Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financing and operating income on the return for the results of mudharabah deposits in Islamic commercial banks. The stages of the research method used are the research approach, population and sample, operational definitions, types and sources of data, data collection techniques, data analysis, location and time of research as well as tools and materials. Based on the conclusions found in this study, there is a significant influence of financing variables and operating income variables on the return for the results of Islamic Commercial Bank mudharabah deposits, this is evidenced by the results of research conducted by researchers where the significance value (sig) of 0.001 is smaller than the probability of 0.05 , so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of financing and operating income on the return on profit sharing from mudharabah deposits of Islamic Commercial Banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the legal status of interfaith marriages conducted abroad in terms of Law number 1 of year 1974 concerning Marriage and to determine the legal status of interfaith marriages abroad in terms of the Islamic Law Compilation. The method used in this research is the library research method. This study uses qualitative data. The data source used is the primary data source which comes from Law number 1 of year 1974 concerning Marriage, Compilation of Islamic Law, and related laws concerning the focus of the problem and secondary data sources sourced from books, journal articles, and other sources that support this research data. Data analysis in this research is information review, comparative study, and assessment study. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia's positive law, namely Law Number 1 of year 1974 concerning Marriage which applies nationally does not require interfaith marriages. Meanwhile, the Islamic Law Compilation clearly states that interfaith marriages occur, meaning that interfaith marriages do not get a legality from the Islamic Law Compilation.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of return on assets and operating costs of income on the return on profit sharing from mudharabah deposits in Islamic commercial banks. The population and sample in this study are Islamic Banking Statistics (SPS) data, which includes statistics on Return on Assets, Operating Costs of Operational Income, and return on profit sharing from mudharabah deposits for Islamic Commercial Banks from January 2016 to December 2019. The results show that partial and simultaneous return on assets and operating costs of operating income have a positive and significant effect on return for the results of mudharabah deposits for Islamic Commercial Banks. However, the most dominant variable that has the greatest influence in this study is the operational cost of operating income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on stock prices. To determine the effect of Dividend Yield (DY) on Stock Prices. To determine the effect of the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Dividend Yield (DY) simultaneously on stock prices. This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period with a total sample of 11 companies. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS Software Program (Statistics Package for the Social Science) 25. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the results of the first hypothesis test show that the Dividend Payout Ratio (X1) has a significant effect on Stock Price (Y) with a tcount value > ttable (2.928 > 1.6838), and a significant value of 0.006 <0.05 . The results of testing the second hypothesis show that dividend yield (X2) has a significant effect on stock price (Y) with tcount > ttable (3.442 > 1.6838), and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. The results of the third hypothesis test show that the Dividend Payout Ratio (X1) and Dividend Yield (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices (Y), with a value of Fcount > Ftable (41,253 > 2,839) and a significant 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Wirausaha berperan penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara karena dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Di banyak negara, wirausaha adalah aspek penting yang memainkan peran vital dalam perekonomian. Pasalnya, sektor swasta yang digerakan para wirausaha ini menjadi penyumbang ekonomi terbesar. Sikap wirausaha yang selalu ingin tahu membuat wirausaha selalu dapat menemukan inovasi baru di dunia usaha. Oleh karenanya, seorang wirausaha harus memiliki sifat wirausaha agar bisnisnya bisa berkembang dengan baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dengan metode pendekatan sosiologis dengan mendekatkan kepada masyarakat. Bahan materi diambil dari peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku, makalah-makalah dan dokumen-dokumen lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Permasalahan yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menumbuhkan sifat-sifat wirausaha bagi pengurus DPP. Lembaga Peduli Pembangunan Asahan (LEPPAS) Kabupaten Asahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Communication, Self Esteem and Self Efficacy on Performance. The number of samples is 50 respondents. The F-test produces a value of Fcount (26.524) > Ftable (2.81), meaning that simultaneously communication, self-esteem, self-efficacy have a significant effect on improving nurse performance. The results of the t-test, partially tcount (8.818) > ttable (2.01174) and significance value (0.023 <0.05) means that communication has a positive and significant effect on performance. The tcount (2.445) > ttable (2.01174) and the significance value (0.021 <0.05) means that partially self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on performance. The tcount value (2.346) > ttable (2.01174) and the significance value (0.017 <0.05) means that partially self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance. The R2-test produces a coefficient of determination equal to communication, self-esteem and self-efficacy is able to explain the performance of 61%, while the remaining 39% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Perhitungan penetapan pendapatan asli daerah dan belanja daerah dimaksudkan untuk menilai keseuaian anggaran dengan realisasi belanja yang dilakukan di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan. Serta tetap mempertahankan tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitasnya dimana setiap tahun mengalami perubahan yang sangat baik dan tingkat efisien tiap tahunnya masuk dalam kriteria yang sangat efisisen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penetapan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap belanja daerah di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan. Peneliti menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi serta studi kepustakaan, sedangkan analisis data dengan teknik pengkuran rasio dengan menggunakan rasio pertumbuhan, rasio efektivitas dan tingkat efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan tingkat pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan mengalami kenaikan target dan realisasi yang terjadi. Tahun 2017 mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 14%, tahun 2018 naik menjadi 15% kemudian di tahun 2019 mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan menjadi 26%. Begitupun pada tingkat efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah dan belanja daerah mengalami peningkatan dengan tingkat kreteria yang efektif. Pada efisiensi belanja daerah tahun 2017 sebesar 45,51%, tahun 2018 sebesar 56,53%, dan tahun 2019 tingkat efisiensi sebesar 57,70% sehingga anggaran belanja di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan sudah memiliki kreteria yang sangat efisien.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of employee productivity and operational costs on income growth at PT. Intan National Iron Industry Medan. The study uses multiple linear regression methods with a sample of annual financial reports from the past six years, which have been approved by the company leadership. The motivation for this research stems from fluctuations in income over the years, particularly during the pandemic, where a drastic decline was observed. The income generated was insufficient to cover operational costs, leading to unmet income targets and a lack of management incentives, or even company losses. The results of the study indicate that employee productivity has a positive and significant effect on income, with a T-value of 7.079 (T-value 7.079 > T-table 2.015) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Operational costs also have a significant impact on income, with a T-value of 3.976 (T-value 3.976 > T-table 2.015) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, again leading to the acceptance of Ha and rejection of H0. Furthermore, the combined effect of productivity and operational costs yields an F-value of 34.852 > 4.74 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings demonstrate that both employee productivity and operational costs positively and significantly influence income growth at PT. Intan National Iron Industry Medan.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Bagus Bakery MSMEs to investigate the influence of consumer awareness, brand trust, and halal certification on the purchase interest in Bagus Bakery products. Employing a quantitative research approach grounded in positivism philosophy, data were gathered using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 90 respondents who had purchased Bagus Bakery products in May and resided in Gedangan Village. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The t-test results indicated that consumer awareness, brand trust, and halal certification each had a significant and positive impact on purchase interest. Furthermore, regression analysis yielded an R² value of 0.836, demonstrating that 83.6% of the variance in purchase interest is explained by these three variables, with the remaining 16.4% attributable to other factors.

Abstract: One of the standards that must be met in the implementation of education is the competency standard of educators and education personnel. According to Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, Article 1 paragraph 1 states that "teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students in the formal education path, basic education, and secondary education." Based on the disclosure of factual phenomena, data, theories, and relevant previous research presented above, the researcher is interested in conducting research by selecting the title "The Influence of the Principal's Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Competence of ASN and Non-ASN Teachers on Teacher Performance Commitment at UPT SDN. 016505 Taman Sari, Pulau Bandring District, Asahan Regency." There is a significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Competence on Teacher Commitment and Performance at UPT SDN 016505 Taman Sari, Pulau Bandring District, Asahan Regency. This is proven based on the results of research conducted by researchers where the significance value (sig) of 0.001 is smaller than the Probability of 0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that "There is a significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Competence on Teacher Commitment and Performance at UPT SDN 016505 Taman Sari, Pulau Bandring District, Asahan Regency." Keywords: Style, Leadership, Transformational Abstrak: Salah satu standar yang harus dipenuhi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan adalah standar kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.
