Abstract

Various impacts of current globalization require organizations to continue to develop in accordance with predetermined goals and policies. Problems that still often arise in an agency are the  inadequate employee performance, the inadequate use of technology, and the low quality of human resources. In its development, the agency has improved employee performance through several strategies and programs that support the implementation of work. This analysis aims to determine employee views on the SRIKANDI application, the influence of human resource quality and employee performance level assessments at ANRI. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 93 ANRI employees and the data is analyzed using descriptive and inferential data. Based on the results of this study, the SRIKANDI Application is in the fairly effective category, the quality of human resources and employee performance are in the moderate category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate the influence of the SRKANDI Application and the quality of human resources on employee performance. And when viewed from the value of the influence of the SRIKANDI Application and the quality of human resources, it has a fairly strong influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the strategy of developing social entrepreneurship with the Social Impact Canvas method on Sahawood. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection method was done by using observation and interviews with four informants who were directly involved in the Sahawood business process. The Social Impact Canvas provides an overview of business development strategies contained in the components of anchor purpose; value prepositions; stakeholders; stakeholders relationship; channel; key activities; key resources; key partners; revenue streams; magnitude; costs; differentiation. The findings in this study indicate that the social value of Sahawood creates a strong brand story and becomes a strength in attracting consumers. As a social entrepreneurship, Sahawood was able to become a place for former addicts to change for the better and control the beneficiaries from using drugs again and committing criminal acts. Social Impact Canvas is not only describing business implementation but also highlighting social values and business uniqueness in social entrepreneurship. This study has implications for the development of Sahawood’s future business strategy.

Abstract

This study aims at examining and analyzing the influence of psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership on intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment. Respondents in this study were administrators at the Campus Dawah Association in Brawijaya University, which total up to 166 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with version 3.0 SmartPLS software. The study found that psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership have a significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Psychological empowerment, Islamic spiritual leadership, and intrinsic motivation have a significant effect on organizational commitment.Furthermore, intrinsic motivation can mediate the influence of psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership on organizational commitment. Future researchers may expand the scope of the discussion to the value of the organization

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja yang terdiri dari peserta pelatihan (X1), instruktur pelatihan (X2), materi pelatihan (X3), dan metode pelatihan (X4) terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Ollino Garden Kota Malang. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen (Pelatihan Kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (Kinerja Karyawan) digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji F dan uji t. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian sensus karena menggunakan seluruh responden dalam populasi yang berjumlah 42 responden. Untuk menguji instrumen penelitian digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas sebagai syarat untuk dilakukannya analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa dimensi pelatihan kerja yang terdiri dari variabel peserta pelatihan, instruktur pelatihan, materi pelatihan, dan metode pelatihan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dimensi pelatihan kerja yang terdiri dari variabel materi pelatihan dan metode pelatihan masing-masing memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel peserta pelatihan dan instruktur pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel materi pelatihan memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena memiliki koefisien beta paling tinggi dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawan Hotel Ollino Garden Kota Malang terbukti berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Peserta, Instruktur, Materi, Metode, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

In the digital Society 5.0 era, organizations are encouraged to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology to improve efficiency and productivity in office automation. This study aims to analyze the role and impact of AI on three main aspects of office automation: document management, communication, and decision-making processes. This research employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach by reviewing various scientific sources such as journals, books, government reports, and credible publications. The findings indicate that AI implementation in document management reduces document retrieval time by up to 60% and increases data accuracy to 95%. In communication, AI-based technologies such as chatbots and digital collaboration platforms enhance employee satisfaction by 35% and accelerate response time by 45%. Meanwhile, AI-supported decision-making improves decision accuracy by up to 75% through real-time data analysis and predictive capabilities. The study concludes that AI integration significantly contributes to improving operational efficiency and productivity in office automation. However, challenges related to human resource readiness, data security, and infrastructure must be addressed to ensure optimal implementation.

Abstract

Introduction of social commerce has changed the digital trade system in Indonesia and Shopee Affiliate is one of the platforms that uses automatic workflow to increase the effectiveness in promoting a product. The objective of this study is to determine the extent to which the Shopee Affiliate system can automate these three key components, i.e., product promotion, affiliate link management and sales conversion. Qualitative research with case study design was conducted and the data were gathered through platform observation, interviews with active affiliate marketers, and examination of system documents. It was found from results that the automated process of Shopee Affiliate increases promotional efficiency by using product recommendation engine, easy to track and manage links with the help of integrated dashboard and boost sales conversion compared to manually link promotion. However, some limitations were highlighted including the reliance on platform algorithms and the presence of a learning curve in how to optimize promotional strategies. This study improves our understanding of the impact of automation on social commerce and suggests insights for affiliate marketers to explore how they can better utilize automated workflow systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini Changes are driven by technological developments in organizations and work environments. Business competition today is very strict, and it must be able to meet the needs and desires of consumers. One of the best efforts is to follow up with technological change or transform into digital by using digital technology in a business strategy. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of digital transformation and the use of technology on UMKM's business strategy. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research; data collection is carried out through interviews with UMKM perpetrators in the city of Bandung who use social media for both operational activities and sales and marketing. Interviews are conducted through WhatsApp and Instagram. The results obtained from this research are that digital transformation affects the business strategy of UMKM in Bandung; the presence of digital transformation makes UMKM actors use the strategy by creating content that is consistently interesting, not doing hard selling, understanding fan marketing, and leveraging the existence of influencers or celebrities.

Abstract

This research evaluates how local government agencies in Subang Regency implement paperless offices. The study examines the implementation, obstacles, and solutions for implementing the concept of paperless offices in government organizations. Researchers utilized a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data sources included informants, events, and documents. Data analysis involved interactive techniques, including interviews as a tool for data collection. The analysis consisted of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The research findings indicate that implementing the paperless office system in one of the government agencies in Subang Regency aims to address issues related to paper accumulation and enhance document security through application integration. Implementing the paperless office concept can improve the efficiency of public services, enabling faster and easier processes such as application submission, reporting, and data processing.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian pada platform pesan-antar makanan digital kini tidak lagi didominasi oleh faktor harga atau promosi, melainkan kian dipengaruhi oleh reputasi digital yang dibangun melalui penilaian (rating) dan ulasan pengguna. Dalam ekosistem ini, rating dan ulasan digital bertindak sebagai elemen determinan yang secara langsung mengonstruksikan persepsi, kepercayaan, serta keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan determinatif rating digital (X₁) dan ulasan digital (X₂) dalam menggerakkan keputusan pembelian mahasiswa pada platform ShopeeFood (Y), baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif metode survei, data dihimpun dari 87 responden valid yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif sekaligus pengguna ShopeeFood menggunakan kuesioner daring berbasis skala Likert empat poin. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah regresi linear berganda setelah memenuhi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hasil uji F mengonfirmasi bahwa rating digital dan ulasan digital secara simultan menjadi determinan yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (F = 25,375; sig. = 0,000) dengan kontribusi model sebesar 36,2% (Adjusted R² = 0,362). Secara parsial, ulasan digital terbukti menjadi determinan utama yang signifikan (t = 2,507; sig. = 0,014), sedangkan rating digital hanya menunjukkan kekuatan determinatif yang marginal pada taraf α = 5% (t = 1,949; sig. = 0,054). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pada segmen mahasiswa sebagai konsumen digital yang kritis, narasi ulasan berbasis pengalaman nyata memiliki daya persuasi dan penentu yang jauh lebih kuat dibandingkan sekadar representasi numerik berbentuk skor bintang dalam mematangkan keputusan pembelian di ShopeeFood.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Labschool UPI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif, dilakukan dengan wawancara, mengkaji buku, jurnal, dan hasil penelitian terkait metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan beberapa siswa SMA Labschool UPI untuk mengetahui pengalaman dan pendapat mereka tentang metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Analisis data secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkategorikan metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di SMA Labschool UPI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa SMA Labschool UPI yaitu pembelajaran berbasis proyek, pembelajaran berbasis permainan, pembelajaran kolaboratif, dan pembelajaran diluar kelas. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi guru dan praktisi pendidikan dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan menarik bagi siswa. Kata kunci : dorongan belajar; kualitatif; pembelajaran menarik; rencana pembelajaran Abstract: The purpose of this article is to determine the implementation of fun learning methods and their impact on student learning motivation at UPI Labschool High School. The research method used is qualitative research, carried out by interviews, reviewing books, journals and research results related to fun learning methods. Primary data was obtained through interviews with several UPI Labschool High School students to find out their experiences and opinions about fun learning methods. Qualitative data analysis to identify and categorize fun learning methods at UPI Labschool High School. Based on the results of this research, learning methods that are fun for UPI Labschool High School students are project-based learning, game-based learning, collaborative learning, and learning outside the classroom. The results of this research can be useful for teachers and educational practitioners in developing learning methods that are more effective and interesting for students.  Keywords : learning motivation; qualitative; fun learning;learning planning
