Abstract

The Blue-blue Plant Protection Development Unit (UPPT) is an agency that plays a role in assisting the community in increasing the production of plantation crop commodities in their fostered areas, both in terms of quality and quantity. However, sometimes there are still problems experienced by farmers, namely the incompatibility of the production of plantation crop commodities with the area of ​​land they have, so that it can affect the level of income of the farmers themselves. One way to process this data is to apply data mining techniques, where data mining is a process of analyzing large data that is extracted into information to determine the pattern of analysis on plantation crop commodity production data based on land area. The C.45 algorithm will later explore existing data and will form a decision tree, where the decision tree will later assist the Blue-blue Plant Protection Development Unit (UPPT) in taking good actions in helping to increase the production of plantation crop commodities. and provide counseling to fostered farmers to anticipate losses to farmers

Abstract

Kemampuan analogi sangat penting bagi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika, dengan kemampuan analogi, siswa dapat meningkatkan daya ingat dalam hal konsep matematika untuk jangka panjang, namun pada kenyataannya Kemampuan analogi matematis siswa tergolong masih rendah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih belum terbiasanya siswa berlatih menggunakan analogi dalam bermatematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji urgensi kemampuan analogi terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka (literatur review). Peneliti memilih 32 artikel dari Google Scholar, ResearchGate, DOAJ dan SINTA, serta mempunyai keterkaitan dengan kemampuan analogi matematis kemudian diidentifikasi sesuai dengan kesamaan karakteristiknya. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kemampuan analogi matematis siswa mempunyai urgensi yang tinggi dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

This article was created by reviewing the case of fraudulent actions made by PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. The purpose of this article is to identify the problems of fraud in the preparation of financial statements at PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. The author uses the literature study method which involves reviewing and critically evaluating literature sources to understand and describe the latest research developments related to the topic taken. The result of this article is that the company was found to have manipulated the financial statements based on an investigation by Ernst & Young Indonesia (EY) in 2018 due to a significant decline in stock prices. The conclusion of this article is that PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk is subject to imprisonment for 3 years, which is reduced by the defendant's detention period.

Abstract

This obligation was not given arbitrarily, but rather through a significant event known as Isra’ Mi’raj. The purpose of this study is to reveal how female religious teachers (ustadzah) play a role in motivating female students (santri putri) to improve their discipline in performing congregational prayers (salat berjamaah), how they build awareness of the importance of congregational prayer, and how they implement habitual training to instill greater discipline in performing it at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren). This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The research location is at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, with informants including the head of the boarding school, administrators in charge of religious affairs (jam’iyah), other boarding school staff, and the female students. The results show that ustadzah play a crucial role in developing the discipline of congregational prayer among female students. This role is realized through good personal example, personal engagement, and continuous guidance. In instilling awareness, the ustadzah begin by internalizing spiritual values and explaining the meaning and purpose of prayer as a direct connection between servant and Allah SWT. In addition, the ustadzah encourage regular congregational prayer habits, such as waking students 15 minutes before the call to prayer (adhan), creating a religious environment in the boarding school, and reinforcing habits through consistent example and discipline. The success of the ustadzah in fostering prayer discipline among female students is also supported by the firmness of the school administrators in enforcing the rules, including giving direct examples and applying timely sanctions to students who fail to attend congregational prayer

Abstract

The usefulness of mathematics in the 21st century is increasingly felt by society. Therefore, mathematics is increasingly needed by everyone and by society as a whole. In the current industrial era 4.0, there is interaction between humans and machines, especially computers. One computer application that can be used in mathematical problems is GeoGebra. GeoGebra is dynamic software for mathematics, contains interconnected Geometry and Algebra features, and is very helpful in understanding and facilitating the teaching and learning process of mathematics. The aim of this research is to find out how mathematics teachers perceive the use of GeoGebra-based learning media in mathematics learning. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The research population was all teachers from an educational foundation in Pamengpeuk District, Garut Regency, participants in a workshop on the use of GeoGebra-based learning media in mathematics learning. This workshop activity is a community service activity. The results of this research conclude that community service activities through workshops on the use of GeoGebra-based learning media in mathematics learning are effective in increasing teachers' insight and motivation to use the GeoGebra application in mathematics learning.

Abstract

This training activity is part of the service program of the lecturers of the Indonesian Education Institute. Salawu Village is a destination for IPI Garut mathematics education teachers according to the needs in the field of education in the knowledge of new learning innovations. We offer Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) as learning that can be applied in schools around Salawu, especially elementary school. The purpose of this service is to provide training to teachers in Salawu village about PMRI. The service method used is the method of community education, consultation, and training that involves demonstrations. Data on community service activities including photos of activities, answers to questionnaires and questions by participants. The number of participants who attended 25 people consisting of elementary school teachers and prospective PLP student candidates for teacher candidates in Salawu village. The result of this training is PMRI which can be well translated and can be applied by the teacher in his class immediately.

Abstract

The teacher's ignorance of the publication of journal articles became the starting point for the problems to be solved so it became the theme raised in this training. The solution provided through this training is material and guidance from the presenters to all participants. The purpose of this training activity is to provide information about articles and journals, as well as the process of submitting articles to accredited national journals, as well as the scope of it to MTs teachers in Garut Regency in particular, and generally to all other participants. The training method used has five stages, including introduction, socialization, training, practice, and monitoring. The subjects of this training are all teachers who are collected in the MGMP MTs Garut Regency, as well as other participants who work as teachers, lecturers, or students on a national scale. The training activities were carried out in two sessions, including material presentation and practical skills. The results of the evaluation form regarding this training activity were very good, all questions received positive responses and answers from all participants. It seems that several teachers have committed to follow up this training activity by trying to write their findings in the form of articles and publish them in the designated accredited national journals. This training concludes that the insights and knowledge conveyed by the presenters in this training activity can open the eyes of all teachers to aspects of scientific publications that so far have never even been glimpsed by teachers.
