Abstract

Multicultural values are the answer to the diversity of society and the demands of equal rights for every citizen. Another aspect of multicultural values is that development provides multiple perspectives and concerns. Learning about multiculturalism cannot be separated from the existence of society itself, because they play a major role in the series of life, it is natural that the government tries to improve the quality of literacy every year. Despite various efforts, the packaging has not produced clear results. On the other hand, the process of learning history as a kind of understanding and knowledge can be a source of inspiration and can foster a sense of nationality and a sense of responsibility towards students as citizens. Therefore, it is possible to instill a spirit of nationalism in the younger generation among the youth. This situation states that if there is no idealism regarding the homeland and nation, the appreciation of the state and nation will feel shallow, especially for Indonesia as a multi-ethnic country. This type of research is a qualitative method designed to reveal events based on actual conditions. The implementation of this research was carried out in the city of Pamekasan, Pamekasan Regency, East Java. The main information provider is the community of literacy activists in Pamekasan District. Data collection techniques used: observation and interviews, while data analysis techniques used 1) data collection; 2) data reduction; 3) data presentation, and 4) Conclude. The contribution of the literacy community in Pamekasan district is to open the understanding and application of multicultural values to youth and the community of Pamekasan district, especially for students and students.

Abstract

Kendala yang dihadapi peserta didik SDN Pakong 2 (Mitra 1) dan SDN Pakong 5 (Mitra 2) adalah kurangnya fasilitas media pembelajaran IPA berupa alat peraga serta kesulitan peserta didik dalam memahami dan memvisualisasikan materi pembelajaran yang didapat dari guru khususnya dalam kegiatan experimen IPA. berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tim PKM memberikan pemanfaatan bahan sederhana dan daur ulang sampah menjadi alat peraga IPA yang inovatif, kreatif, menyenangkan dan berwawasan lingkungan serta untuk meningkatkan kopetensi peserta didik agar dapat memahami materi pelajaran IPA lebih cepat, lebih baik dan ingatan jangka panjang yang baik serta memiliki daya nalar yang kuat. berdasarkan kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan mitra 1 dan mitra 2 sangat antusias dikarenakan kegiatan ini bisa menjadi patokan untuk membuat alat peraga IPA dengan menggunakan bahan sedehana dan daur ulang sampah, serta pola pikir para guru dan siswa tentang pelajaran IPA yang semula jenuh bisa berubah menjadi menyenangkan, bisa memahami dengan cepat dan tepat konsep setiap experimennya. Keberhasilan penggunaan alat peraga IPA ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai rerata siswa yang semula dibawah 70 menjadi diatas 70 untuk Mitra 1, Mitra 2 semula dibawah 65 menjadi diatas 65.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh secarasimultan maupun parsial promosi (Advertising, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing) dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap minat pelanggan untuk menggunakan listrik prabayar di PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Ketapang. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling sebanyak 99 sampel. Metode analisis ynag digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda (multi linier regression).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (Advertising, PersonalSelling, Direct Marketing) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat pelanggan untuk menggunakan listrik prabayar di PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Ketapang. Variabel yang lebih dominan memiliki pengaruh signifikan adalah direct marketing. Nilai koefisien diterminan (R square) diperoleh 0,512, hal ini berarti bahwa minat pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel Advertising, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing) sebesar 51,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tobacco is one of the important commodities, the role of tobacco and the tobacco product industry in the socio-economic life of the community has a significant role in the form of excise, employment, and sources of income for farmers, laborers, or traders, even regional income. Tobacco in Madura is cultivated from generation to generation by the Madurese, compared to other plant commodities, this tobacco provides hope of considerable profits. Therefore, tobacco is always used as a superior commodity, especially in Pamekasan and Sumenep Regencies. While the poles opposing the tobacco trading system are still largely monopolized by certain parties, so farmers are not given enough space in determining quality and price. This research is intended to find a way out for farmers who are still dependent on tobacco products. This research study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of this study are the trading system that occurs in the absolute market mechanism is still a monopoly between farmers and traders and so on, even the government that is detected also takes part in the profits, so farmers are fed up to produce tobacco again. So there must be a substitute plant that is a suitable plant to replace tobacco plants are banana trees and chilies.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masyarakat Madura dikenal sebagai masyarakat yang komunal, ketat terhadap ajaran agama, berwatak keras suka bekerja keras dan pantang menyerah. Dalam dinamika kehidupan yang berkembang saat ini kontelasi perpolitikan juga turut memberikan pengaruh terhadap masyarakat Madura khususnya masyarakat Desa Batu Belah Barat, kecamatan Dasuk, kabupaten Sumenep dalam bentuk konflik sosial. Tradisi timmong merupakan tradisi masyarakat Desa Batu Belah Barat yang dilakukan secara turun temurun sebagai tradisi berdoa memohon turunnya hujan kepada Tuhan yang maha esa dalam bentuk tarian dan bunyi-bunyian lewat mulut atau verbal tanpa menggukan alat musik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber primer penelitian ini adalah narasumber yang diwawancarai, sedangkan sumber sekunder dalam penelitian ini berupa catatan dan referensi mengenai budaya Madura. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dampak positif tradisi timmong sebagai rekonsiliasi konflik pasca pilkada di Desa Batu Belah Barat kecamatan Dasuk kabupaten Sumenep. Kata Kunci: Budaya Timmong, Rekonsiliasi, Pilkades Abstract: The Madurese community is known as a communal society, strict on religious teachings, hard-tempered, likes to work hard and never gives up. In the dynamics of life that is currently developing, the political controversy also has an influence on the Madurese community, especially the community in the village of Batu Belah Barat, Dasuk District, Sumenep Regency in the form of social conflicts. The timmong tradition is a tradition of the community in the western part of the stone which is carried out from generation to generation as a tradition of praying for rain to God Almighty in the form of dances and sounds by mouth or verbally without using musical instruments. This research is a qualitative research. The primary sources of this study were interviewed sources, while the secondary sources in this study were notes and references about Madurese culture. The results of this study indicate the positive impact of the timmong tradition as a reconciliation of post-election conflicts in the village of Batu Belah Barat sub-district Dasuk Sumenep district. Abstract

This training course aims to increase the knowledge of the pencak silat trainer of the Setia Hati Terate "PSHT" about the importance of character building in students. Since adolescence, students need to be equipped to shape their personality, because adolescence is a golden age in human life. There are four values ??learned in this training course from these character education values, namely, (1) love of truth (2) responsibility, legal discipline and independence, (3) reliability and (4) respect and courtesy. The participants of this training course were attended by 15 Pencak Silat trainers from the Pamekasan city branch. Abstract

The research objective to be achieved from this research is to prove the influence of job characteristics and the development of human resources compensation on the motivation and performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. This research is quantitative research with survey approach population in this study were all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan as many as 60 employees, the sample used is 60 people using census techniques. In this research analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that: job characteristics and significant positive effect on employee motivation PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. It means that the better and the obvious characteristics of the work performed, the employees work motivation of employees of PT. POS Indonesia Persero Pamekasan will also be higher. Human resource development and significant positive effect on the motivation of employee PT. POS Indonesia Persero Pamekasan. It means that the better implementation of human resource development granted to employees of the motivation of employee PT. POS Indonesia Persero Pamekasan will also be higher. Characteristics Work has positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. POS Indonesia Persero Pamekasan. It means that the better and the obvious characteristics of the work performed, the performance of employees of PT. POS Indonesia Persero Pamekasan will also be higher. Human Resources Development has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. POS Indonesia Persero Pamekasan. Abstract

Indonesia is a legal state. All actions taken by each legal subject must be in accordance with applicable and legal law. Regarding the issue of special state administration regarding state revenue also regulated in the law. In the implementation of a sovereign state, national development is needed in stages, directed, sustainable and sustainable in all sectors, both physical and non-physical development. Population retrieval in this study is a number of manufacturing companies engaged in food and beverages that have been listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) in the period 2012-2015, which amounted to 14 companies. Every company taken is a company that has complete financial statement data in a row during the period 2012-2015. The sample of this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria so that a sample of 8 companies was obtained. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, partially or simultaneously there is no influence between marketing and sales, the growth rate of the company towards the level of tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, and work environment as independent variables both simultaneously and partially on employee performance and the dominant variable between the two variables. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection used a questionnaire with a sample of 47 employees of the Camplong Hotel in Sampang district. The results of this study are seen from the t test with a probability of 0.05 having a sig. X1 is 0.000 and the value is sig. X2 is 0.003 where the value is less than Alpha 5%. It means that both independent variabels partially and simultaneously affect employee performance. Finally, compenstion is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.

Abstract

The mandate of Law Number 27 concerning the management of coastal areas is the government's representation for coastal communities to develop the potential of Natural Resources and Human Resources (NR and HR).Through its enormous marine potential, it should provide hope and opportunity, especially for coastal communities to become prosperous communities. So with such a large marine wealth, it seems unbelievable that it has not been able to prosper the lives of the fishing community. Most Indonesian fishermen still live within the poverty line. The poor criteria are shown by the low income of fishermen, so that they still experience difficulties in meeting their basic needs for food, clothing, health, housing and a decent level of education.In order to realize a prosperous coastal community, creativity and innovation are needed to encourage and maintain food security so as to provide effective solutions for poverty alleviation in the village of Branta Pesisir, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency.
