Abstract

Industri Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah sering berhadapan dengan masalah penerapan teknologi, pemasaran dan legalitas atau perizinan usaha. Di era teknologi saat ini, UMKM seharusnya mampu menerapkan pemasaran berbasis digital, dan memenuhi legalitas produknya dalam rangka melindungi hak dan kewajiban konsumen, sebagaimana diamanahkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Problematika tersebut melatarbelakangi perlunya dilaksanakan kajian yang mendalam, sehingga tujuan peneliti yaitu melakukan analisis terhadap pengaruh literasi pemasaran digital dan legalitas produk terhadap kepatuhan berusaha serta kepatuhan berusaha terhadap implementasi perlindungan konsumen. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan dalam penelitian explanatory research ini dan diperkuat dengan analisis kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling agar mendapatkan hasil yang reliabel. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi pemasaran digital dan legalitas prodak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan berusaha. Selanjutnya, kepatuhan berusaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perlindungan konsumen. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen UMKM dapat diimplementasikan melalui peningkatan literasi pemasaran digital dan legalitas produk UMKM, karena literasi pemasaran digital dan legalitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan berusaha pelaku UMKM

Abstract

ABSTRACTConsumer satisfaction is a very important factor in shaping repurchasing behavior in online shopping. Shopee holds the first position as the top e-commerce company for ten consecutive quarters based on the ranking on the PlayStore. In the second quarter of 2019, Shopee also led the AppStore ranking category. However, based on the average number of visitors to the site on a monthly basis, Shopee was beaten by Tokopedia. This study aims to determine the level of repurchase intention in the Shopee application. Technique sampling used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents and using data analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Specifically, this study can be concluded that discounts have no effect on satisfaction, discounts have no effect on repurchase, convenience has no effect on satisfaction, convenience has no effect on repurchase, satisfaction has an effect on repurchase.Keywords: Shopee; repurchase intention; SEM.ABSTRAKKepuasan konsumen merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam membentuk perilaku pembelian ulang pada pembelanjaan online. Shopee memegang posisi pertama sebagai top e-commerce selama sepuluh periode secara berkelanjutan yang dihasilkan dari peringkat pada AppStore. Pada periode II 2019, aplikasi Shopee menjadi peringkat teratas pada AppStore. Tetapi dilihat pada jumlah rata-rata konsumen pada aplikasi setiap bulannya, Tokopedia memimpin peringkat teratas dibandingkan Shopee. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat niat pembelian ulang di aplikasi Shopee. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dan menggunakan analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Secara spesifik penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa diskon tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, diskon tidak berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention, kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, kemudahan tidak berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention, kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention.Kata Kunci: Shopee; repurchase intention; SEM.

Abstract

The world has now entered the digital era in all aspects, including in entrepreneurial activities. This Increases Pressure On demands that MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) transform into the digital realm. 65% of entrepreneurs in Indonesia are women, totaling 37 million people, which calls for more attention to be given to knowledge regarding digital literacy, digital skills, and digital safety. This is essential to maximize business performance by developing potential through proficiency and security in optimizing digital tools. This was proven through research conducted on 72 female entrepreneurs who are members of the Muslimah Entrepreneur (ME) community in Purbalingga Regency. SPSS 25.0 was used with a quantitative approach. The outcomes of the tests demonstrate that digital literacy has a significant impact on digital safety for female entrepreneurs, and both have a significant influence that directly affects MSME performance. Meanwhile, the relationship between digital literacy and digital skills, as well as between digital skills and MSME performance, did not show a significant impact.

Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten purbalingga pada tahun 2022 masih terdapat masalah yang berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan. Melalui wawancara dan data pra-penelitian diperoleh fenomena mengenai disiplin kerja karyawan yang masih rendah di antaranya tingkat terlambat dan tidak masuk masih tinggi, motivasi kerja yang diberikan masih kurang dan pelatihan kerja terhadap karyawan yang kurang merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26.0. Populasi169 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan menggunakan rumus slovin 10%, sehingga didapatkan sampel 57 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,003, Motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh namun positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,146 dan pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,003. Lalu secara bersama-sama variabel disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract-This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Well-Being on the performance of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Central Java by considering the mediating role of Sustainable Adaptive Resilience. The research background is based on the condition of MSMEs facing economic pressure and market uncertainty, despite efforts to improve employee well-being. A quantitative method was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on 150 MSME respondents. The results indicate that Employee Well-Being has a significant effect on both Sustainable Adaptive Resilience and MSME performance. Furthermore, Sustainable Adaptive Resilience significantly influences MSME performance and statistically mediates the relationship between Employee Well-Being and MSME performance. These findings highlight the importance of sustainable adaptive strategies in optimizing the impact of employee well-being on business performance. This research contributes theoretically by integrating the approach of well-being and adaptive resilience in the context of MSME development and offers practical implications for policymakers and business practitioners to strengthen business resilience through investment in human resources and adaptive strategies. Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSMEs in the Barlingmaskaceb area in implementing digital marketing strategies. Digitalization in marketing is an urgent need for MSMEs to be able to compete in the increasingly competitive era of industry 4.0. This program includes training and mentoring that focuses on the use of social media, marketplaces, and marketing data analysis to increase the effectiveness of business strategies. Through counseling methods, workshops, and direct mentoring, participants gain insight and practical skills in optimizing their digital marketing. The results of the program show that participants experienced an increase in understanding in managing digital marketing content more effectively and strategically. More consistent use of social media, optimization of marketplace features, and the use of analytical data in evaluating marketing performance have helped MSMEs increase market reach and customer loyalty. In addition, collaboration between MSMEs in joint marketing strategies has also proven to be able to strengthen their competitiveness in the digital market. Continuous mentoring and the formation of a digital MSME community are key factors in ensuring the sustainability of the impact of this program. As a recommendation, there needs to be further support from the government and related institutions to provide access to advanced training, digital infrastructure, and policies that support the digital transformation of MSMEs. The sustainability of this program can also be strengthened through regular monitoring of the development of MSMEs after training to ensure effective and adaptive strategy implementation. With a sustainable approach, this program is expected to become a model that can be applied in other regions to accelerate the digital transformation of MSMEs more broadly.

Abstract

Every businessman desires to have a large number of customers and earn maximum income with the presence of repeated purchases of products, so the purchase decision is very important for the well-being of the business. There was a Purbalingga Food Center, making the consumers of Angkringan D’juguran Purbalinda switch to make purchases in the place, so that consumers in Angringan D'juguran purbalingga suffered a decline. This research aims to find out the impact of the quality of service and price on the purchase decision in Angkringan D’juguran Purbalingga. The population in this study is all consumers who have ever made repeated purchases in D’juguran Purbalingga and the determination of the sample with the Slovin formula resulted in 96 respondents. Data collection is done using a Google form questionnaire using random sampling. The researchers used a quantitative method with a double regression analysis technique performed using the SPSS program version 26. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that the quality of service and the price partially had a significant positive influence on the purchase decision. The result, can be used by Angkringan D’juguran Purbalingga to improve the quality of its services and provide the best price to consumers, so that consumers can make a purchase decision with maximum.

Abstract

he Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Purbalingga Regency has received criticism and complaints from customers regarding the quality of service which is considered unsatisfactory. Based on observations and data obtained, there were 1,095 customer complaints from PDAM Purbalingga regarding pipe leaks or damage, water flow congestion and other problems. In addition, the employees of the Purbalingga Regency PDAM received less encouragement from the leadership and there were several employees of the Purbalingga Regency PDAM from various divisions who left their jobs or did not come to work. This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of leadership variables, work motivation and organizational culture affect employee performance. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS version 26.0. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The size of the number of samples in this study was determined using the slovin formula, so that the sample used was 61 respondents from PDAM Purbalingga Regency. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.562, the work motivation variable has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.067, and the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000. Employee performance can run well if the company can provide leadership, motivate employees and create a good organizational culture.

Abstract

Ibu rumah tangga sangat berperan penting memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi perekonomian nasional, namun sebagian besar mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan rumah tangga dan berdampak pada perekonomian domestik (rumah tangga). Secara umum, persoalan yang dihadapi oleh ibu rumah tangga meliputi kesulitan mengatur keuangan, tidak pernah ada perencanaan keuangan, dan salah dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Banyak ibu rumah tangga yang memegang kendali keuangan dalam rumah tangga tanpa memiliki dasar pengetahuan maupun keterampilan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik. Tidak jarang ketika memegang uang mereka cenderung menghabiskan untuk sesuatu yang sifatnya hanya komsumtif dan tidak mempertimbangkan untuk dana darurat, tabungan masa depan, kesehatan dan pendidikan. Dalam rumah tangga baiknya juga menerapkan aspek manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan pengendalian, hal tersebut sangat penting dalam kesiapan untuk menghadapai ketidakpastian di masa yang akan datang. Demikian pula dengan pengelolaan keuangan, masih banyak ibu rumah tangga yang menghabiskan pendapatan rumah tangga tanpa perhitungan yang baik. Mungkin melakukan perhitungan dengan konsumsi berdasarkan asas kebutuhan bukan keinginan, namun banyak hal yang dilewatkan meraka seperti menabung untuk dana darurat, kesehatan, dan masa pensiun dan yang lainnya.

Abstract

Bahasa adalah sebagai salah satu alat komunikasi yang dapat mengekspresikan berbagai perasaan. Ketidakterampilan seseorang dalam berkomunikasi dapat menyebabkan kesulitan ketika harus tampil didepan orang lain. Bagi seseorang yang memiliki rasa  takut  untuk berbicara didepan orang lain, akan muncul rasa  kurang percaya diri dan khawatir sehingga dapat menggangu konsentrasi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk menunjang keterampilan berbicara di depan umum sehingga peserta bisa melakukan negosiasi bisnis guna menunjang usaha wirausaha para pemuda  keluarga dari karyawan PT Mitra Karya Tri Utama (Sampoerna Rokok) di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan  metode pendampingan praktek langsung, pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 April 2024 dan dihadiri sebnyak 50 peserta. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi diperoleh bahwa hasilnya sangat positif, para peserta sangat antusias selama pelatihan   dan menunjukkan bahwa mereka sangat tertarik sehingga diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat menunjang keterampilan mereka dalam public speaking guna mendukung negosiasi dalam bisnis wirausaha yang dijalankan.
