Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial marketing and brand image on the competitive advantage of batik rindani in the city of Jambi. The population in this study is consumers of Batik Rindani in the city of Jambi, with a sample size calculated based on the Hair formula, totaling 80 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Data analysis methods used are descriptive method and quantitative method, specifically multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) entrepreneurial marketing and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of Batik Rindani in the city of Jambi. (2) Brand image has the most dominant influence on the competitive advantage of Batik Rindani in the city of Jambi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on the purchase decision of Originote moisturizer among Gen Z Jambi City. The independent variables in this study are product quality and price, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The research method used is quantitative with the type of associative research. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents who are Gen Z in Jambi City. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. Research results show that product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Originote moisturizer. Partially, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Variations in purchasing decisions can be explained by product quality and price.

Abstract

The University of Jambi (UNJA) currently manages the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) manually using Microsoft Excel, which causes various problems such as the length of the UKT determination process, data duplication, and difficulty in accessing the UKT determination history by the leadership.This research aims to develop UKT management features on the UNJA registration system to increase the effectiveness and automation of the UKT management process. System development is carried out using the Star Life Cycle Model method by implementing the features of the student UKT program proposal and uploading the required files. The research produced a prototype of a web-based registration system with a UKT Management feature that allows the process of determining and submitting a reduction / exemption of UKT to be carried out systematically. The implementation of this system is expected to overcome problems in managing UKT at UNJA such as duplication of UKT reduction which is detrimental to the institution in terms of finance.

Abstract

The work provided by the company is required to be done quickly and precisely in today's increasingly advanced technological era. Changes are occurring in various fields, especially in the industrial world. Without carrying out responsive and adaptive transformation, companies risk being unable to maintain their business model and this effort is to prevent technological disruption. In this era of industrial revolution 4.0, competition in various fields cannot be avoided. All organizations, both social and economic, utilize technological advances to meet needs and be able to compete. All parties adapt to technological advances or ongoing trends so that they can survive and be able to compete. In line with the aim of surviving and being able to compete, the productivity of the organization is also expected to be effective and maximal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran affiliate marketing dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada sektor fashion di TikTok Shop, khususnya di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya perkembangan e-commerce berbasis media sosial, yang menuntut pelaku usaha untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 96 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif TikTok Shop. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan diskon memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta terhadap keberhasilan affiliate marketing. Namun, affiliate marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, pengaruh kualitas produk dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui affiliate marketing juga tidak signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas produk dan diskon memberikan pengaruh langsung yang lebih dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pemahaman strategi pemasaran digital, khususnya dalam konteks pemanfaatan TikTok Shop oleh pelaku usaha fashion lokal.
