Abstract

Penelitian ini Changes are driven by technological developments in organizations and work environments. Business competition today is very strict, and it must be able to meet the needs and desires of consumers. One of the best efforts is to follow up with technological change or transform into digital by using digital technology in a business strategy. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of digital transformation and the use of technology on UMKM's business strategy. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research; data collection is carried out through interviews with UMKM perpetrators in the city of Bandung who use social media for both operational activities and sales and marketing. Interviews are conducted through WhatsApp and Instagram. The results obtained from this research are that digital transformation affects the business strategy of UMKM in Bandung; the presence of digital transformation makes UMKM actors use the strategy by creating content that is consistently interesting, not doing hard selling, understanding fan marketing, and leveraging the existence of influencers or celebrities.

Abstract

This research evaluates how local government agencies in Subang Regency implement paperless offices. The study examines the implementation, obstacles, and solutions for implementing the concept of paperless offices in government organizations. Researchers utilized a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data sources included informants, events, and documents. Data analysis involved interactive techniques, including interviews as a tool for data collection. The analysis consisted of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The research findings indicate that implementing the paperless office system in one of the government agencies in Subang Regency aims to address issues related to paper accumulation and enhance document security through application integration. Implementing the paperless office concept can improve the efficiency of public services, enabling faster and easier processes such as application submission, reporting, and data processing.

Abstract

Various impacts of current globalization require organizations to continue to develop in accordance with predetermined goals and policies. Problems that still often arise in an agency are the  inadequate employee performance, the inadequate use of technology, and the low quality of human resources. In its development, the agency has improved employee performance through several strategies and programs that support the implementation of work. This analysis aims to determine employee views on the SRIKANDI application, the influence of human resource quality and employee performance level assessments at ANRI. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 93 ANRI employees and the data is analyzed using descriptive and inferential data. Based on the results of this study, the SRIKANDI Application is in the fairly effective category, the quality of human resources and employee performance are in the moderate category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate the influence of the SRKANDI Application and the quality of human resources on employee performance. And when viewed from the value of the influence of the SRIKANDI Application and the quality of human resources, it has a fairly strong influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the strategy of developing social entrepreneurship with the Social Impact Canvas method on Sahawood. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection method was done by using observation and interviews with four informants who were directly involved in the Sahawood business process. The Social Impact Canvas provides an overview of business development strategies contained in the components of anchor purpose; value prepositions; stakeholders; stakeholders relationship; channel; key activities; key resources; key partners; revenue streams; magnitude; costs; differentiation. The findings in this study indicate that the social value of Sahawood creates a strong brand story and becomes a strength in attracting consumers. As a social entrepreneurship, Sahawood was able to become a place for former addicts to change for the better and control the beneficiaries from using drugs again and committing criminal acts. Social Impact Canvas is not only describing business implementation but also highlighting social values and business uniqueness in social entrepreneurship. This study has implications for the development of Sahawood’s future business strategy.

Abstract

This study aims at examining and analyzing the influence of psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership on intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment. Respondents in this study were administrators at the Campus Dawah Association in Brawijaya University, which total up to 166 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with version 3.0 SmartPLS software. The study found that psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership have a significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Psychological empowerment, Islamic spiritual leadership, and intrinsic motivation have a significant effect on organizational commitment.Furthermore, intrinsic motivation can mediate the influence of psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership on organizational commitment. Future researchers may expand the scope of the discussion to the value of the organization
