pra-survei kepada mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi yang telah memilih konsentrasi, lebih dari 68% mengalami kebingungan saat menentukan konsentrasi, terutama karena faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan integrasi metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dalam pengambilan keputusan rekomendasi oleh mahasiswa pada saat memilih konsentrasi program studi. Empat kriteria yang dipertimbangkan meliputi minat, tema skripsi, prospek kerja, dan kemampuan individu setiap mahasiswa. AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas setiap kriteria melalui matriks perbandingan berpasangan, dengan hasil AHP menunjukkan prospek kerja memperoleh bobot tertinggi (0,357), selanjutnya minat (0,286), kemampuan iindividu (0,214), dan tema skripsi (0,143). TOPSIS digunakan untuk mengurutkan nilai preferensi terbaik dari pilihan alternatif yang ada. Hasil perhitungan ini menunjukkan kombinasi kedua metode tersebut mampu mendukung proses rekomendasi konsentrasi yang lebih objektif pada konteks pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

One of the PKK programs, namely the development of cooperative life, is a program that aims to advance cooperatives so that they can improve the economy in a village. One of the activities included in the program is creative economic activities through information technology. With the hope of being able to produce creative economic products that have added economic value. In order to manage knowledge in an organization, an appropriate mechanism is needed so that organizational goals can be achieved. The application of a knowledge management system can be a useful tool in managing knowledge for organizations. In this study, researchers focused on the problem of knowledge management in the PKK of Pamijen Village. The research problem lies in the management of knowledge of creative economic products which is considered still not optimal. Therefore, the implementation of a knowledge management system can be an appropriate solution, especially in managing knowledge about creative economic products. The system that is built later can provide convenience such as access to information, be able to capture and store knowledge, and share knowledge about creative economic products. The purpose of this study is to apply information technology in the form of a knowledge management system as a medium for sharing knowledge about creative economic products in order to achieve the cooperative life development program. The research method applied refers to the knowledge management system development life cycle (KMSLC) which has structured stages. This research produces a knowledge management system that can be accessed via the link address http://www.kms-pkkpamijen.com.

Abstract

Study aims to analyze the effect of trust, compatibility, perceived risk, risk acceptance, and satisfaction on students’ interest in using mobile banking applications. Mobile banking has become one of the most widely used digital financial solutions due to its convenience and practicality, especially among young users who are familiar with technology. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The data are derived from a secondary dataset titled “COGENT ADOPTION M-BANKING PLS,” which contains survey responses from 219 students who use mobile banking services. The analysis results reveal that satisfaction, compatibility, and trust significantly influence students’ interest in using mobile banking, while perceived risk and risk acceptance show no significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.570 indicates that the model explains 57% of the variation in students’ interest in mobile banking adoption. These findings highlight the importance of user trust, system suitability, and satisfaction as key factors in sustaining mobile banking usage. The study contributes both theoretically and practically by enriching the understanding of technology acceptance behavior among students and providing insights for banking institutions to enhance application design, strengthen security systems, and develop more user-oriented mobile banking strategies.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut peningkatan literasi digital, terutama bagi generasi muda dan para pendidik sebagai ujung tombak pembelajaran. Namun, banyak guru di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami literasi digital dan koding, serta kesulitan mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Universitas Amikom Purwokerto bekerja sama dengan MGMP Informatika MTs Ma’arif NU Kabupaten Banyumas melaksanakan program pelatihan “Fun Learning Koding” pada tanggal 4 September 2025 di RM Rawalo. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam literasi digital dan koding melalui pendekatan hands-on learning menggunakan platform MIT App Inventor. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 18 guru dan mencakup empat tahap utama: survey awal, persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru tentang literasi digital dan koding, dengan skor rata-rata meningkat dari 55–60 (pre-test) menjadi 85–90 (post-test). Selain itu, 95% peserta menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka dan dapat langsung diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Output kegiatan meliputi modul pelatihan, prototipe aplikasi edukatif sederhana, serta rencana tindak lanjut berupa pelatihan lanjutan oleh MGMP Informatika. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan guru, mendorong kreativitas dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran digital, dan membangun komunitas belajar antar guru. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program serupa di masa mendatang, disarankan untuk menambah durasi pelatihan, menyediakan infrastruktur tambahan, serta memberikan pendampingan pasca-pelatihan. Diharapkan program ini dapat dikembangkan lebih luas untuk mendukung transformasi pendidikan di era digital. Kata kunci: pelatihan; literasi digital; peningkatan kompetensi; fun learning koding; hands-on learning Abstract The rapid development of information technology demands an increase in digital literacy, especially for the younger generation and educators as the spearhead of learning. However, many teachers in Indonesia still face challenges in understanding digital literacy and coding, as well as difficulties in integrating technology into learning. To address this issue, Amikom University Purwokerto collaborated with MGMP Informatika MTs Ma'arif NU Banyumas Regency to conduct a “Fun Learning Coding” training program on September 4, 2025, at RM Rawalo. This program aimed to improve teachers' competence in digital literacy and coding through a hands-on learning approach using the MIT App Inventor platform. The training was attended by 18 teachers and consisted of four main stages: initial survey, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding of digital literacy and coding, with the average score increasing from 55–60 (pre-test) to 85–90 (post-test). In addition, 95% of participants stated that the training was relevant to their needs and could be directly applied in learning. The outputs of the activity included training modules, simple educational application prototypes, and a follow-up plan in the form of further training by the Informatics MGMP. This activity succeeded in improving teachers' skills, encouraging creativity in creating digital learning media, and building a learning community among teachers. To increase the effectiveness of similar programs in the future, it is recommended to increase the duration of training, provide additional infrastructure, and provide post-training assistance. It is hoped that this program can be developed more broadly to support educational transformation in the digital era. Keywords: training; digital literacy; competency improvement; fun learning coding; hands-on learning

Abstract

The transformation of information technology has significantly influenced the education sector, particularly in the implementation of online learning. One of its key contributions is enabling lecturers and students to interact through e-learning platforms without the constraints of time and space. Amikom University Purwokerto, as one of the higher education institutions, has developed an e-learning platform called ELLS. Based on observational analysis, several issues are frequently encountered by users, including confusion in navigation, difficulty in locating information, repeated uploading of course materials for the same subject across multiple classes, the absence of notification messages, unexpected system logouts during grading activities, and a visually unappealing interface. To further investigate usability issues in the ELLS website, Nielsen’s heuristic evaluation method—consisting of 10 principles—was applied. The findings reveal that, out of 8 main features tested, a total of 19 usability issues were identified. The most frequently occurring problems are related to the principles of visibility of system status, user control and freedom, and consistency and standards across interface elements. One critical issue with a severity level of 4 (usability catastrophe) was identified in the assignment grading feature, which poses a risk of sudden loss of student grade data. In addition, 15 issues were categorized with severity level 3 and 3 issues with severity level 2. These findings indicate that although the ELLS system is functionally operational, there are still numerous interface design aspects that need improvement to enhance efficiency, clarity, and user comfort, particularly for lecturers and students as the primary users.
