Abstract

Salt is one of the great potentials on the coast of East Aceh Regency which can be developed to boost the economic growth of the community. The location of the research was carried out in the Saboh Hate group located in Darul Aman District, Kuala Idi Cut Village, Aron Muda Hamlet, East Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. Currently, the salt on the market has an attractive packaging design, while the Saboh Hate Farmers Group does not yet have a good or simple packaging, so research is needed to design packaging that can increase competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the salt packaging that consumers want at the Saboh Hate Farmer Group through packaging redesign. The method used is statistical test and Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The research phase includes observation and interviews through questionnaires and processing data through statistical tests, SPSS 20 and House of Quality (HOQ). The results show the characteristics of the salt packaging that consumers want based on the relative weight results including the information needed for salt packaging including weight, halal brand and logo with a value of 28.28%, the salt packaging material used is ordinary clear plastic with a value of 24.27%, The color of the desired salt packaging design is blue with a value of 23.71 and the size of the salt packaging that consumers want is generally a 250 g package with a value of 23.71%.

Abstract

Sago Flour UKM Pak Hamid is one of the players in the sago flour industry in Meunaro Village, Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. The problems experienced were the difficulty of obtaining sago raw materials in the nearest area, delays in sago raw materials from the time of ordering, and the weather often rained in certain months so that the river water was cloudy. The purpose of the following experiment is to see what aspects are the influence of management capacity on Peureulak Sago Flour SMEs, calculate supply chain processing capacity in Sago Flour SMEs using supply techniques, find out the proposed supply chain management performance restoration. The method used means method (SCOR) which is a reference example of supply chain management activities based on procedures which are divided into 5 systems, namely planning, sourcing, creating, delivering, and returning. The results of this study share the final value of supply chain performance in sago flour SMEs is 56.9117 in the average category (Average), then the proposed improvements that can be made by sago flour SMEs in plan activities by adding suppliers to meet the shortage of raw materials, sago flour SMEs are expected to have their own sago stem plants, source by discussing business rules with suppliers, make by adding some new employees, deliver by improving good communication with consumers, improve service to consumers, and make tubs for clean water supplies, return by throwing water when the flour has settled and replaces it with clean water, wash the dregs filter cloth.

Abstract

Salah satu kekayaan Kota Langsa adalah hutan mangrove  yang berlokasi di Desa Kuala langsa Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa. Jeruju (Acanthus ilicifolius) merupakan tumbuhan yang tumbuh di daerah mangrove . Daun jeruju bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan makanan. Di Desa Kuala Langsa daun jeruju dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembuatan kerupuk. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha adalah ketidakstabilan bahan baku dan harga jual yang tinggi dibandingkan harga camilan sejenisnya. Analisis value chain adalah suatu konsep yang mampu menciptakan keunggulan bersaing melalui integrasi aktivitas yang mempunyai nilai dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan daya saing pelaku usaha melalui analisis value chain. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi risiko, menentukan prioritas masalah yang terjadi, menentukan tindakan peluang perbaikan, perhitungan analisis finansial melalui value chain analysis, merancang model value chain. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah tindakan perbaikan pada supplier, manufacturer dan Distributor mampu meningkatkan keuntungan pelaku usaha dari 78% menjadi 88%.

Abstract

Jantung pisang bagian dari tanaman pisang dengan kandungan nilai gizi  cukup baik, hanya saja di Indonesia pemanfaatan olahan jantung pisang masih sangat kurang. Tanaman ini sangat  mudah didapat di Provinsi Aceh, sehingga menjadi potensi besar dalam pengolahan jantung pisang menjadi produk bernilai tinggi, seperti dendeng jantung pisang.  Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM)   bertujuan untuk membantu kelompok PKK Desa Sidodadi di Kecamatan Langsa Lama, Kota Langsa, dalam meningkatkan produksi dendeng jantung pisang dengan memperkenalkan alat pencacah jantung pisang yang inovatif. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian mencakup perencanaan program, pembuatan alat pencacah, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan kepada kelompok PKK. Alat pencacah jantung pisang dibuat dengan desain yang inovatif, yang dapat mempercepat proses pemotongan dan meningkatkan keamanan kerja. Selain itu, penyuluhan tentang penggunaan dan perawatan alat serta manfaat alat tersebut juga diberikan kepada mitra. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan produksi dendeng jantung pisang oleh kelompok PKK Desa Sidodadi. Sebelumnya, produksi harian mencapai 10 kg, dengan adanya alat pencacah, produksi dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 20 kg/hari. Hal ini memungkinkan kelompok PKK untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar yang semakin meningkat, bahkan di luar daerah Aceh. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini telah membantu kelompok PKK Desa Sidodadi dalam meningkatkan produksi dendeng jantung pisang dan menjadi peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan.

Abstract

The Batu Bata Riana MSMEs located in Padang Langgis Village, Seruway Subdistrict, Aceh Tamiang Regency, is a micro-enterprise engaged in the production of red bricks using conventional production methods. Up until now, product marketing has primarily been carried out manually through word of mouth, resulting in limited market reach and low sales volume. This study aims to design and implement an online e-commerce-based marketing application, thereby expanding market reach and enhancing marketing effectiveness. The methodology includes partner needs analysis, user interface design, web-based application development, functionality testing, and user satisfaction evaluation. The resulting application features a product catalog, online ordering form, direct contact integration with the business owner, and location information display. The application has been implemented and is accessible via both mobile devices and desktop computers. Evaluation results indicate increased interest from new customers and potential sales volume growth of up to 30% compared to conventional marketing methods. These findings demonstrate that the application of e-commerce technology in brick-producing MSMEs has a positive impact on market expansion, transaction process efficiency, and business competitiveness in the digital era.
