Abstract

Community Service through Training on the Preparation of Web-Based Teaching Materials for Teachers of MTsN 2 Bengkulu Tengah. The target of this training is MTsN 2 Bengkulu Tengah Teachers. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to train teachers at MTsN 2 Bengkulu Tengah in compiling web-based teaching materials. The method used includes a brief presentation of learning model material, Web-based E-Learning material, then followed by discussion, question and answer, and giving independent assignments to each participant. The results of the service carried out showed that the Web-Based e-Learning Model Interactive Teaching Materials fulfilled the eligibility with a description for displaying web media teaching materials included in the Good category (with an average percentage of 78.39%), for teaching materials included in the Good category (with the average percentage is 88.47%), and for students' perceptions of teaching materials it is in the Fairly Good category (with an average percentage of 66.84%). The results of this dedication can be used as a basis for policy making for the Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Office to try to apply the innovative learning model and learning tools for the Web-based E-learning model in other schools in Central Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many children to adapt to online learning. In this context, the problem that often arises is a lack of concentration and focus on learning material. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing brain exercises as a method that can increase children's concentration in dealing with online learning in the era of COVID-19. Data collection was carried out using a concentration test instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Concentration tests were performed before and after the intervention period of several weeks. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the intervention group who underwent regular brain exercises experienced a significant increase in their concentration compared to the control group. Brain exercise can improve children's ability to focus attention, reduce distractions, and improve their memory skills. In the context of online learning in the era of COVID-19, the implementation of brain gymnastics can be an effective method for increasing children's concentration. Brain gym is a form of exercise that involves body movement, brain coordination, and sensory stimuli. Structured movements in brain gymnastics can stimulate children's brain development, thereby helping them to better face the challenges of online learning. This study provides recommendations to schools and parents to implement brain exercises as part of children's routines before online learning sessions. Brain gym can be an effective strategy in helping children improve concentration, maintain their attention, and optimize learning outcomes in unfamiliar online learning situations.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources can be done through well-managed education. The success of the educational process is inseparable from the big role of educators. Educators or teachers have a very important role in the success or failure of learning that takes place in schools. This is in accordance with the results of studies from developing countries which prove that teachers make the highest contribution to learning achievement. Information such as the application of computer networks to support competency exam activities. After carrying out the Community Service activity entitled "Empowerment of teachers at SMSK 9 Muhammadiyah Bengkulu City" several results have been achieved, namely: 1. Increased teacher training regarding the goals of teacher empowerment 2. Understanding of forms of teacher empowerment is getting better.

Abstract

Based on the results of the activities and evaluation analysis, it can be concluded as follows The service material as an additional knowledge for students of SMKN 6 Bengkulu City that it turns out that the utilization and application of clean living is very important, the service participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the activities, which can increase knowledge which is very useful for students of SMKN 6 Bengkulu City. It is necessary to hold further community service with different materials so that students of SMKN 6 Bengkulu City are more motivated in practicing teaching skills in terms of utilizing other learning media.

Abstract

This purpose of this activity are, first, provide companionship to the school administration system integrated to provide quick, effective and accurate services. Second, fix the quality management system of institutional to reach the school’s objectives. The method used are training, FGD, and Mentoring. The result show that, first, preparation Integrated School Administration System (SISDU) goes well. Obstacles encountered in the implementation of the infrastructure that SISDU is still limited and the ability of teachers to operate system needs to be improved. Second, the activities preparation of ISO-based governance system in general has been running well, but school administrators are still unfamiliar about the documents in the ISO standardize, they are already accustomed to using predefined Education Offices’ documents.

Abstract

Kaum perempuan di dalam keluarga memiliki kesempatan terlibat dalam sebuah organisasi yang mendukung kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar. Peran perempuan khususnya kaum ibu-ibu berperan penting dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi, salah satunya dengan berwirausaha. Kesadaran ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam berwirausaha merupakan modal awal menuju perluasan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan keluarga dan tidak melupakan tanggungjawab sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Desa Padang lampe telah menggerakkan kaum perempuan melalui organisasi Majelis Taklim. Saat ini kelompok Majelis Taklim Ummahat DDI di desa Padanglampe sedang fokus pada kegiatan perintisan ekonomi mandiri yang merupakan mitra PKM. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mensejahterakan keluarga melalui usaha yang telah direncanakan. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan dan wawasan kepada ibu-ibu Majelis Taklim Ummahat DDI Padang Lampe tentang perlunya pemberdayaan kelompok dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Metode PKM yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan materi teori dan pelatihan pencatatan akuntansi sederhana, serta diskusi tentang kegiatan-kegiatan pembuatan varian produk baru, bagi kelompok yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Hasil yang diperoleh dari PKM ini adalah peserta ibu-ibu Majelis Taklim Ummahat yang hadir sekitar 20 orang, semua antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan pencatatan akuntansi sederhana, serta diskusi pembuatan produk varian baru, berjalan dengan baik untuk mendapatkan teori dan pemahaman cara-cara pemberdayaan kelompok yang dapan menghidupi kelompoknya serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini Ibu-Ibu Majelis Taklim sudah melakukan aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan bersama. Jadi tidak hanya aktivitas yang bersifat sosial tetapi juga aktivitas yang dapat menghasilkan atau meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga
