Abstract

Identification of butterflies in the Grand Forest Park Ir. H. Djuanda performed on November 2022 to August 2023. The aim of this research is to determine the butterfly species found in the Tahura Ir.. H. Juanda. The research is a descriptive qualitative study which uses field observation methods with exploratory survey techniques (surveys) and literature studies. Butterflies are identified based on their morphological characters using Kupu-Kupu (Lepidoptera: RHOPALOCERA) di Sumatera books, iNaturalist application, and other literary sources. There are 117 species of butterflies from 71 genera and 5 families spread across this area. Butterfly species from the Nymphalidae family dominate this area, while the fewest butterfly species come from the Hesperiidae and Papilionidae family. Butterflies can be used as a bioindicator of a good forest and environmental because they are sensitive to environmental damage.

Abstract

This research discusses the organizational culture found in the Pataruman Village Office. The focus of the problem analyzed is how the implications of Pataruman Village Office employees on the existing organizational culture. Organizational culture is a certain pattern owned by members and employees. The pattern starts from behavior, norms, values, to assumptions related to the integration of individuals in running it. The research method used is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. To obtain data in this study with literature and field studies which include observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with four interviewees and then asked to be analyzed using credibility, transfertability, and dependability tests. The results of the research that has been done show that socialization in the form of exposure and installation of banners is only done at the beginning, some employees who misstate the value of organizational culture, there are some employees who come late and do not wear uniforms according to the rules, lack of sanctions against employees who violate the rules, and organizational culture is formed by leaders during the nomination period so that employees do not take part. The advice given by the author is to start making reports on the assessment of the implementation of organizational culture every year, the need for exposure both in the form of socialization and social media, then sanctions against violators need to be done firmly.

Abstract

As time goes by, the oil and gas industry in Indonesia continues to develop in enhancing better energy efficiency. Therefore, it is important for companies to consider factors that increase consumer purchasing intention. This research has the intent and purpose to examine whether the variables Environmental Awareness, Green Product Knowledge, Environmental Concerns and Availability affect Green Purchase Intention from XYZ fuel in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research uses a non-probability sampling method and the type of sample used in this research is purposive sampling. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 281 respondents who were users of motorized vehicles that use oil fuel in Jakarta and familiar with the XYZ fuel product. Data testing was carried out in this study using SmartPLS4 software. The results of this research show that Environmental Concerns do not have a positive and significant influence on Green Purchase Intention for XYZ fuel in Jakarta. Environmental Awareness, Green Product Knowledge, and Availability have a positive and significant influence on Green Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Background: This review synthesizes diverse studies to understand antibiotic effects on microbiome composition and function, informing strategies to mitigate dysbiosis in pediatric populations.  Methods: The review adhered to PRISMA 2020 standards and analyzed full-text English literature from 2014 to 2024. Literature sources included PubMed, SagePub, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar. Result: A total of  500 articles were retrieved from online databases (PubMed, SagePub, SpringerLink and Google Scholar). After three rounds of screening, ten articles directly relevant to the systematic review were selected for full-text reading and analysis. Discussion: Antibiotics, particularly azithromycin, show varied impacts on gut microbiota diversity and composition in children. Studies highlight specific taxa affected and potential long-term consequences, underscoring the need for cautious antibiotic use to preserve microbial health in pediatric populations. Conclusion: The review emphasizes the complex and context-specific effects of antibiotics on children's gut microbiota. It calls for judicious antibiotic prescribing to mitigate potential long-term disruptions to microbial diversity and function, crucial for maintaining overall health in pediatric populations.

Abstract

Until recently the spread of COVID-19 is unstoppable. COVID-19 is caused by RNA Virus that spread widely between humans, mammals, and birds which cause respiratory, enteric, heart and neurologic diseases. Although it is known for respiratory infection, the virus through plasma or serum is also happen often. Therefore, there is still theoretical risk of the virus spreading through blood transfusion. Because there are more cases that shown no symptoms, worries about the spread of COVID-19 is increasing. Several attempts have been done for alleviate mortality rates like mask usage and lockdown quarantine. Neural network adapt on how a human brain works. One of neural network techniques is Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). In MLP, input data is received through one dimension and spread through network until an output is achieved. Every neuron connection on two neighboring layers have one dimensional value that determine the quality of that node. On every input data at each layer calculation is done by the weight of the layer, and then the result will be transformed by using non-linear formula that called as activation function. The result of this research is found by the help of two cross validation technic: GridSearchCV and KFold Cross Validation which gave each 0.943887 and 0.911341 score. The score is achieved using r2 which the best parameter of the model is determined as: relu, 0.1, (10,10), invscaling and lbfgs. Result showns that the proposed model can do the prediction well against the mortality rate of corona.

Abstract

The function of the car light socket is to connect electricity to the car lights. The car lights would result in high temperatures and melt if it is used continuously. The electrical short circuits and light sockets made from plastic can also cause melting. This research aims to find a new material for lamp sockets that has high-insulating characteristics. The researcher uses composite materials of epoxy resin and pineapple leaf fiber to make car light sockets. The thermal simulation uses Solidworks software and its parameters obtained from research journals. The maximum and minimum temperatures that resulted from the thermal simulation are 110.916 ℃ and 74.849 ℃. The melting temperature of the car light socket in the thermal simulation (pineapple fiber-epoxy resin) is higher than the previous light socket material (plastic) and the temperature when a short circuit occurs. Therefore, the pineapple leaf fiber-epoxy resin composite can be used as for car light sockets.
