Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner atau angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel insidental. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah pegawai bagian Saint John’s Catholic School yang berjumlah 80 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 80 orang pegawai yang berasal dari jabatan yang berbeda-beda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier untuk hipotesis 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5, analisis jalur dan uji sobel untuk hipotesis 6 dan 7 melalui program SPSS 20.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,589 dan t hitung (2,666) > t tabel (1,990); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai r sebesar 0,508 dan t hitung (2,879) > t tabel (1,990); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemiminan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai r sebesar 0,646 dan t hitung (2,303) > t tabel (1,990); (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai r sebesar 0,319 dan t hitung (2,975) > t tabel (1,990); (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai r sebesar 0,648 , dan t hitung (3,339) t tabel (7,512) pada taraf signifikansi 5%; (6) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gayakepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan nilai r sebesar 0,649 dan t hitung (2,4862) > t tabel (1,990); (7) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan nilai r sebesar 0,675 dan t hitung (3,9641) > t tabel (1,990).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of optimism and hope on the performance of nurses through satisfaction at Pondok Indah Hospital. The research methodology is a survey with quantitative analysis techniques and path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. The study was conducted on 226 nurses as a simple random sample. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the data show that: (1) optimism has a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) expectations have a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) optimism has a direct and significant effect on nurse performance, (4) expectations have a direct effect on performance. nurses, (5) satisfaction has a direct effect on nurse performance, (6) optimism has an indirect effect on nurse performance and (7) hope has an indirect effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable emotional intelligence and self-efficacy partially or simultaneously on work productivity through work motivation. The population of this study using random sampling is all employees of RSIA Bina Medika taken randomly. The sample data used are 147 samples from 223 employees. The research design is quantitative research. The method of data collection in this research is to conduct surveys and distribute questionnaires using digital forms. In addition, there are several methods of data analysis in this study, namely descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and path analysis test. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The results of the simultaneous and partial test prove that the variables of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on work productivity through work motivation have an effect on each other. This is evidenced by the F test obtained that the calculated F value is 4.330 with a significant level of 0.001 which is smaller than alpha 0.05 (5%). The calculated F produced is 4.330, which is greater than the F table, which is 3.06. Thus, simultaneously emotional intelligence and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Thus, simultaneously emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the form and quality of women's political involvement in the Village Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbangdes) in Karetan Village using a liberal feminist perspective that emphasizes the equality of rights, opportunities, and freedoms of women in the public decision-making process. The method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document collection to understand gender interactions in the village deliberation forum. The research findings indicate that women in Karetan Village structurally have good access to Musrenbangdes through village officials, women's organization networks, and community communication media. However, the quality of women's participation still varies. Women involved in organizations such as the PKK tend to be more active in expressing opinions and proposing programs, while women who are not members of social organizations often play a passive role due to psychological barriers, limited organizational experience, and domestic burdens. Women's contributions to the deliberations are more focused on issues such as public health, family education, environmental cleanliness, and strengthening the household economy, thereby enriching the village development agenda which was previously more focused on infrastructure. From a liberal feminist perspective, these findings indicate that formal equality is beginning to be realized, but substantive equality still requires capacity building, social support, and women's empowerment strategies so that participation in village development becomes more inclusive.
