Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan perawat sangat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan keperawatan.  Pelayanan keperawatan berbasis Spiritual menjadi salah satu penyebab dari kepuasan kerja perawat.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelayanan keperawatan berbasis  spiritual dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. Jenis penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data  dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner kepuasan kerja perawat dan lembar observasi. Pengambilan sampel  dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 99 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan spearmen rank. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan karakteristik perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSI Sultan Agung Semarang didominasi pada kelompok umur 26-35 tahun yaitu sebanyak 67 responden (67,7%) dengan masa kerja selama 6-10 tahun yaitu sejumlah 43 responden (43,4 %) dan berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 75 responden (75,8%) serta tingkat pendidikan terakhir adalah D3 Keperawatan dengan 15 responden (15,2%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pelayanan keperawatan berbasis spiritual dengan kepuasan kerja perawat yang ditandai dengan nilai ρ value 0,000 (ρ value ≤ 0,05) dan koefisien korelasi 0,696 yang menunjukan arah korelasi positif dengan kekuatan korelasi kuat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyakit stroke merupakan penyakit penyebab kematian nomor 3 di Dunia. Berdasarkan Yayasan stroke Indonesia, masalah stroke semakin penting mendesak untuk diselesaikam karena jumlah penderita stroke di Indonesia terbanyak dan menduduki urutan pertama di Asia. Jenis pelayanan dan pemantauan petugas kesehatan pada pasien pasca stroke terbatas. Di Kelurahan Ngesrep terdapat banyak penderita stroke. Sebagian besar kelarga pasien pasca stroke tidak memahami cara perawatan mandiri pasien pasca stroke.Upaya untuk mengurangi masalah tersebut, maka dibutuhkan suatu program penatalaksanaan pasien pasca stroke secara madiri. Program KP ARRUM (Kelompok Pendamping Akupresur dan Range of Motion) dapat mengajarkan pendidikan kesehatan bagi pasien maupun keluarga terkait stroke untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai stroke, dapat mengajarkan perawatan dirumah melalui tindakan akupresur untuk mempercepat pergerakan otot, range of motion untuk menilai kekuatan otot dan rentang gerak pasien pasca stroke, dan dapat memantau nutrisi penderita sroke sehingga dapat dikontrol kadar gula dalam darah dan kolestrol pasien. kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang yang dilakukan berupa workshop terkait penyakit stroke dan pelatihan terapi akupresure dan range of motion. “Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang stroke dan kemampuan kader dalam melakukan akupresur dan range of motion.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kecerdasan emosional adalah kapasitas untuk mengenali perasaan diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Kecerdasan emosional dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kecerdasan emosional adalah etos kerja Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan etos kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, jumlah responden sebanyak 118 perawat . Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dan diolah secara statistic dengan menggunakan korelasi spearmen. Hasil: Penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil 118 responden penelitian, sebagian besar memiliki karakteristik umur 26-35 tahun dengan persentase 66,9%, responden dengan jenis kelamin perempuan 79.7%, responden pendidikan D3 63,6%, responden dengan masa kerja 6-10 tahun 39,8%. Kecerdasan emosional perawat katagori cukup dengan jumlah 93,2%, etos kerja perawat cukup sebanyak 55,1%, uji spearmen hasil nilai p-value 0,000. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan etos kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang dengan nilai p-value 0,000(p-value

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kualitas tidur adalah aktivitas seseorang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar yang paling penting dan esensial, karena jika kebutuhan tersebut tidak terpenuhi, maka individu tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan selanjutnya. Produktivitas kerja adalah ukuran keberhasilan dalam pelayanan dalam mencapai produktivitas kerja yang baik banyakfaktor yang mempengaruhi seperti kualitas tidur dan kemampuan fisik perawat,sarana pendukung dan suprasarana. Tujian dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi apakah ada hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan produktivitas kerja perawat di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 118 perawat. Teknik ang digunakan adalah total sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara statistic menggunakan Uji Spearman Rank Hasil: Penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil penelitian kualitas tidur dengan produktivitas kerja perawat menunjukkan bahwa dalam penelitan ini didapatkan hasil pada kualitas tidur perawat dengan kategori baik terdapat 78 responden (66,1%) dan 40 responden (33,9%) menyakan kualitas tidur buruk. Pada sasaran produktivitas kerja perawat dengan kategori tinggi terdapat 113 responden (95,8%), dengan kategori sedang 5 responden (4,2%), dan kategori rendah 0 responden (0%). Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan produktivitas kerja perawat di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang dengan p-value 0,000 (p-value

Abstract

Excessive workload can cause work stress among nurses, impacting their performance and the quality of healthcare services. Nurses in inpatient wards often experience this due to high job demands and a large number of patients. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and work stress levels among nurses in the inpatient ward of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. This quantitative research employed a correlational design. A total of 100 nurses from the inpatient ward of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang were selected using total sampling. Data were obtained from a questionnaire measuring physical and psychological workload aspects and work stress indicators such as emotional exhaustion and decreased personal accomplishment. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The majority of respondents (82.8%) had a moderate workload, while most (76.8%) experienced moderate work stress. Bivariate analysis indicated a significant relationship between workload and work stress levels (< 0.05). A high workload significantly contributes to boost work stress levels among nurses in the inpatient ward of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. Effective workload management strategies, such as adjusting nurse-to-patient ratios and providing stress management programs, are necessary to improve nurse well-being and enhance the quality of healthcare services

Abstract

Intravenous (IV) insertion is a common nursing procedure in hospital settings, requiring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize complications such as nosocomial infections and phlebitis. However, many nurses fail to fully comply with SOPs, increasing patient safety risks. Several factors, including individual aspects such such as age, gender, educational level, and work experience are suspected to influence compliance. This study aims to examine the relationship between nurses’ characteristics and their compliance with IV insertion SOPs at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital, Semarang. This research employed a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study involved 30 nurses selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained using a questionnaire for demographic characteristics and an observation checklist to assess SOP compliance. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The findings indicated that most nurses demonstrated moderate compliance (50%) or high compliance (50%), with no respondents classified as non-compliant. Statistical analysis revealed no significant relationship between age (p=0.705), gender (p=1.000), educational level (p=0.189), or years of experience (p=1.000) and IV insertion SOP compliance. These findings suggest that individual characteristics are not the primary determinants of compliance. Future research should explore other contributing factors such as hospital work environment, supervision, and patient safety culture to enhance IV insertion adherence.

Abstract

Supervision is part of the directing function carried out by supervisors to improve nurse performance. Falls result in injuries such as broken bones or bleeding and can cause death. This is because nurses' lack of optimal compliance with the implementation of fall risk prevention SOP can increase the incidence of patients falling while being treated. One of the incidents of falls comes from not yet optimal SOP planning in an institution. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between head of room supervision and the implementation of fall risk prevention SOP at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital.This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observation sheets. The research sample consisted of 50 respondents. This research uses a total sampling technique and is processed statistically with the correlation test used in this research is the spearman rank test.The results of the spearman rank test on the room head supervision data with the implementation of fall risk prevention SOP obtained a p value of 0.000 (<0.05). For further research, it is recommended to expand the scope of research by involving more respondents and hospital institutions in order to obtain more generalizable results.

Abstract

Disruption of the treatment process, lack of attention, and lack of knowledge about how to obtain medical information about the patient result in poor communication. Optimizing the role and function of nurses, especially independent care, can increase the professionalism of nurses in this hospital, which can be achieved through effective communication between nurses and other health service providers. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between SBAR communication and employee work habits when carrying out maintenance tasks at the Sultan Agung Islamic House, Semarang. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observation sheets for 50 respondents. This study used a total sampling approach, and Spearman's rank correlation test was applied for statistical analysis. The results of the Spearman rank test of SBAR communication data during handover and the performance of nurses in providing nursing care obtained a p value of 0.003 (<0.05), which means that Ha is accepted or there is a relationship, with the relationship being quite strong (0.406) and the direction is positive. To increase effectiveness in providing nursing care in hospitals, nurses are required to be able to implement SBAR communication more effectively during handover.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the connection between spiritual-based nursing services and nurses' job satisfaction at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. Job satisfaction, which is influenced by various aspects, plays an important role in improving nurse work efficiency and service quality. This study employed a quantitative methodology with an analytical survey and a crosstab study on 100 implementing nurses, using a total sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed with Chi Square statistical tests. As many as 66% of respondents rated spiritual-based services in the good category, and 54% were satisfied with their work. The analysis showed a notable correlation between spiritually integrated services and nurses' workplace fulfillment ( P Value < 0.05; r = 0.696). Applying well-structured spiritual-based nursing services enhances nurses' job satisfaction. These findings can support the development of strategies to improve nursing services as well as their professional performance.

Abstract

Sharia nursing is often applied in health services with Islamic standards which aim to maintain boundaries between members of the opposite sex and respect religious values. This practice is expected to increase patient satisfaction and loyalty, especially those who are predominantly Muslim. To prevent errors, hospitals and medical personnel need to prepare service standards and have a good understanding of sharia nursing. This study aims to analyze whether there is a correlation between sharia nursing and patient loyalty. This is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. Population in this study amounted to 749 people. This study used 260 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. Data obtained were processed using the Spearman rank test. Results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents to sharia nursing are in the high category with a total of 230 (88.5%) respondents, while patient loyalty with the most respondents is in the high category with a total of 242 (93.1%) respondents. results of the statistical test obtained a p-value: 0.000 with a closeness of 0.456 which means that there is a correlation between sharia nursing and patient loyalty with a strong level of closeness. There is a significant correlation between sharia nursing and patient loyalty with (p-value <0.05).
