Abstract

Watching is one of the daily activities carried out by all levels of society, young and old to children. In the digital era, many children do not understand what they are watching and receive harmful information. The fact is that watching activities provide many benefits, such as getting information anywhere and anytime easily. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to students through digital literacy that there is a lot of learning that can be taken from watching activities and developing writing, understanding, and listening skills. The method used in this activity is Video Based Learning which is the delivery of learning through video by showing films. The results showed that the percentage level of video eligibility was 75% with good qualifications. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Video Based Learning method is feasible to use in the learning process

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of money, interest rates, and corruption on inflation in Indonesia. This data was obtained from Transparency International and the World Bank from 1995 to 2022. The Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model will be utilized as the estimation method. These findings reveal significant long-term relationships between the variables studied. In the long run, inflation in Indonesia is largely determined by corruption, interest rates, and the money supply. Apart from that, this significant influence is also found in short-term estimation results with different relationships. A decrease in CPI (high corruption) increases the inflation rate significantly, and vice versa. This demonstrates how crucial it is to set up strategies and policies to keep the inflation rate stable for a sustainable economy that doesn't just rely on financial tools but also lessens the likelihood of government-caused corruption and sources of income.

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil Menegah (UMKM) terus menunjukkan perkembangan yang sangat baik tidak terkecuali bagi wirausaha perempuan yang ikut menjalankan UMKM dengan mengadopsi e-commerce sebagai strategi inovasi menghadapi bisnis yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi wirausaha perempuan dalam mengadopsi e-commerce ditinjau dari faktor organisasi, teknologi, manfaat yang dialami, keamanan dan lingkungan eksternal. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada wirausaha perempuan yang memiliki UMKM di Kota Pekanbaru. Dengan ketentuan, UMKM itu harus terdaftar di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag), serta dijalankan dengan mengadopsi e-commerce. Jumlah wirausaha perempuan yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi adopsi e-commerce pada wirausaha perempuan adalah faktor manfaat yang dialami dengan indikator yang paling menentukan yaitu efesiensi biaya. Faktor selanjutnya ditentukan oleh faktor kesiapan organisasi dengan indikator yang paling menentukan yaitu kesadaran menerima perubahan dan perkembangan TI. Kemudian diikuti oleh faktor teknologi dengan indikator yang paling menentukan yaitu ketersediaan program dan sistem pendukung e-commerce (software, website).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the internal and external conditions of the Goluak Loge hand-written batik MSME in Logas village to develop its business for the better. The data collection technique used in this study was a census with a sample size of 16 respondents consisting of 10 MSME workers and 6 constumers of the Goluak Loge hand-written batik MSME. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. Based on the research results from the SWOT analysis, it show that the Goluak Loge hand-written batik MSME is in quadrant 1 (Agressive Strategy). From the results of the SWOT diagram drawing, it show that Goluak Loge hand-written batik MSME in Logas village has a strategy in developing its business both in the internal and external environment. This aggressive strategy focuses more on the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely by optimizing strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the internal and external conditions of the honey home industry in Pangkalan Kerinci with the aim of improving its competitiveness. The data collection method used is a census involving 11 respondents who are honey home industry owners. The data used includes primary and secondary data. In analyzing the data, the Porter's Diamond Model and SWOT Analysis methods were used. The results of the analysis using Porter's Diamond Model in the SWOT framework show that the honey home industry in Pangkalan Kerinci is in quadrant 1 (Aggressive strategy). The results of the SWOT diagram also indicate that the honey home industry in Pangkalan Kerinci has a strategy to improve its competitiveness in the internal and external environment. This aggressive strategy focuses more on Strength-Opportunities, by optimizing the strengths possessed to take advantage of existing opportunities.
