The main focus of this study is to analyze the effect of both partial and simultaneous third party funds and return on assets on mudharabah financing at Islamic Commercial Banks. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, because the data measurement uses a numerical scale (numbers). The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks containing third party funds, return on assets and mudharabah financing. The years 2016 to 2019 were chosen as the sample for this study. The results showed that partially only third party funds had a positive and significant effect on mudharabah financing, while return on assets had no effect. Then simultaneously the two variables of third party funds and return on assets have a positive and significant effect on mudharabah financing at Islamic Commercial Banks.

The objective of this research is to examine the significance of increasing capital in Small and Medium Enterprises development regional economy in the Asahan Regency. The method stages to be used in this research are the research flow chart, data collection, literature study, problem identification, preprocessing, data analysis used is multiple linear regression, normality test, classical assumption test, statistical tests or the coefficient of determination (R2), statistical F test, and statistical t-test), results of data analysis, final evaluation, research approach, location and time of research, and tools and materials. The independent effect on the dependent variable. From the results of statistical calculations that have been done, it can be seen that the F count> F table. Namely F count is 6.20 while the F table is 3.191. Thus, H0 is rejected and the variables of capital and tax have an effect simultaneously and positive for the regional economy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of mudharabah financing and brand image partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Commercial Islamic Banks. This type of research is classified as associative. The population and sample in this study were 92 respondents with a sampling technique using an accidental sampling approach. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously mudharabah and brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Commercial Islamic Banks. Mudharabah financing variable has a greater influence than brand image in influencing customer satisfaction at Commercial Islamic Banks.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the human development index, inflation and economic growth on unemployment in the city of Medan. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Medan with the data period from 2003 to 2022. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation tests). multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (statistical F test, and statistical t test, and test of the coefficient of determination (R2)). The results of this study are based on the results of the simultaneous test (f test) it can be seen that the variables human development index, inflation and economic growth are significant together (simultaneously) on the Unemployment variable. Based on the partial test of the Human Development Index variable, it has a negative and significant effect on Unemployment in Medan City, the Inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Unemployment in Medan City and the Economic Growth variable has no effect on Unemployment in Medan City.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor suzuki pada mahasiswa STIE Muhammadiyah Asahan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Populasi pelitian dan sampel penelitian ini sebesar 82 orang responden, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor suzuki pada mahasiswa STIE Muhammadiyah Asahan adalah positif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari Persamaan Y = 1,609 +0,718X1 + 0,456X2 + e. Artinya semakin baik kualitas produk dan promosi suatu produk maka akan semakin meningkatkan keputusan pembelian sepeda motor suzuki pada mahasiswa STIE Muhammadiyah Asahan. Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dilihat dari nilai thitung (3,064) > ttabel (1,6652) dan promosi juga berpengaruh positif dilihat dari nilai thitung (5,079) >ttabel (1,6652).

Kecamatan Silau Laut khususnya desa Lubuk Palas merupakan salah satu desa penghasil kelapa terbesar di kabupaten Asahan. Hanya saja inovasi dan keahlian pemanfaatan air kelapa sangat rendah, sehingga air kelapa yang memiliki banyak manfaat dianggap sebagai limbah. Pemanfaatan dan pembuangan yang tidak baik dari air kelapa yang terlalu banyak, menyebabkan lingkungan menjadi kotor. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka diperlukannya pelatihan bagi masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah kelapa khususnya air kelapa agar menjadi produk yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya kearifan lokal dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, sosialisasi tentang manfaat kelapa, pelatihan mengolah air kelapa menjadi nata de coco dan pupuk organik cair, pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media promosi, dan pelaksanaan uji coba pupuk organik pada lahan dan pengenalan produk nata de coco kepada masyarakat.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital, labor and technology on the performance of MSMEs with the application of digital accounting as a moderating variable. This study was conducted on 100 respondents of MSME owners in Asahan Regency. The analysis of this study uses PLS and NVIVO. The results of this study areFrom the results of the study above, it can be seen that there is an influence between the Capital (X1) and Labor (X2) variables on Y, while the Technology (X3) variable shows that the results have no effect on the MSME Performance variable (Y). The moderation variable, namely Digital Accounting, does not moderate the Capital (X1) and Technology (X3) variables on Y. because the value obtained is above alpha. From the results of NVIVO processing, it can be seen that the application of digital accounting by MSMEs is due to easier use in preparing financial reports.

AbstractThis research aims to examine the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on Efarina TV employee performance. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method, namely a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The number of samples in this study was determined using total sampling/complete enumeration, so all members of the population were used as research samples with a total of 83 samples. The data collection technique used by the author in this research is through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this research was divided into three stages. First, data quality testing, assumption testing, hypothesis testing. The research results show that (1) Work discipline influences employee performance at PT. Efarina T; (2) Job satisfaction influences employee performance at PT. Efarina TV; (3) Work discipline and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Efarina TV. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Efarina TV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan total sampling/complete enumeration, jadi seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan jumlah 83 orang sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran Kusisioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahap. Pertama pengujian kualitas data, melakukan pengujian asumsin, melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Efarina T; (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Efarina TV; (3) Disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Efarina TV.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Human Development Index and the Economic Growth Rate on the Open Unemployment Rate in Medan City from 2003 to 2024. The data used in this study is time series data for the period 2003-2024 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Medan City. This study uses multiple linear analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model processed with the eviews data processing tool. The results of the t-test research on eviews data processing, the probability of the Human Development Index is 0.0000. Where 0.0000 <0.05 so it is concluded that the Human Development Index has a significant effect on the Open Unemployment Rate. Then the variable Economic Growth Rate obtained a probability value of 0.0825. Where 0.0825> 0.05 so it can be concluded that the Economic Growth Rate does not have a partial effect on the Open Unemployment Rate. Then finally the f test was carried out. Where the probability value of the f statistic was 0.000001. This means that the Human Development Index and Economic Growth Rate have a simultaneous effect on the Open Unemployment Rate in Medan City. Keywords: Human Development Index, Economic Growth Rate, Open Unemployment Rate Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Kota Medan tahun 2003 sampai dengan tahun 2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series dalam kurun waktu 2003-2024 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan model Ordinary Least Square (OLS) yang diolah dengan alat bantu olah data eviews. Hasil penelitian uji t pada olah data eviews, probabilitas Indeks Pembangunan Manusia sebesar 0.0000. Dimana 0.0000 < 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka. Kemudian variabel Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi diperoleh nilai probabilitas 0.0825. Dimana 0.0825 > 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka. Kemudian terakhir dilakukan uji f. Dimana nilai prob f statistiknya 0.000001. Artinya Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Kota Medan.
