Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, organizational support and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Asean Motor International (DFSK) Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive type of research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Asean Motor International (DFSK) Bengkulu City. The sampling method uses a non-probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely the t test and f test. The results of this research can be concluded that the Motivation variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Support has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Motivation, Organizational Support and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Support, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine theeffect of work motivation and job training simultaneously or partially on employee perfomance at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk Panorama Bengkulu City. This studi used quantitative method and hypothesis testingwith data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires with a likert scale. The determination technique used a total sampling with 40 respondents. Data analysis technique used descriptive analisys and inferen tial statiscal analysisnamely : validity test and reality test, multipe regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), hypotesis test with ttest (partially) and Ftest (simultaneously). The results of test and analysis was as follows: 1) the effect of work motivation on employee perfomace, there was a partial significant effect between the variables of work motivation on employee performance. 2) there was a partial significant effect between the variables of work training on e,ployee performace. 3) The work motivation and job training have a simultaneous effect on employee performace.Keywords : Motivation, Training, Employee Performac

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of promotion, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand Smartphone products (Case study of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu) and to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions. This research used quantitative methods on 105 respondents. The population used in this research were consumers of Vivo brand Smartphone products among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu and sampling in this research was a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the research concluded that Promotion, Product Quality and Price had a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Purchase Decisions for Vivo brand Smartphone products among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.Keywords: Promotion, Product Quality, Price, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, competence, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance of PT Mutiara Sawit Seluma. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all employees of PT Mutiara Sawit Seluma. The number of research samples was 63 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. It is recommended to the management of PT. Mutiara Sawit Seluma to be able to improve employee performance by creating a positive work environment, increasing employee competence, increasing employee job satisfaction, and increasing employee organizational commitment.Keywords: Performance, work environment, competence, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of lecturer performance, service quality and facilities on student satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. the population in this study were students of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The sample used in this study was 637 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely T Test and F Test. The results of this study can be concluded that the Lecturer Performance variable has a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction, then Facilities have an effect on Student Satisfaction, and Lecturer Performance, Service Quality and Facilities together have a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Keywords: Lecturer Performance, Service Quality, Facilities, and Student Satisfaction

Abstract

This study discusses the significant advantages of a multicultural society through an analysis of relevant literature. Cultural diversity in a multicultural society not only enriches individual experiences but also enhances understanding of various values. Intercultural interaction creates cultural enrichment that broadens horizons and communication skills, allowing individuals to better adapt to diverse environments. Multicultural societies also serve as drivers of creativity and innovation, where cross-cultural collaboration generates new ideas and creative solutions to existing challenges. In addition, cultural diversity contributes to economic growth through trade, investment, and tourism, which supports the prosperity of society. Mutual learning in a multicultural context enhances empathy, tolerance, and critical thinking skills, which are important in an increasingly complex world. Living in a multicultural society also strengthens tolerance and global awareness, supporting universal values ??such as unity and justice. This study uses a qualitative literature review method, with sources from credible secondary literature. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh (Word of Mouth) dan Kuliatas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Cafe and Resto Selebar Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah 110 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner (angket). Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pengujian telah dilakukan sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Word of Mouth (X1) memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3.764 > ttabel 1.982 dengan signifikansi 0.002 < 0,05. Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4.240 > ttabel 1.982 dengan signifikansi 0.001 < 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukan fhitung 72.876 > ftabel 3.211 dan nilai signifikansi 0.003 < 0,05. Dari hasil olah data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Word of Mouth dan Kualitas Pelayanan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Word of Mouth, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bengkulu dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi. Identifikasi awal menunjukkan bahwa pengurus koperasi mengalami kesulitan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang sistem akuntansi yang benar. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan tidak sistematis dan tidak sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP). Kegiatan diikuti oleh 25 peserta, terdiri atas pengurus dan anggota koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan teoritis dan pendampingan praktis dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap prinsip akuntansi koperasi dan kemampuan teknis dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat. Dampaknya, pengurus koperasi mulai menerapkan pencatatan yang lebih tertib dan transparan, serta mempersiapkan laporan keuangan untuk Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) secara lebih profesional.

Abstract

Employees are a very valuable asset in achieving company goals. As an employee, when carrying out work you must be as effective and efficient as possible. The quality and quantity of employees must be in accordance with employee needs and the placement of workers must also be appropriate and in accordance with their desires and skills. In this way, employee performance will be better and more effective in supporting the realization of company goals. This thesis is to analyze the influence of work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Agro Perak Sajahtera, North Bengkulu, sampling in this research was total sampling. are 55 employees of PT. Agro Perak Sajahtera, North Bengkulu. Multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, with the research results it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely variables (Work Motivation, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). This means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Agro Perak Sajahtera, North Bengkulu.

Abstract

Indosat, a company operating in the communications services sector, released its product "IM3" as a means of public communication. The aim of this research is to find out whether switching costs, word of mouth, and satisfaction influence the loyalty of IM3 Ooredo Indosat card users.This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University Bengkulu, involving students from the Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University Bengkulu. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this study, the population aimed at was undergraduate management study program students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu who used or used IM3 Ooredo Indosat cards with a total sample of 54 people. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.Based on the research results, the regression equation is Y = 11.725 + 0.231 X1 + 0.180 X2 + 0.430 X3 + e. Switching costs, word of mouth and satisfaction together show an influence on customer loyalty at IM3 OOREDO Indosat Bengkulu.
