Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: 1) The effect of product quality on customer loyalty at the halal mart in Permata Cibubur. 2) To determine the effect of price on customer loyalty at halal mart in Permata Cibubur. The method used is quantitative with sampling in this study as many as 75 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with partial regression test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F). The calculation process is assisted by the IBM SPSS 22 software application program. The test results show that there is a significant influence between product quality and customer loyalty at the Halal Mart in Permata Cibubur. There is a significant influence between price and customer loyalty at the Halal Mart in Permata Cibubur. There is a significant effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty at the Halal Mart in Permata Cibubur

Abstract

This research aims to analyze sharia risk management strategies implemented by multinational companies in facing global challenges. In the context of international business, companies face various sharia risks that are more complex than local companies, including political, economic, legal and cultural sharia risks. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods on several leading multinational companies operating in various industrial sectors. The research results show that multinational companies tend to adopt a proactive approach in identifying, evaluating and managing sharia risks. Cultural factors and local regulations greatly influence the sharia risk management strategies implemented. Companies that successfully integrate a deep understanding of the local environment with global Sharia risk management practices show better performance in dealing with crisis situations. The conclusions of this research suggest that multinational companies need to continuously update and adapt their Sharia risk management strategies to remain resilient in a dynamic business environment

Abstract

Kemampuan dalam literasi keuangan diakui sebagai faktor penting yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan seseorang. Hal ini mencakup pemahaman, keterampilan dan sikap terhadap keuangan. Individu dengan literasi keuangan yang baik akan lebih terhindar dari permasalahan keuangan, seperti terbebas dari hutang yang besar dan kesulitan keuangan lainnya yang timbul akibat pengambilan keputusan yang buruk atau pengelolaan keuangan yang tidak efisien. Kemampuan mengelola keuangan secara efektif sangatlah penting karena betapapun besarnya gaji seseorang, kesejahteraan finansial tetap sulit dicapai jika uang tidak dikelola dengan baik. Melalui pelatihan peningkatan literasi keuangan, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Mandalasari dapat memahami cara efektif dalam mengelola keuangannya. Dengan adanya pelatihan literasi keuangan, mereka dapat menciptakan kehidupan yang lebih sejahtera di masa depan dan terhindar dari berbagai jenis penipuan di bidang keuangan.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara insentif dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap prodiktivitas di divisi sales dan marketing PT. Nipress Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei pada bulan Februari 2016 sampai April 2016. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebesar 30 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu program statistik. Dari analisis regresi tersebut didapatkan hasil yang signifikan antara seluruh variabel bebas yang digunakan terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

As an institution with many departments, the hospital has complex services starting from patient registration when entering the ER or inpatient care. Hospitals need communication that should be maintained between departmental administrations due to frequent misinformation between departments, especially the use of BPJS as a government program. Mary Hospital suffered financial losses due to a lack of coordination of registration information related to BPJS, which was not active while patients had to be prioritized for humanitarian reasons. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication on employee performance at Mary Cileungsi Green Hospital. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of effective communication on employee performance at Mary Cileungsi Hijau Hospital.

Abstract

Business ethics is responsible for determining the moral standards and behavior expected of players in the business world. In the context of MSMEs, business ethics plays an important role in creating a fair and honest business environment that can increase consumer confidence in the products and services offered. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of sharia business ethics to the performance of MSME actors in the Trade Sector in Bogor Regency. The methods used are qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study are that Business Ethics has a very strong influence on MSME performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The revitalization underneath of the Cileungsi Flyover is one of the infrastructure arrangement programs that transforms the slum and unmaintained area underneath the Cileungsi Flyover into a comfortable and beneficial area for the community, for example by creating a mini park. The Community Service Program aims to optimize the use of public spaces, improve environmental quality, support sustainable infrastructure development and educate the public about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The background of this problem is the rampant people who throw garbage into the Cileungsi Flyover area and the condition of the infrastructure underneath the Cileungsi Flyover which is shabby and unmaintained. With the purpose of the Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) for students, it is hoped that it can be a new learning experience to increase knowledge, abilities, and awareness of community life. The results of this activity show an increase in public awareness about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, Cleanliness and aesthetics of the Cileungsi Flyover underneath area. In addition to having a physical impact, this program also forms a family relationship between students, youth organizations of Cileungsi Kidul Village and Cileungsi District through the Forum Masyarakat Peduli Cileungsi(FMPC) is very important for the success of the program. It is hoped that the success of this program will be an inspiring example for the next KKN activities and continue to make a positive contribution to the community and the environment. Abstract

Conflict within organizations is an inevitable phenomenon that often arises due to differences in interests, perceptions, or goals among individuals and departments. This study aims to comprehensively examine conflict management, including its history, definitions, causal factors, functions, and resolution strategies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, data were collected from various credible and relevant scientific sources, both printed and digital. The findings indicate that conflict management serves not only as a problem-solving mechanism but also as a strategic tool to enhance team cohesion and work effectiveness when managed properly. Constructively managed conflict can become a source of innovation and work motivation. This study also highlights that the effectiveness of conflict management is more influenced by individuals’ understanding of relational dynamics and how they frame conflict, rather than by personality or gender alone. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative approach, combining historical, theoretical, and practical perspectives, and it proposes the development of a training model based on framing and interpersonal relations as a strategic solution to address conflict challenges in modern organizational settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Gerakan Boycott Divestment Sanction dan Consumer Behavior terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Muslim pada McDonald’s di gerai Metland Cileungsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap 96 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel, Gerakan BDS dan Consumer Behavior, secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji F dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,10, yang menunjukkan bahwa model regresi secara keseluruhan layak digunakan. Perilaku konsumen memberikan pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan kesadaran gerakan BDS. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,693 mengindikasikan bahwa 69,3% variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya nilai religius dan kesadaran sosial dalam membentuk perilaku pembelian konsumen Muslim. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku bisnis dan pemasar untuk mengintegrasikan aspek religius dan sosial dalam strategi pemasaran guna meningkatkan daya tarik produk pada segmen pasar Muslim. Disarankan pula penelitian selanjutnya mengeksplorasi variabel eksternal lain yang mungkin memengaruhi keputusan pembelian untuk memperkaya pemahaman dalam konteks yang lebih luas.
