Abstract

The focus of the problem in this study is how the contribution of the principal's leadership behavior and teacher teaching performance to the quality of the learning process in vocational high schools in Cirebon. This study aims to: (1). Know the real picture of the principal's leadership behavior towards the quality of the learning process at SMK Cirebon; (2). Knowing the real picture of the performance of teaching teachers to the quality of the learningprocess; (3). Knowing the magnitude of the contribution of the headmaster's leadership behavior and the performance of teaching teachers to the quality of the learning process at SMK Cirebon. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach, the research population is vocational school in Cirebon with the number of 17 vocational schools and the number of teachers as many as 609 respondents and sampled proportionally as many as 86 respondents. The data was netted through instruments in the form of research questionnaires distributed to 86 teachers in 17 vocational schools in Cirebon. The results of the study obtained that, (1). The principal's leadership behavior was correlated by 0.537 or 53.7% and contributed with a coefficient of determination of 0.288 or 28.8%, (2). Teacher teaching performance was correlated by 0.372 or 37.2% and contributed with a coefficient of determination of 0.138 or 13.8%, (3). The principal's leadership behavior and teacher teaching performance had a correlation of 0.291 or 29.1% and the remaining 70.9% was influenced by other factors not studied in this study, such as policy, organizational climate, innovation, monitoring, reward and punishment, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure and so on. The recommendations given are (1). The ideas and feelings of subordinates related to the development of the school must be respected, the desire of subordinates to be able to continue to a higher school should be supported and the assignment should be done equally, so that the school can develop optimally, (2). The allocation of time at the time of practice, carrying out learning evaluations and conducting class action research should be conducted regularly, (3). Recommendations for further researchers, if conducted research on the quality of the learning process should be reviewed from other variables outside of this study as mentioned above. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan mencuci tangan anak yang masih rendah. Hasil survey pra-siklus menunjukkan hanya 5 dari 17 anak di Kelas B Paud Cerdas Terpadu yang memiliki kemampuan mencuci tangan dengan benar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan mengunakan desain Model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart terdiri dari beberapa siklus untuk bertujuan memecahkan masalah. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan kegiatan, yaitu: tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengamatan atau observasi dan tahap refleksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan mencuci tangan anak dengan benar melalui gerak dan lagu di Kelas B Kelompok Bermain Cerdas Terpadu Desa Perigi Limus. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian pada siklus 1 menunjukkan angka 52,94% untuk tingkat kemampuan anak mencuci tangan. Kemudian meningkat pada siklus 2 dengan hasil ketuntasan belajar kelas yaitu 88,23%. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan mencuci tangan dengan benar pada anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui gerak dan lagu.

Abstract

Implementation of SISRUTE in Health Centers needs to be a priority in the implementation of RME, there is a discrepancy between the implementation of SISRUTE in Halmahera Health Center and the applicable provisions. This study to describe the implementation of SISRUTE in Halmahera Health Center, Semarang City from the aspects of human, organization, technology, net-benefit. This research using the HOT-Fit method, data collection through observation and interviews. Human aspect, the owner of the SISRUTE account is a doctor but is operated by nurses and midwives on duty, there has been no training to develop the ability to use SISRUTE for HR other than the account owner. Organization aspect, shows the existence of SOP and Decree of the Head of Health Center regarding the delegation of authority to use SISRUTE accounts in Health Centers. The technology aspect of SISRUTE has not been bridged with other Health Information Systems, data integration has not been created between Health Centers and Hospitals, so that referral files are still manual and require re-entry time at the Hospital. Net-benefit aspect, SISRUTE has not been a priority for referral applications so that speed, effectiveness and efficiency cannot be measured.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to find out: 1) How the teachers plan to increase the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia , Sadayan Hamlet, Sebayan Hamlet, Sambas District, in 2022; 2) How do teachers improve the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia,Sadayan hamlet,Sebayan Village, Sambas District, Year 2022; and 3) What Are the implications of teachers in increasing the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, Sadayan Village, Sebayan Village, Sambas District, Year 2022. The reseach uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of reseach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclutions. The results of the research show that 1) the teacher’s planning to increase the motivation of class III students to memorize the Al-Qur’an at the Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, sadayan hamlet, sabayan village, Sambas District in 2022, the teacher prepares material to motivate and maintain the enthusiasm of the students in memorize the qur’an. Target that has been set, and complete juz 30 and finally cary out an evaluation; 2) theacers implication increasing class students motivation for class III students at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia; 3) The teachers implementation in increasing the motivation of class III students to memorize the A-Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia,Sadayan Hamlet, Sabayan Vilallage, Sambas District in 2022, start from the initial activities, arranging class condition, taking attendance of students and muroja’ah. Next, the core part is preparing media, material III for memorizing the qur’an at the Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, Sadayan Hamlet, Sabayan Village, Sambas District in 2022, the existence of motivation and methods. This has an impact on the students memorization targets that have been achieved. Although there are some students who have not been able to achievethis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in overcoming difficulties in learning calistung (reading, writing, and arithmetic) for students in grade 1B at SDS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas in the 2023-2024 academic year. The ability to do calistung is a very important foundation for early grade students to be able to follow lessons well. However, it is not uncommon to find students who have difficulties mastering calistung skills. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research type. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity checking techniques used source triangulation and member checking. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The role of teachers in overcoming learning difficulties in 1B grade students includes teacher competencies consisting of pedagogic, personality, professional and social competencies, as well as the role of teachers as mentors, trainers, and researchers. (2) Difficulties in learning calistung for 1B grade students include learning difficulties due to slow student comprehension, low student learning motivation, and low concentration, as well as difficulties in writing with the left hand and often making spelling and reading mistakes even though they have been taught repeatedly. (3) The results of the teacher's role in overcoming calistung learning difficulties for 1B grade students include an increase in students' calistung learning, namely an increase in the number of students who are fluent in reading from 9 to 16 people, showing significant progress in reading skills, and outstanding achievement was shown in arithmetic skills, where all students were able to do arithmetic well in semester 2, and the teacher's level of satisfaction in overcoming calistung learning difficulties still showed 75% because there were still students who had not been successfully guided and taught.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the STAKE program evaluation model. The method used is a literature review method with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The research results show that: 1. The stake evaluation model, also known as the consideration evaluation model. This evaluation model has two matrices, namely a description matrix and a judgment matrix. Each matrix has two research stages. The description matrix consists of two stages, namely the intense stage (goals/hopes) and observation (the reality of the goal). Meanwhile, the judgment matrix also has two stages, namely standard and consideration. Each matrix and stage each has three components, namely, antecedents (initial conditions), transactions (implementation/application) and outcomes (results). Commonly used data collection techniques and tools are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique commonly used is descriptive-qualitative analysis technique with descriptive statistics. 2. An example of implementing a stake model program evaluation is the evaluation carried out by Science Study Program students at FTIK IAIN Bengkulu. The program evaluation they carried out was on the Biology learning program at SMA No. 10 Bengkulu City. "Between planning and implementation and science learning outcomes, learning planning with sufficient categories causes teachers to carry out learning not in accordance with process standards so that student learning outcomes do not meet the KKM." 3. The research plan created is an evaluation research design for the stake model program at FTIK IAIS Sambas. The object evaluated is the student's thesis which uses quantitative methods. Because it is still in draft form, accurate results have not yet been obtained, even though there is already a picture based on the results of the initial survey.

Abstract

The Free Learning Policy and Merdeka Curriculum are aimed at improving the quality of education evenly across Indonesia. However, their implementation faces various challenges due to geographical conditions, lack of readiness among teachers and schools. The objective of this literature review is to map the issues in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and formulate alternative solutions. Data sources are derived from articles and journals on the evaluation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The analysis technique employs Miles and Huberman's model, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study results identify the main problems as limited understanding and abilities of teachers, as well as inadequate learning facilities. It is recommended to improve curriculum implementation management by involving collaboration among various stakeholders consistently, so that the goals of enhancing the quality and accessibility of education can be achieved

Abstract

Teachers are role models for their students, exemplary behavior at school is total exemplification, not only with regard to normative matters but as a whole. Likewise with reading, the example set by teachers at school will continue to stick with children until they return home, until they grow up. Because children can learn from observations and experiences they go through. As one of the assumptions of social cognitive theory is, "people can learn by observing other people". This theory has developed through research by Albert Bandura, Dale Schunk, Barry Zimmerman, quoted by Jeanne Ellis Ormrod (Ormrod, 2009). Therefore, if the teacher's reading interest is high, the teacher will influence students' reading interest. Teachers who are very interested in reading will try to foster a love of reading in their students.

Abstract

A hospital is an organization in the field of health services. In the implementation of service efforts to hospital patients, it is supported by many types of HR skills, both professional and non-professional. The provision of services is carried out by various professional groups. Professionals provide care to patients in hospitals who are routinely and certainly always in contact with patients, one of the professions in hospitals is medical recorders. The purpose of this study was to look at the picture in the environment of medical record personnel in public hospitals. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. Quantitative research methods are one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the beginning to the making of the research design. Organizational communication patterns are basically familiar or familial, very open, informal and full of hospitality, so it can be said that there are no secrets. Senior health workers tend to open on the left to communicate first with juniors in the workspace.
