Abstract

Keberlangsungan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara yang kuat dibangun dari toleransi yang tinggi antar sesama anak bangsa. Indonesia dengan keberagaman suku bangsa agama ras dan golongan tentu memiliki tantangan untuk selalu bisa menjaga kebhinekaan dalam persatuan, maka masyarakat yang sadar akan multikultural baik dalam pola pikir maupun perilaku dibutuhkan dalam mengokohkan tali persaudaraan dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Tokoh masyarakat dan para cendikia diyakini memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap terciptanya masyarakat multikultural. Penulis secara subyektif ingin menilai tingkat multikultural baik dari segi maindset maupun behavior pada para mahasiswa program doktoral PAI IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon angkatan 7 tahun 2022 yang dianggap sebagai kaum cendikia dan berpengaruh dilingkungan masing-masing. Metode penelitian yang kami pilih adalah kualitatif diskriftif dengan tehnik wawancara mendalam nonformal dan observatif untuk mencari indikator-indikator tingkat multikultural tersebut. Hasil analisanya menunjukkan tingkat multikultural mahasiswa program doktoral PAI IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon angkatan 7 tahun 2022 berada dalam level baik, sehingga memungkinkan masyarakat di lingkungannya juga terbangun sikap multikultural yang baik

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to train teachers in East Aceh District so that they are able to understand why it is important to implement PTK and teachers can compile PTK reports using learning models. The method of implementing community service activities consists of classical and discussion which includes several stages, namely; 1) submission of systematic material for proposal writing, 2) material regarding, 3) technical implementation of research, 4) clinical preparation of PTK, 5) assistance for research implementation and 6) preparation of final research reports. Based on the results of the activity it can be seen; 1) PTK is very important for teachers to understand as professional development of teachers through three things, namely; research, write and develop the profession in a sustainable manner and include learning models that can affect student learning outcomes, 2) The implementation of training and mentoring for teachers in East Aceh District can have a direct impact on increasing knowledge about the preparation of PTK by using models learning, has provided technical knowledge for teachers in order to compile PTK reports, 3) Local government response is needed, especially the Education Office in carrying out similar activities so that participants who take part in these activities are fulfilled seeing that the number of teachers in East Aceh Regency is high, 4) partnership and cooperation between the Indonesian Academy of Banking Finance, East Aceh Regency and SDN East Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Character building and entrepreneurship skills for students of Dayah Darul Muta'alimin is a coaching process that aims to shape entrepreneurial character and skills in students. The purpose of character building is to shape students into individuals who have good character such as having a sense of responsibility, discipline, confidence, honesty, and noble character. Meanwhile, fostering entrepreneurial skills aims to provide knowledge and skills in managing a business. Character development is carried out through various activities such as recitation, ta'lim, moral guidance, and other activities that can shape the character of the students. Meanwhile, fostering entrepreneurial skills is carried out through training and introduction to various types of business, how to create a business, financial management, and other matters related to the business world. Character development and entrepreneurship skills for Dayah Darul Muta'alimin students have very important benefits such as being able to form good student character, improve entrepreneurial abilities, and open job opportunities for students after graduating from Dayah. Therefore, building character and entrepreneurial skills needs to be carried out continuously so that students can have sufficient provisions to face future challenges.

Abstract

This training aims to provide knowledge and skills to gampong officials in Peureulak District in using the mail merge technique to compose letters efficiently and effectively. Participants will learn the steps in creating a template document that includes design patterns, formats, and variable settings that will be used to combine data. Next, participants will learn how to integrate data from external sources such as Excel into Word documents using the mail merge feature. They will learn how to set data filtering criteria, edit and modify documents, and add dynamic elements such as tables, images, and graphs. Training will also cover common troubleshooting techniques related to mail merge, such as resolving data merge errors, fixing incorrect formatting, and optimizing processes to increase productivity. Participants will be involved in hands-on practical sessions where they will be given the opportunity to try out the techniques, they have learned for themselves. This will help them hone their skills and gain confidence in using mail merge in their daily work. This training can provide significant benefits for gampong officials in Peureulak District, enabling them to improve efficiency and accuracy in compiling letters. By using mail merge, the process of writing letters can be automated, saving time and reducing the risk of human error.

Abstract

The cash flow report is an important tool in managing business finances, because it provides information about cash inflows and outflows within a certain period. In this training, participants will learn the basic concepts of cash flow, including the meaning and importance of cash flow reports in making business decisions. They will study the various components of a cash flow statement, including cash flows from operating, investing and financing activities. In addition, participants will also learn how to use software or applications that can assist in preparing cash flow reports efficiently. This training will provide an understanding of how to use the tool and how to implement small business financial data into the software. This training is designed to allow participants to put what they learn into practice right away. They will be given training tasks to prepare cash flow reports based on real data from their own small businesses. This will help participants apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the training. After attending this training, Peureulak Mandiri Smart Learning residents will have a better understanding of cash flow reports and be able to prepare accurate cash flow reports for their small businesses. This will help them manage their business finances more effectively and make better decisions for their business growth.

Abstract

This Microsoft Word training was conducted at Dayah Darul Huda Alue Udep with the goal of enhancing the digital skills of the santri in using word processing software essential for academic and administrative tasks. The training employed a combination of theoretical and practical approaches, equipping participants with both basic and advanced skills in using Microsoft Word, such as document creation, formatting, table creation, and the preparation of reports and official letters. The results of the training showed significant improvement in the santri’s ability to use Microsoft Word, as evidenced by their increased efficiency in completing academic and administrative tasks. Additionally, the training fostered independent learning habits through the use of digital learning media, allowing participants to continue their learning beyond the training sessions. This training is expected to have a positive impact on increasing the productivity of the santri and preparing them to face the challenges of the increasingly digital world.

Abstract

The Mail Merge Letter Writing Training at Dayah Misbahul Huda aimed to enhance the administrative staff’s ability to manage correspondence efficiently and professionally using the Mail Merge feature in Microsoft Word. The training was conducted through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluations. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and technical skills related to automated letter generation based on data sources. The training led to greater efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks, reducing errors commonly found in manual processes. It also contributed to increased professionalism in correspondence management and opened opportunities for further development in digitalizing administrative processes. It is recommended that similar training be conducted regularly to support the digital transformation within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren).

Abstract

The head of the madrasah (school) is someone who is given the task by his subordinates to lead a madrasa where the teaching and learning process is held in the madrasa. One of the things that can help teachers to be disciplined in teaching is to repeat the law. No. 14 of 2005 concerning the intent and duties of teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process in schools. The purpose of this madrasah action research is to seek to improve the work ethic for MTsS Darul Falah teachers, East Aceh Regency through the discipline of the madrasah principal in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 16 teachers. The research method used is the madrasah action research method which is carried out in two cycles the first four times consisting of 1) planning 2) implementation 3) observation and 4) reflection. In collecting this data, the researcher used observation, interviews and documentation. In the interview technique, the researcher wanted to dig up data about the causes and effects of not carrying out the work ethic on teaching attendance. The results showed that there was an increase in the work ethic of teachers through the discipline of the madrasa principal, namely in the first cycle the level of teacher work ethic from 16 teachers was only 63%. In the second cycle reached 88%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that through discipline the head of the madrasa can improve the work ethic of teachers in teaching attendance so as to increase the creativity of students.

Abstract

Reflection is a process of reviewing the implementation of learning carried out by educators. Implemented critically and continuously to obtain descriptions, results of analysis and evaluation of a lesson carried out by educators, the implementation of the review is inseparable from the objectives of achieving learning outcomes. This madrasah action research was carried out in two cycles of four meetings consisting of 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation and 4) reflection which aims to improve student learning outcomes through a weekly reflection program for MTsS Monisa teachers, East Aceh District, odd semesters of the school year. 2019/2022. In collecting this data, researchers used observation, assessment and questionnaire techniques. From the results of the reflection program research, it was obtained that in cycle I got a score of 3 (good enough) while in cycle II it increased with a score of 4 (good). It can be concluded that the weekly reflection program can improve student learning outcomes and this program is an alternative for teachers who teach in class

Abstract

Supervisi akademik merupakan upaya membantu guru-guru mengembangkan kemampuannya mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, dengan demikian permasalahan yang timbul yaitu apakah dengan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran bagi guru MIN 28 Aceh Timur semester Genap tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian tindakan madrasah ini dilaksanakan di MIN 28 Aceh Timur Kabupaten Aceh Timur dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik kepala madrasah bagi guru MIN 28 Aceh Timur semester genap tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Sedangkan metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan madrasah melalaui deskriptif dan kuantitatif yang terdiri dari 1) perencanaan 2) pelaksanaan 3) pemgamatan dan 4) refleksi yang terdiri dari dua siklus empat kali pertemuan. Hasil aplikasi supervisi akademik ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran di kelas lebih meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan pada perolehan hasil supervisi pada Siklus I dengan jumlah presentase 65% dan pada siklus II 100%. Dengan demikian, kemampuan guru dapat meningkat melalui supervisi akademik kepala madrasah. Juga aktifitas guru dalam pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dengan hasil angket siklus I 46 % dan siklus II 96% ini menurut hasil pengamatan observer dan peneliti. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik pada guru wali kelas V dan VI MIN 28 Aceh Timur dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengajar dan kelengkapan instrumen PBM serta supervisi akademik ini dapat menjadi alternatif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan baik.
