Abstract

Abdul Malik Fadjar is one of the leaders of Indonesian education who has provided many services and thoughts in Islamic education and character education. Apart from being the implementer of education, Malik Fadjar is also a policy maker in the field of education. This study aims to examine Abdul Malik Fadjar's thoughts on children's character building, to explore Abdul Malik Fadjar's policies in the field of character building, and to find out strategies for implementing Abdul Malik Fadjar's thoughts in building children's character. This research is a type of library research with data analysis techniques in this study using the method of content analysis (content analysis). The results show that according to Malik's character, there are two dimensions of human life that must be done well, namely the divine dimension (with Islamic values, faith, ihsan and taqwa), and the Human dimension (with the values ​​of friendship, brotherhood, equality and kindness). thought). The method of character building according to Malik is a method of exemplary, habituation and da'wah methods. Malik's thoughts are modernist-religious and according to the flow of educational philosophy, it is included in the convergence flow. The strategy for implementing Malik's character development in character building is to apply additional hours in learning Islamic religious education in schools. The policies that Malik Fadjar has implemented are: integrating religion and other disciplines, revising the CBSA curriculum to become KBK, removing Ebtanas at the SD/MI level and revising the Education System Law to become the National Education System Law.

Abstract

The emergence of MSME actors contributes to the Indonesian economy. But unfortunately, many MSME actors still have difficulties managing their finances. This is due to their lack of accounting knowledge, so it isn’t easy to make good financial reports. This study aims to see how the understanding of nutmeg SMEs regarding their expertise in accounting for financial statements. This research will then use a qualitative approach as the method. The data used in this study came from various studies and previous studies that are still relevant to this research. After the research data is collected, the data will be analyzed to find the results. This study found that there were financial reports or bookkeeping records by MSME actors even though the form was still relatively simple. Then because the level of education is still primarily low, these MSME actors still find it challenging to make excellent and standard financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio on Return On Assets at PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk for the 2011-2022 period. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable Debt to Asset Ratio obtained an average value of 67.51%. The variable Return On Assets obtained an average value of 5.46%. Debt to Asset Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets with a regression equation value Y = -8.350 + 0.205X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.712 or having a strong relationship level with a determination value of 50.7%. Hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.009 <0.05.

Abstract

This study explores the pragmatic politeness strategies employed in Franz Kafka’s novel "The Metamorphosis." Utilizing Brown and Levinson's (1987) politeness theory, the research analyzes how the characters navigate social interactions and maintain relationships in the context of Gregor Samsa’s transformation. The analysis reveals a dynamic use of bald on-record, positive politeness, negative politeness, and off-record strategies throughout the novel. Initially, the family’s interactions with Gregor are characterized by positive politeness strategies aimed at preserving normalcy. However, as Gregor's condition deteriorates, negative politeness and off-record strategies become more prominent, reflecting growing emotional and psychological distance. The father's frequent use of bald on-record strategies underscores the collapse of familial bonds and the rise of authority and control. These findings align with existing theories on politeness and impoliteness, demonstrating their applicability to literary analysis. The study also highlights Kafka’s depiction of alienation and existential angst through the characters' evolving politeness strategies. By examining the shifts in these strategies, the research provides insights into the social dynamics and psychological states within the Samsa family. This analysis contributes to the broader discourse on the intersection of language, society, and literature. The study underscores the importance of context in understanding politeness and its role in shaping character interactions and narrative themes.

Abstract

Menjadi entrepreneur di saat usia muda adalah keputusan bijak demi masa depan yang gemilang. Lihat saja nabi kita, Muhammad saw. yang sedari muda sudah menjalani bisnis bersama pamannya dan Khadijah (sebelum menjadi istri beliau). Bahkan, ketika telah menjadi rasul pun, beliau masih tetap menjalankan bisnis meskipun tidak seperti dulu. Sebab, Nabi saw, lebih memfokuskan diri pada bidang dakwah demi menuntun umatnya di jalan Allah SWT. Terlepas dari semua itu, saya meyadari sepenuhnya bahwa masih ada kekurangan baik dari segi susunan kalimat maupun tata bahasanya. Oleh karena itu dengan tangan terbuka saya menerima segala saran dan kritik dari pembaca agar saya dapat memperbaiki proposal business plan ini. Di Kota Bandung, penjualan sebuah brand atau merek sudah sangat terjangkau, bahkan setiap melewati suatu jalan sampai ke sebuah sudut jalan pasti ada toko-toko sebuah brand. Kebanyakan dari produk-produk yang dipasarkan adalah fashion yang memiliki merek dengan nilai kualitas terbaik, yang dimana ada sebagian besar sudah terkenal bahkan go internasional. Contohnya seperti brand Eiger yang telah memiliki toko di Negara Swiss. Dilihat dari segi pemasaran, penjualan brand ini memiliki potensi peluang besar dalam pengembangan usaha ini. Beberapa dari pengusaha brand ini dapat meraup keuntungan sebesar 20 sampai dengan 40 juta perbulannya bahkan bisa lebih. Produk-produk ini telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan hidup, pentingnya sebuah pakaian sebagai perhiasan menimbulkan kebutuhan prodak tersebut banyak diminati dari semua kalangan. Di kota sampai kabupaten hingga sekolah-sekolah dan kampus-kampus, bahkan hingga di pasar tradisional dan mall di kota Bandung ramai dipenuhi penjualan prodak tersebut. Bukan hanya itu, di online shop pun produk-produk ini telah banyak dijual.

Abstract

This study analyzes dialect variation on social interactions among students participating in the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) under the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were obtained through interviews and Likert-scale questionnaires. The results showed that dialect variation significantly affected social interactions, with 80% of students perceiving differences in speaking style and 60% acknowledging a moderate impact on their interactions. Despite minor challenges in understanding dialects, students recognized the importance of dialect awareness, as reflected in an average score of 4.2 out of 5 on the Likert scale. The findings highlight the dual role of dialect variation as both a challenge and an opportunity for cultural exchange and social cohesion. Recommendations include incorporating dialect awareness sessions into program orientations to enhance intercultural communication skills.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam strategi pemasaran, termasuk pada sektor pertanian dan UMKM. Digital marketing dinilai mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen, serta menekan biaya promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran digital terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk Gula Semut Cenreanging di Desa Maddenra, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 102 konsumen, dengan sampel 51 responden yang ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi pustaka, dan penyebaran kuesioner berbasis skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital memperoleh penilaian sangat baik dengan rata-rata persentase 85,2%, terutama pada indikator fleksibilitas metode pembayaran. Sementara itu, variabel peningkatan penjualan juga berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 87,3%. Namun, hasil regresi linier sederhana mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan, dengan kontribusi hanya 0,3% berdasarkan nilai R². Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor lain, seperti kualitas produk, desain kemasan, branding, dan jaringan distribusi, lebih dominan memengaruhi penjualan. Dengan demikian, digital marketing masih berperan sebagai pendukung yang perlu diintegrasikan dengan strategi bauran pemasaran lain untuk mendorong peningkatan penjualan secara berkelanjutan.
