Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM play an important role in economic activities because they dominate the economic structure in Indonesia. In increasingly tight competition, a business must have strong competitiveness to create competitive advantages with other businesses, especially businesses in the culinary sector such as bread and cakes in Jambi City. Many factors determine competitive advantage, one of which is product innovation and product quality. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product innovation and product quality on competitive advantage mediated by consumer satisfaction at onoy bakeries and cakes in Jambi City. This research uses descriptive methods and a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this research was 80 respondents. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using a Google form with a Likert scale. The data analysis method in this research uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique using the SmartPLS program (v.4.0.9.9) for Windows. The results of this research show that product innovation and product quality have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage mediated by consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how social marketing of waste banks increases people's income in the Mayang sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, observations and documentation. The data sources were obtained through primary and secondary data. This research was conducted to see how social marketing was implemented by the Barokah Bersama waste bank in the Mayang Manguari sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district and whether there was an increase in income in the implementation of social marketing by the Barokah Bersama waste bank in the Mayang Mangurai sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of the Korean wave, fan entrepreneurship behavior, and social media on entrepreneurial interest in the Armys.Luv community in Jambi City partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population in this research were BTS fans in the Armys.Luv community in Jambi City with using a sample of 95 respondents. Research data was obtained by distributing research questionnaires online. The analysis tool used is the SPSS version 25 application. The research results show that the Korean wave, fan entrepreneurship behavior and social media have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on interest in entrepreneurship in the Armys.Luv community in Jambi City. It is known that there is a market share in the Korean wave sector, so it can be utilized as a business opportunity. So besides enjoy the work and culture and being a fan, it can also learn and get to know more about things that are currently popular and trending on social media at the moment so that can use as business opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah (PERUMDA) Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi. Populasi target untuk penelitian ini adalah karyawan Tibun Jambi dengan jumlah 184 orang pegawai. Dimana teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan formula Isaac & Michael dengan margin error 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 125 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, linkungan kerja, dan komunikasi organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa jika kepemimpinan yang ada pada suatu organisasi dapat melaksanakan perannya dengan baik, lingkungan kerja yang ada pada suatu organisasi itu baik dan kondusif bagi pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, serta komunikasi yang berlangsung dalam organisasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif, maka hal ini akan diikuti pula dengan semakin baiknya kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan rutinnya sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan budaya kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai non medis pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Raden Mataher Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai non medis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Raden Mataher Jambi yang berjumlah 203 orang pegawai non medis, dengan sampel sebanyak 134 pegawai non medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dalam pengumpulan datanya. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu dengan regresi linear berganda (multiple regression). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa profesionalisme kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai non medis pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Raden Mataher Jambi baik secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect ofproduct innovation and product quality partially and simultaneously oncompetitive advantage at Batak Restaurant inAlam Barajo District, Jambi City. Thisresearch uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling method uses the Structural Equation Model method and uses Maximum Likehood Estimation (MLE). The sample inthis study were consumers at Batak Restaurant in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City, totaling 98 respondents. The data collected using a questionnaire withan ordinal scale. The data analysis method in this study usedSPSS version 25.0 software. The results ofthe study prove that Product Innovation and Product Quality have a significant effect simultaneously on Competitive Advantage, Product Innovation has a significant effect partially on competitive advantage and Product Quality has a partial effect on Competitive Advantage at Batak Restaurant in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City. The product quality variable is the most dominant variable affecting competitive advantage in Batak Restaurant in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City.

Abstract

New Public Management has consequences for demands for bureaucratic reform and for a higher quality of public services for the community. The spirit of creating a results-oriented government has not only surfaced in developed countries, but also in developing countries, including Indonesia. New Public Management emphasizes the bureaucracy to be more professional in managing the country. This professionalism is shown, among other things, by the quality of managing the budget, improving performance management, and using bureaucratic performance measures as a standard measure of success. This study aims to find out how to describe and analyze governance and service excellence on government performance in the Bungo District Government. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection method which was given to all civil servants (PNS) Echelon II, Echelon III and or Head of OPD in the work area of the Bungo Regency Government Office, namely 178 people. The results obtained from this study include the Bungo Regency Government Governance Level in the Good category, the Bungo Regency Government service excellent level in the good category and the Bungo Regency Government Performance level in the Good category. Governance and service excellent are important factors in improving the performance of the Bungo Regency Government, where the higher the level of governance and the Service Excellent level, the more it will improve the Bungo Regency Government's performance. Service Excellent cannot be a moderating variable between the influence of Governance on improving the performance of the Bungo Regency Government

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk menciptakan proses belajar yang efektif adalah melalui Cooperative Learning Tipe Jigsaw karena sangat sesuai untuk subjek-subjek seperti pelajaran ilmu social, literature, sebagian pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan ilmiah dan bidang-bidang lainnya yang tujuan pembelajaran lebih kepada penguasaan konsep dari pada penguasaan kemampuan. Metode pembelajaan kooperatif tipe jigsaw, mahasiswa bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan yang sama. Setiap anggota kelompok dituntut bertanggungjawab terhadap hasil belajarnya, karena keberhasilan kelompok didasarkan atas sumbangan masing-masing anggota kelompok. Dengan demikian, setiap mahasiswa termotivasi untuk belajar, saling mendorong dan saling membantu antar anggota kelompok untuk belajar secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Jigsaw mempunyai pengaruh yang positip terhadap hasil belajar (aspek kognitif). Hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa aktivitas dalam pembelajaan kooperatif teknik jigsaw berbeda dengan metode diskusi kelompok. Dapat dijelaskan bahwa dalam metode pembelajaan kooperatif teknik jigsaw, mahasiswa bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan yang sama. Setiap anggota kelompok dituntut bertanggungjawab terhadap hasil belajarnya, karena keberhasilan kelompok didasarkan atas sumbangan masing-masing anggota kelompok. Dengan demikian, setiap mahasiswa termotivasi untuk belajar, saling mendorong dan saling membantu belajar secara optimal antar anggota kelompok.

Abstract

The work provided by the company is required to be done quickly and precisely in today's increasingly advanced technological era. Changes are occurring in various fields, especially in the industrial world. Without carrying out responsive and adaptive transformation, companies risk being unable to maintain their business model and this effort is to prevent technological disruption. In this era of industrial revolution 4.0, competition in various fields cannot be avoided. All organizations, both social and economic, utilize technological advances to meet needs and be able to compete. All parties adapt to technological advances or ongoing trends so that they can survive and be able to compete. In line with the aim of surviving and being able to compete, the productivity of the organization is also expected to be effective and maximal.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the influence of social media marketing and live streaming on purchasing decisions for skintific products through the TikTok platform in Jambi City. This research is a type of quantitative research. Determination of the number of samples in this research was 96 respondents with the sampling technique used as Purposive Sampling and the sampling method used was Non-Probability Sampling. The primary data used was obtained through a digital questionnaire, namely Google Form with a Likert scale. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 For Windows software. The results of this research indicate that social media marketing and live streaming have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for skintific products through the TikTok platform in Jambi City.
