Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Kamura Bakery, Lampung. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 83 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Kamura Bakery. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R²), uji T, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, baik secara terpisah maupun bersamaan. Secara terpisah, orientasi kewirausahaan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan konsumen sebesar 21,9%, sedangkan orientasi pasar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 37%. Secara bersamaan, kedua variabel ini menjelaskan 39,7% variasi dalam kepuasan konsumen, sementara 60,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam studi ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi kewirausahaan yang inovatif, proaktif, dan berorientasi risiko, serta pendekatan pasar yang berfokus pada konsumen dan pesaing, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di sektor usaha kecil dan menengah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi bisnis di industri bakery lokal untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The preservation of local culture in Masda Makmur Village, Rokan Hulu Regency is the main challenge during the lack of participation of the younger generation in the traditional art of Kubro Siswo. The Kubro Siswo Arts Group has difficulties in maintaining the regeneration of members and faces limited support facilities and promotions. This service program aims to preserve the culture of Kubro Siswo through increasing managerial capacity and cultural arts skills, especially for the younger generation. The methods used in this program include socialization, management and marketing training, website and social media development, and the provision of souvenir production equipment in the form of t-shirt screen printing. The results of the program show an increase in the interest of the younger generation in local arts, the implementation of cultural arts festivals, and the increase in group capacity in the management of cultural arts organizations and promotions. In addition, diversification efforts through the production of screen-printing t-shirts have a positive impact in supporting the economic independence of the group. In conclusion, this program has succeeded in increasing public awareness of the importance of preserving local culture and providing sustainable solutions to maintain the existence of Kubro Siswo art during modernizationABSTRAKPelestarian budaya lokal di Desa Masda Makmur Kabupaten Rokan Hulu menjadi tantangan utama di tengah minimnya partisipasi generasi muda dalam kesenian tradisional Kubro Siswo. Kelompok Kesenian Kubro Siswo mengalami kesulitan dalam menjaga regenerasi anggota serta menghadapi keterbatasan dukungan fasilitas dan promosi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan budaya Kubro Siswo melalui peningkatan kapasitas manajerial dan keterampilan seni budaya, khususnya bagi generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan manajemen dan pemasaran, pengembangan website dan media sosial, serta penyediaan peralatan produksi cinderamata berupa sablon kaos. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan minat generasi muda terhadap kesenian lokal, terselenggaranya festival seni budaya, serta peningkatan kapasitas kelompok dalam pengelolaan organisasi dan promosi seni budaya. Selain itu, usaha diversifikasi melalui produksi kaos sablon memberikan dampak positif dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi kelompok. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pelestarian budaya lokal dan memberikan solusi berkelanjutan untuk menjaga eksistensi kesenian Kubro Siswo di tengah modernisasi.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the quality and quantity of rice cracker production in household households through the application of appropriate technology. The method of implementing this service used training and mentoring. The partners of this activity were members of the “Kerupuk Nasi Bersama” Home Industry in Pematang Baih Village, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The results of this service showed that IRT partners had the ability to operate automatic cracker cutting equipment technology and dough mixer machines so that they could increase the quality and quantity of rice cracker production. This Appropriate Technology makes it easier for housewives to repair and increase product quality and quantity.

Abstract

The usefulness of mathematics in the 21st century is increasingly felt by society. Therefore, mathematics is increasingly needed by everyone and by society as a whole. In the current industrial era 4.0, there is interaction between humans and machines, especially computers. One computer application that can be used in mathematical problems is GeoGebra. GeoGebra is dynamic software for mathematics, contains interconnected Geometry and Algebra features, and is very helpful in understanding and facilitating the teaching and learning process of mathematics. The aim of this research is to find out how mathematics teachers perceive the use of GeoGebra-based learning media in mathematics learning. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The research population was all teachers from an educational foundation in Pamengpeuk District, Garut Regency, participants in a workshop on the use of GeoGebra-based learning media in mathematics learning. This workshop activity is a community service activity. The results of this research conclude that community service activities through workshops on the use of GeoGebra-based learning media in mathematics learning are effective in increasing teachers' insight and motivation to use the GeoGebra application in mathematics learning.

Abstract

This training activity is part of the service program of the lecturers of the Indonesian Education Institute. Salawu Village is a destination for IPI Garut mathematics education teachers according to the needs in the field of education in the knowledge of new learning innovations. We offer Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) as learning that can be applied in schools around Salawu, especially elementary school. The purpose of this service is to provide training to teachers in Salawu village about PMRI. The service method used is the method of community education, consultation, and training that involves demonstrations. Data on community service activities including photos of activities, answers to questionnaires and questions by participants. The number of participants who attended 25 people consisting of elementary school teachers and prospective PLP student candidates for teacher candidates in Salawu village. The result of this training is PMRI which can be well translated and can be applied by the teacher in his class immediately.
