Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi peran perempuan diantara dominasi laki-laki dalam bidang dakwah. Eksistensi perempuan dalam lingkup dakwah sangat terbatas karena dakwah merupakan wilayah public bagi laki-laki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (Field research) dengan menjadikan buku sebagai data utama. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Dalam pemahaman gender, laki-laki dan perempuan dipisahkan berdasarkan wilayahnya. Perempuan identic dengan wilayah domestic yang notebanenya dapur, kasur dan sumur, sedangkan laki-laki menguasai wilayah public yang identic dengan karir dan pekerjaan. Sebagai upaya rekonstruksi dalam dakwah, perempuan harus berdaya melalui jalur pendidikan untuk mengangkat martabatnya. Selain itu alur yang dapat dikuasi perempuan adalah menjadi pelaku dakwah atau da’I, dan mad’u sebagai penerima dakwah. Kalaupun perempuan tidak dapat menguasai wilayah public untuk menyampaikan dakwahnya sebagai da’I, maka perempuan dapat menggunakan sosial media sebagai wadahnya. Selain itu ketika perempuan menjadi mad’u, maka perempuan harus memilih majelis yang memberikan pelatihan demi pemberdayaan ekonomi sebagi bekal untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri agar setara dengan laki-laki.

Islamic Sharia is a reflection of contemporary da'wah. Islamic Sharia includes components of bilyadi da'wah by using Islam as a reference in the formation of laws covered by Islamic Sharia. religious aspects are carefully reduced and accommodated by the state constitution. The state has an important role as social control over every behavior of the community and this is legalized through the Qanun Syariat Islam in Aceh. Along with that, the current political format is affiliated with Islamic sharia. because Islamic politics was previously considered a forum for efforts to implement Islamic teachings in state life. Meanwhile, the Islamic Sharia Qanun in Aceh is already more complex in its implementation and its scope even exceeds what Islamic politics can do.

Mudir is actually the highest leader in the Islamic boarding school and is an icon of the Islamic boarding school itself. The mudir must be at the forefront and be the spearhead of the Islamic boarding school's progress. Mudir must also play a role in preventing the flow of radicalism from spreading within the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school. And currently H. Mustafa Bakri Nasution is believed to be the mudir of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school who has a very important role in maintaining the ideological traditions of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school. The aim of this research is to see the role of H. Mustafa Bakri Nasution as the mudir of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism from targeting its students, and how the mudir's efforts to implement the ideology of religious moderation within the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school environment. The purpose of this study is to see how the role of H. Mustafa Bakri Nasution as the head of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism that targets his students, and how the head's efforts to implement religious moderation in the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school environment. This study uses a qualitative methodology by making students, educators and the head as data collection instruments and using descriptive as a technique for describing it. The results of this study indicate that the role of the head of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school in preventing the entry of radicalism is by controlling the curriculum to comply with the Ministry of Education and Technology and controlling the quality of ustadz/ustadzah as educators at the Islamic boarding school. In addition, the head is selective about thoughts that come from outside, and collaborates with parties who contribute to bringing Islamic thought that develops in accordance with Islamic teachings that have become a traditional ideology in the Mustafawiyah Islamic boarding school environment.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi kurangnya bimbingan keagamaan di desa Gunungtua Iparbondar. Untuk itu sebagai Solusi maka dihadirkanlah Majelis tabligh Masjid Taqwa Muhamadiyah yang merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan non formal yag didirikan untuk memberikan pengajaran tentang agama Islam, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan dan tuntunan agama Islam. Jenis peneliatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian lapangan yang berupa data yang diolah berbentuk kata-kata dan diurai berdasarkan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh meliputi: transkip interview, catatan lapangan, foto, dokumen pribadi dan lain lain. Tujuan untuk menyajikan data, menganalisa juga menginterpretasikan data. Selain itu tujuan lainnya untuk memecahkan masalah berdasarkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen dakwah Majelis Tabligh masjid taqwa Muhammadiyah desa gunungtua iparbondar berdasarkan Al-quran dan As-sunnah. Adapun manajemennya seperti: membuat perencanaan membentuk program kerja yang efektif dan efisien, membuat Pengorganisasian disusun sebagaimana struktur organisasi pada umumnya, ada ketua, sekretaris, bendahara dan anggota lainnya. majelis tabgligh berjalan sesuai bidangnya dan sesuai dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Membentuk panitia jika adanya kegiatan Pergerakan yaitu melaksanakan kegiatan pengajian dan ceramah keagamaan dalam kontenks kemuhammadiyahan di dalam majelis tabgligh masjid taqwa Muhammadiyah desa gunungtua iparbondar, Pengevaluasian, evalusai secara umum suatu proses untuk menentukan atau membuat keputusan sajauh mana tujuan program yang telah tercapai. Dan penafsiran terhadap kemajuan kearah tujuan dakwah, untuk mengetahuai hal tersebut di Majelis Tabligh. Adapun faktor pendukungnya adalah: respon jamaah yang baik, fasilitas yang disediakan seperti: ruang mesjid Majelis Tabligh, hal ini sebagai penunjang kegiatan ajelis tabligh masjid taqwa Muhammadiyah desa gunungtua iparbondar. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah: Terbatasnya sumber daya manusia. seperti: kurang aktifnya para pengurus di Majelis tabligh masjid taqwa Muhammadiyah desa gunungtua iparbondar.

This study explores the meaning of the bai’at of Sheikh Mustafa Husein and relates it to the contemporary context at Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru. The research employs a qualitative approach using functional theory, which views society as a system consisting of interconnected parts that work together to maintain the stability and balance of the whole. This theory was developed by sociologists Émile Durkheim, Talcott Parsons, and Robert K. Merton. The content of the bai’at emphasizes commitments such as refraining from adultery, not taking human life, avoiding immoral acts, worshiping none other than Allah forever, and pledging not to betray the homeland and religion until the end of time. In relation to the present context, this bai’at is effective in fostering a spirit of nationalism among the santri. They continue to uphold their dignity in interactions with non-mahram individuals, exercise patience to avoid conflict, and preserve the purity of their monotheistic faith in Allah, affirming Him as the one and only God on earth.
