Abstract

Spiritual leadership and Islamic leadership are considered to be the same thing frequently, but in reality illustrate differently. Spiritual leadership emphasizes the quality of relationships and the role of leaders in their organizations, while Islamic leadership focuses more on the characteristics of a leader. It is important to make a conceptual article that examines the differences between the two and synthesizes, so that the results are found with a more thorough concentration. This article attempts to synthesize spiritual leadership theory according to Fry (2003) and Islamic leadership according to Antonio (2013) and Nuruddin (2011). The results of the synthesis theories give a more moderate and comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja yang terdiri dari peserta pelatihan (X1), instruktur pelatihan (X2), materi pelatihan (X3), dan metode pelatihan (X4) terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Ollino Garden Kota Malang. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen (Pelatihan Kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (Kinerja Karyawan) digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji F dan uji t. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian sensus karena menggunakan seluruh responden dalam populasi yang berjumlah 42 responden. Untuk menguji instrumen penelitian digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas sebagai syarat untuk dilakukannya analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa dimensi pelatihan kerja yang terdiri dari variabel peserta pelatihan, instruktur pelatihan, materi pelatihan, dan metode pelatihan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dimensi pelatihan kerja yang terdiri dari variabel materi pelatihan dan metode pelatihan masing-masing memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel peserta pelatihan dan instruktur pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel materi pelatihan memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena memiliki koefisien beta paling tinggi dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawan Hotel Ollino Garden Kota Malang terbukti berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Peserta, Instruktur, Materi, Metode, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Saat ini, penggunaan platform dan aplikasi otomatisasi kantor berbasis digital dinilai dapat menghemat waktu pengerjaan suatu pekerjaan, hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan performa pekerjaan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Manfaat tersebut mendasari banyaknya organisasi mulai mengadaptasi penggunaan teknologi dalam kegiatan operasional mereka, tidak terkecuali pada instansi pemerintahan. Dalam menerapkan sistem yang hendak digunakan, tentunya suatu instansi pemerintahan harus berlandaskan aturan yang berlaku. Terdapat regulasi pada Permendagri Nomor 70 Tahun 2019 tentang Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah yang mengharuskan pemerintah daerah untuk menggunakan aplikasi terintegrasi berbasis web yang telah dikembangkan oleh Kemendagri dan diberi nama Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan SIPD pada instansi pemerintah daerah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur dengan sumber pustaka bacaan non-cetak. Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa penggunaan SIPD di tingkat pemerintah daerah masih belum efektif. SIPD masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan yang menjadi penghambat dalam efektivitas kinerja pemerintah daerah, khususnya dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan. Di luar kekurangan SIPD tersebut, pengetahuan dan keterampilan SDM yang bertugas mengoperasikan sistem di pemerintah daerah juga perlu ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan bimbingan teknis penggunaan dan pengoperasian sistem. Pengembangan sistem terintegrasi ini tentunya bertujuan untuk mendukung reformasi birokrasi pada instansi pemerintah baik di pusat maupun daerah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur akademik serta berimplikasi sebagai evaluasi dari penggunaan SIPD pada pemerintah daerah. Nowadays, the use of digital-based office automation platforms and applications is considered to save time on work, which has an impact on improving work performance more effectively and efficiently. These benefits underlie many organizations starting to adapt the use of technology in their operational activities, including government agencies. In implementing the system to be used, of course, a government agency must be based on applicable regulations. There is a regulation in Permendagri Number 70 of 2019 concerning Regional Government Information Systems which requires local governments to use an integrated web-based application that has been developed by the Ministry of Home Affairs and named the Regional Government Information System (SIPD). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using SIPD in local government agencies. The method used in this research is a literature study with non-print literature sources. The results found that the use of SIPD at the local government level is still not effective. SIPD still has several shortcomings that hinder the effectiveness of local government performance, especially in the development planning process. Beyond the shortcomings of SIPD, the knowledge and skills of human resources in charge of operating the system in local governments also need to be improved through technical guidance activities on the use and operation of the system. The development of this integrated system certainly aims to support bureaucratic reform in government agencies both at the central and local levels. This research contributes to the academic literature and has implications for evaluating the use of SIPD in local governments.

Abstract

In achieving the goals, companies need human resources who have skills, are broad-minded, and support the vision carried by the company. In addition, the company's success is also influenced by technology to achieve increased employee performance in carrying out business operations. This study aims to determine the impact of using office automation systems in supporting the effectiveness of employee performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia, General Document Secretary Unit. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection through interviews for primary data and credible electronic sources with research topics for secondary data. Data is presented in the form of descriptive analysis. The results of the study illustrate that the use of office automation systems at PT Kereta Api Indonesia, the General Document Secretary Unit has an impact on the effectiveness of employee performance. The results of this study contribute to enriching the academic literature on office automation systems and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi interpersonal dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan hukum prinsip Respect, Empathy, Audible, Clarity, dan Humble (REACH). Objek penelitian ini diambil dari Mahasiswa Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran kelas 2020-A dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan tujuh belas responden berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni dengan Model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pola komunikasi interpersonal dalam proses belajar mengajar pada program studi Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran dengan menggunakan hukum prinsip Respect, Empathy, Audible, Clarity, dan Humble (REACH) di kelas 2020-A menunjukan hasil yang positif, nilai Respect berada pada presentase 88,7%, Empathy 89,2%, Audible 92,2%, Clarity 85,2% dan Humble 98,6%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola komunikasi interpersonal dalam proses belajar mengajar pada program studi Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran Kelas 2020-A dengan mengguanakan prinsip Respect, Empathy, Audible, Clarity, dan Humble (REACH) dinilai efektif

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the strategy of developing social entrepreneurship with the Social Impact Canvas method on Sahawood. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection method was done by using observation and interviews with four informants who were directly involved in the Sahawood business process. The Social Impact Canvas provides an overview of business development strategies contained in the components of anchor purpose; value prepositions; stakeholders; stakeholders relationship; channel; key activities; key resources; key partners; revenue streams; magnitude; costs; differentiation. The findings in this study indicate that the social value of Sahawood creates a strong brand story and becomes a strength in attracting consumers. As a social entrepreneurship, Sahawood was able to become a place for former addicts to change for the better and control the beneficiaries from using drugs again and committing criminal acts. Social Impact Canvas is not only describing business implementation but also highlighting social values and business uniqueness in social entrepreneurship. This study has implications for the development of Sahawood’s future business strategy.

Abstract

This article explores the role of interpersonal communication in the context of Generation Z (Gen Z), a generation born after 1995 that has grown up in the digital age. Gen Z, the first generation to come of age in the era of digital technology, exhibits varied preferences for digital media depending on the context. However, they still view interpersonal communication as a crucial element in socializing. Utilizing qualitative methods and drawing from literature in journals, books, and previous research, this study delves into the shifts in Gen Z's interpersonal communication behavior in the digital media landscape. The findings indicate that Gen Z actively engages in interpersonal communication through social media and digital platforms for interaction, sharing creative content, and building social relationships. This has resulted in a shift from active to passive communication behaviors, an increased expression of self through digital media, a changed perspective on face-to-face communication, and a decrease in in-person communication. This article provides insights into the role of interpersonal communication in Generation Z, highlighting changes in interpersonal communication behaviors in the digital media era.

Abstract

Peran strategis manajemen logistik dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing perusahaan sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis kontemporer. Penelitian ini fokus pada eksplorasi signifikansi strategis manajemen logistik, dengan menyoroti metode dan praktik yang digunakan, termasuk analisis rantai pasokan, optimasi inventaris, dan penerapan teknologi informasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen logistik yang efektif berperan kunci dalam meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasokan, mengurangi biaya operasional, dan memastikan pengiriman tepat waktu, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan di pasar global. Penekanan pada manajemen logistik strategis sebagai penggerak utama kesuksesan bisnis diperkuat dengan analisis metode, memberikan wawasan lebih mendalam tentang implementasi praktik terbaik untuk meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is the process of exchanging information, including ideas, ideas, feelings, thoughts and views that can strengthen the relationship between one party and another. This skill is really needed by students as prospective teachers to interact and build relationships with students both in the learning process and in daily relationships with students. This research aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on the teaching readiness of students in the Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesian, including the Office Management Education, Economic Education, Accounting Education, and Business Education Study Program. This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 77 students. The results of the research show that interpersonal communication skills influence the teaching readiness of students in the Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesian.
