Abstract

Entrepreneurship training for village communities in Peureulak District aims to help improve the skills and knowledge of residents in developing their micro-enterprises. Entrepreneurship training methods for village communities in Peureulak District can be carried out using several methods, including: 1), Lectures, 2) Group discussions, 3) Case studies, 4) Exercises, 5) Field visits. This training will discuss various important topics in starting and managing a micro business, such as how to make business planning, financial management, marketing and operations effective and efficient. The trainees will learn how to make a good business plan, including how to do market analysis and determine the right marketing strategy. They will also learn about financial management, including how to manage cash flow and create simple financial reports. In addition, the training will also discuss business operations, such as inventory management, production and customer service. Participants will learn strategies to maximize efficiency and improve the quality of the products and services they offer. After attending the training the participants can apply the knowledge they have learned to develop their micro business and increase their income. Thus this training can help improve the economic welfare of entrepreneurship training participants for village residents in the Peureulak District through the development of quality micro-enterprises

Abstract

Classroom action research is a variety of classroom-context learning research carried out by teachers to solve learning problems faced by teachers. then the purpose of the study is how the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model attempts to improve student learning outcomes. In the first stage of learning activities using the problem-based learning model where student orientation to the problem serves to explain learning objectives and motivate students to get involved in problem-solving The results of observations of student attitudes in cycle I averaged 2.71 with a completion percentage of 65.60. While in cycle II it can be seen in the table above that the average student score is 2.78 while the percentage of completeness is 81.23. So that changes can be seen from each aspect of the attitude value in cycle II. In the knowledge value of cycle II, students have little understanding of the steps that must be done, students have started to participate in groups, cycle I lowest score is 25.00 while the highest score is 81.00 so the percentage of completeness is 59.0%. In cycle II the lowest score was 27.7 while the highest score was 86.60 so that the presentation of completeness was 75%.

Abstract

Computer education plays an essential role in enhancing students' digital literacy in today's digital era. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of computer-based learning in improving students' technological skills in secondary schools. The research method used in this study is a literature review, analyzing various previous studies discussing the implementation of computer education in the educational field. The results show that integrating computer education into the school curriculum positively impacts various aspects, such as increasing problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to new technologies. Moreover, computer education contributes to enhancing students' digital literacy and critical thinking skills. In the continuously evolving digital era, students' ability to use productivity software, understand basic programming, and maintain digital security is crucial. Previous studies indicate that students who receive computer education are better prepared to face technological challenges than those who do not. Therefore, innovative and adaptive learning strategies are necessary to ensure that computer education continues to develop in line with technological advancements. Schools need to improve access to technological devices, provide training for teachers, and design curricula that focus more on developing 21st-century skills.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the personnel management system, in particular the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) and the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. The Government Personnel System is for the smooth running of organizational tasks and becomes a supporting element for the implementation of the functions of the management of an organization, the existence and smoothness of administrative activities. Utilization of information technology can produce efficiency in various aspects of information management as indicated by the speed and timeliness of processing, as well as the accuracy and correctness of the information (validity) produced. The benefit of recording Personnel data is as a means to store personnel data systematically, making it easier to retrieve if needed. Personnel data is processed into staffing information, which is very necessary for employee development materials. Personnel management, both managerial and technical-administrative in nature, is always related to data, in the form of printed or electronic data.

Abstract

Community service is an activity that must be developed in the midst of society, this activity will help the community to progress and develop, one of which is the service carried out by the Cadek KPM team, the program designed is training and assistance in making soap for PKK women in Cadek village, training activities were carried out at the Cadek meunasah, who were present during the soap making process not only from PKK women but the community and children participated, the community was very enthusiastic during the training process. This training has 4 methods, first place observation, lecture method, practical method, and discussion method (question and answer). The purpose of the research is to empower the community to have their own business and even if it is small, this will certainly help the family financially. From the results of the study, it was found that during the training process the PKK women were very enthusiastic, especially when the tools and materials had been provided at the table. The community is very excited to follow the steps of making laundry soap. The obstacles faced during the training process for the children who participated made the activity less conducive because it was noisy, so the process of making laundry soap was repeated up to 3 times. The impact of this training is expected to increase the welfare that can be felt by the family, of course there will be additional income by implementing this simple training at home or in a group of people.

Abstract

Reducing plastic waste is an urgent environmental issue and efforts are needed to educate high school students about environmentally friendly waste management. This study aims to design an effective method of activity to educate SMA Jaya students in Langsa City about the importance of reducing plastic waste. The proposed method of activity includes counseling and presentations, group discussions, field visits. Counseling and presentations will provide students with an initial understanding of plastic waste and its impact on the environment. Group discussions will provide opportunities for students to share knowledge and ideas about reducing plastic waste. Field visits will provide hands-on experience of the waste processing process. The environmental awareness campaign will involve students in disseminating information about reducing plastic waste in schools and surrounding communities. Collaboration with external parties will provide broader insights about reducing plastic waste. The use of eco-friendly alternatives will encourage students to adopt lifestyle changes that reduce the use of single-use plastics. It is hoped that the implementation of this activity method will help Jaya Jaya High School students in Langsa City understand the importance of reducing plastic waste and have practical skills in environmentally friendly waste management. Through collaboration with external parties and involving the community, it is hoped that this effort to reduce plastic waste can achieve a wider and more sustainable impact.

Abstract

Preparing scientific work is an essential competency that students must master in order to improve academic quality and professionalism. This research aims to identify effective strategies in compiling scientific work through an integrated training program. The research method used a descriptive approach involving 20 students from various study programs who took part in training for four weeks. This program includes technical guidance regarding topic selection, drafting an outline, mastering writing techniques, and using digital reference tools. The research results show that integrated training significantly improves students' ability to compose scientific papers. The main factors that influence success are systematic training modules, intensive mentoring, and direct simulations in preparing work. Based on these findings, integrated training is recommended as an effective strategy to improve students' ability to write quality scientific papers.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the concepts, principles, and implementation of Sharia Accounting Standards in the context of Islamic economics in life in the business and community environment. This is also to supports the independent learning program whose sources come from various sources outside the school environment.In this activity, students are involved in a series of learning methods which include presentations, group discussions, case studies, guest speakers, exams/evaluations, and reflection sessions.These methods are designed to strengthen students' understanding of the basic principles of sharia accounting, ability to analyze sharia financial transactions, work in teams, and increase awareness of ethics in sharia accounting.The results of this activity indicate an increase in student understanding of the importance of sharia accounting standards, the basic principles of sharia accounting, as well as their ability to apply these principles in real situations in the surrounding community. In addition, students also succeed in developing analytical skills, teamwork, and awareness of ethics in sharia accounting. This activity is expected to provide long-term benefits for students in developing their careers and lives. With a deep understanding of Islamic Accounting Standards, students will become a generation that is competent in the field of Islamic accounting and can contribute to building an economy based on Islamic principles by continuing to innovate in the implementation of knowledge.

Abstract

Digital literacy skills have become an essential competency for students in the era of technological transformation and educational digitalization. However, initial observations revealed that most first-year students still faced significant limitations in operating computers, particularly in using word processing applications such as Microsoft Word, which are crucial for academic activities. To address this issue, a basic computer training program was implemented using an interactive approach that combines theoretical instruction with hands-on practice. This program aimed to enhance students’ fundamental computer skills and build their confidence in utilizing digital technology. The learning by doing method was applied through individual mentoring and direct practice in the computer laboratory. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ abilities, including operating computers, managing documents with Microsoft Word, and understanding ethical aspects of technology use.Beyond technical proficiency, the training also fostered positive attitudes toward technology use in academic contexts. Students became more active, independent, and receptive to digital-based learning. Therefore, the interactive basic computer training proved to be an effective strategy for transforming digital literacy among first-year students and served as a crucial foundation for preparing them to meet the demands of digital-era education.
