Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV MI Al-Hidayah pada pembelajaran Matematika pokok bahasan Diagram. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe IMPROVE. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kurt Lewin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, teknik tes atau penilaian. Setelah melakukan penelitian, hasil yang diperoleh hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yaitu diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa 65,4 dengan presentase ketuntasan mencapai 40%, siklus II diperoleh rata-rata nilai siswa 76,5 dengan presentase ketuntasan mencapai 70%, dan siklus III diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa 85 dengan presentase ketuntasan mencapai 100%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe IMPROVE

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers at State Junior High School 35 Percut Sei Tuan; (2) The influence of stress management on the performance of teachers at State Junior High School 35 Percut Sei Tuan; and (3) The combined influence of emotional intelligence and stress management on the performance of teachers at State Junior High School 35 Percut Sei Tuan. The population of this study is all teachers at State Junior High School 35 Percut Sei Tuan, totaling 56 people, with a sample size of 30 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire using the Likert scale model. Assumption tests were conducted to test for normality and linearity. Data analysis techniques used simple and multiple regression at a significance level of α = 0.05. The findings of this research indicate: (1) The influence of emotional intelligence (X1) on the performance of teachers at State Junior High School 35 Percut Sei Tuan (Y) is 94.2% with the equation Ῠ = 6.998 + 0.911 X1; (2) The influence of stress management (X2) on the performance of teachers at State Junior High School 35 Percut Sei Tuan (Y) is 98.2% with the regression equation Ῠ = 0.283 + 1.043 X2; and (3) The combined influence of emotional intelligence (X1) and stress management (X2) on the performance of teachers at State Junior High School 35 Percut Sei Tuan (Y) is 98.3% with the regression equation Ῠ = 1.223 + 0.148 X1 + 1.206 X2. This regression line equation explains that if emotional intelligence and stress management factors increase by one unit, teacher performance will also increase by 2.557 units.

Abstract

Kinerja guru dinilai secara formal dan informal pada tingkat pra-jabatan dan pra-jabatan dan hasilnya digunakan sebagai dasar untuk berbagai keputusan. Pertanyaan mendasar dalam penilaian guru adalah apa yang harus dinilai dan bagaimana cara menilainya. Namun, tidak satupun dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan ini dapat dijawab secara terpisah dari tujuan penilaian. Apa yang dinilai dan ketepatan data penilaian yang diperlukan jelas bergantung pada tujuan penilaian. Ada banyak alasan untuk menilai kinerja guru masa jabatan dan guru praktik. Misalnya, data penilaian digunakan untuk memfasilitasi keputusan mengenai sertifikasi, pekerjaan awal, promosi, penunjukan khusus, masa jabatan, pemutusan hubungan kerja dan pengembangan pengajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif degan pendekatan metode studi pustaka yang dimana studi pustaka ialah suatu metode pengumpulan data yang untuk mengkaji berbagai media literatur serta memahami dan mengkaji teori teori yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data diambil dari media literasi yaitu jurnal, buku dan penelitian terdahulu. Materi literasi kemudian dianalisis secara keritis dan mendalam untuk mendukung tujuan serta pendapat.

Abstract

Bolang Village, Dusun Sukahurip is one of the villages in Cilacap Regency, where the average population earns a living by farming and gardening. One of the most abundant Natural Resources in Bolang Village, Dusun Sukahurip, is bananas. But the results of the bananas that can be obtained here have minimal selling value if sold fresh. To increase the selling value of these bananas, it is necessary to innovate banana processing to become a useful advantage. The method used in this service is by conducting seminars and entrepreneurship discussions as well as practical training on making "banana crispy". The purpose of implementing this activity is so that the community can have additional income with the hope that the people of Bolang Village, Sukahurip Hamlet, can prosper.
