Abstract

 Usaha simpan pinjam Gabungan Kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN) telah melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan tapi masih sangat sederhana dan laporan keuangan dan belum dibuat setiap priode tahunan ,laporan keuangan akan dibuat apabila akan dibuat apabila akan dilakukan rapat anggota yang dilakukan setiap tiga tahun sekali. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan administrasi simpan pinjam bagi masyarakat (GAPOKTAN). Penyusunan administrasi keuangan secara benar dan akuntabel dapat menggambarkan kondisi keuangan dan imformasi keuangan khususnya kepada anggota dan pihak-pihak lain yang berkepentingan.Masalah utama yang menjadi fokus dalam pengembangan simpan pinjam GAPOKTAN teratai adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman SDM  tentang administrasi keuangan simpan pinjam masih rendah dan belum mendapat pembinaan dalam pengembangan usaha. Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang adminstasi keuangan sangat penting untuk membuat laporan keuangan yang benar dan akuntabel . Laporan keuangan yang benar dan akuntabel sangat penting untuk memperoleh imformasi mengenai posisi dan kinerja keuangan. Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan anggota dan unsur  pengurus simpan pinjam GAPOKTAN Teratai dalam hal administasi simpan pinjam dan  pembuatan laporan keuangan. Dari kegiatan ini target dan hasil capaiannya adalah meningkatkan pemahaman para pengurus tentang kesadaran akan pentingnya penyelenggaraan lembaga keuangan yang secara hukum terdaptar dan diakui oleh pemerintah  serta juga meningkatkan pemahaman para pengurus tentang kesadaran  akan pentingnya pengelolaan administrasi keuangan yang baik,benar dan akuntabel. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Administrasi,  Simpan Pinjam, GAPOKTAN

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 telah merubah tatanan kehidupan masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya masyarakat di Kota Bengkulu. Dari update yang disampaikan oleh juru bicara Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan  Covid-19 Provinsi Bengkulu, Jaduliwan, per hari ini, Rabu 29 April 2020, terjadi penambahan Positif Covid-19 sebanyak 4 kasus. “Pertama perempuan umur 44 tahun asal Bengkulu Selatan, tidak ada gejala klinis, lalu perempuan umur 26 tahun asal Kaur, tidak ada gejala klinis, selanjutnya laki-laki umur 46 tahun asal Kaur tidak ada gejala klinis riwayat perjalanan dari Kota Bengkulu dan perempuan umur 48 tahun asal Kota Bengkulu juga tidak ada gejala klinis,” jelas Jaduliwan. Dari ke empat pasien positif ini dijelaskan bahwa pasien tidak memiliki gejala klinis  alias  OTG  (Orang  Tanpa  Gejala)  hal  ini  harus  menjadi  perhatian  serius  bagi masyarakat. Dimana masyarakat harus meningkatkan kewaspadaan diri khsususnya selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 ini berlangsung.Peningkatan  kewaspadaan masyarakat Bengkulu terus menerus kita lakukan ,tidak boleh kita mundur, tidak boleh kita berhenti, jangan sampai ketika kasus tidak terjadi, masyarakat kita tidak patuh, tidak taat, seperti di pasar tidak pakai masker, tidak mengatur jarak, tidak ada satu orang pun yang bisa meyakinkan dirinya terbebas dari virus Covid-19,” tegas Herwan Antoni Kadinkes Provinsi Bengkulu. Pemerintah sudah menganjurkan berdiam di rumah kalau pun mau keluar rumah pakai masker,  jaga jarak hindari kerumunan, cuci tangan pakai sabun sesering mungkin dan tidak menyentuh tempat penularan dari virus Covid yaitu mulut, mata dan hidung,” jelas Herwan Antoni. Maka dari itu, peningkatan kewaspadaan masyarakat Tebak Rapak dalam mencegah penularan pademi covid-19 lebih intensif, melihat kondisi ini Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis melalui Pengabdian Masyarakat melakukan edukasi,sosialisasi  dan penyuluhan tentang protokol Covid-19 dalam 5 hal yaitu cuci tangan, memakai masker,menjaga daya tahan tubuh,stay at home dan social distance dilanjutkan dengan pemberian masker dan hand  sanitizer  kepada  masyarakat  Tebak  Rapat  Kec.  Muara  Bangkahulu  Kel.  Bentiring Permai Kota Bengkulu. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan tersebut ,dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa Peningkatan Kewaspadaan Dalam Pencegahan Covid-19 sangat membantu masyarkat dalam melakukan protokol pencegahan  penyebaran virus  covid-19Kata Kunci : Kewaspadaan, Masyarakat,  Pencegahan

Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of service quality and employee morale on community satisfaction in Kaur Distric (case study on the of the Padang Guci Downstream District Office). This study usesa sample of 99 responden who us accidental sampling technigue. Data collection technique using quistionsnaires. Data analysis technique used are multiple liniar regression. This research usese validity test,realitytest,classic assumption test,reality test,classicassumption test followed by hipotesis testing.Based on result of multiple regressionanalysis’ service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a signifikan effect on community satisfaction Ythis is evidecent by the regression equation Y = 5,124 + 0,981 X 1 + 1,860 X2  an the coefficien of determination  R2 = 0,797 which means service quality X1 and employee morale X2 contribute to influence as much of 79,2 % on community satisfaction Y and 20,8 % are influenced by other factor not explained in the research. From the reserch partial hyphotesis testing (t test)  it canbe seen that the variable service quality X1. employee  morale X2  has a value of t count 5,910 and 0,000 < 0,05 this it can be concluded that the service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a significant effection public satisfaction Y. From the result simultaneosly ( test t) can be know F count of  0,000 < 0,05 . This Ha accepteed Ho rejected. This meantthat together the quality of service and employee morale influence community satisfaction in the service of the Padang Guci  sub-Distict Downsteam of Kaur District

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attraction, destination image, and facilities on interest in revisiting the Wahana Surya Bengkulu Tengah Tourism Object. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents as samples. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with the criteria of the respondents being visitors who have visited at least two times to Wahana Surya Bengkulu Tengah Tourism Object. Data collection by questionnaire method. The data that has been collected is then processed using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 4.784 + 0.811 (X_1) + 0.313 (X2) + 0.294 (X3). Which means if the attractiveness variable (X1), destination image (X2), and facilities (X3) on the interest in revisiting (Y) is equal to zero, then the variable interest in revisiting will remain at 4.784. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.671 or 67.1% which means that together the attractiveness variables, destination image, and facilities contribute to influencing the interest in revisiting, while the remaining 0.329 or 32.9% is influenced by other variables that are not enter into research. The results of the t-test for the attractiveness variable (X1) show the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (4.446 > 1.996) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050), this shows that there is a positive and significant effect of attractiveness (X1) on interest in revisiting (Y), the destination image variable (X2) shows the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (2,348 > 1,996) and (sig = 0.022 < 0.050), this shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the interest of the distention image. visit again (Y), and the facility variable (X3) shows the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (2.256 > 1.996) and (sig = 0.027 < 0.050), this shows that there is a significant effect of facilities on interest in revisiting (Y ). From the results of the f test showing the value of t_hit> t_(α/2) (44.807 > 3.977) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050), it can be concluded that H_4 is accepted meaning that simultaneously the attractiveness variable (X_1), image distension ( X2) and Facilities (X3) significantly influence the interest in revisiting (Y) at Wahana Surya Bengkulu Tengah Tourism Object. Keywords: Attractiveness, Destination Image, Facilities, Interest of Revisiting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourism facilities, price and safety on tourist visiting decision at Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The population of this study was all tourists who are visiting at  Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The sample of this study was 70 respondents. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the respondents being visitors who were visiting at Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The data was analyzed by using quantitative analysis (validity and reliability tests), multiple regressi on analysis, classical assumption test (multicollinearity normality) and heteroscedasticity), the ttest and the coefficient of determination. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it is found that the regression equation Y=13.251+0.251(X1)+0.279(X2)+0.539(X3).This means that the Tourism Facility ,Price and Security variables have appositive effect on visiting decisions. While from the hypothesis, thet value for Tourism Facilities (X1) is 2.480 with a significan celevel of 0.016, for Price (X2)2.249 with a significance of 0.028 and for the security variable (X3)3.783 with a significan celevel of 0.000. t test statessignifican tresults forall variables and the hypothesis accepted.The result of multiple regression analysis also shows the coefficient of determination of 0.589,which means that the variables of Tourism Facilities, Price and Security give effect on visiting decision of tourists by 58.9%,while 41.1% is influenced by other variables which are not observed in this study.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia sedang mengalami penurunan. Perlambatan pertumbuhan ekonomi tergambar pada kinerja bisnis perusahaan-perusahaan yang ditunjukkan melalui laporan laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan publik pada kuartal yang sedikit banyak memperlihatkan tren penurunan pendapatan dibandingkan periode serupa tahun sebelumnya salah satunya pada Perusahaan property and real estate sebagai perusahaan jasa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan, Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode tahun 2017-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan di perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode tahun 2017-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data analisis dengan menggunakan laporan tahunan perusahaan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan menunjukkan hasil uji parsial bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,667 > 0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan. Pada solvabilitas (DR) memiliki nilai parsial signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05 sehingga variable Solvabilitas dapat dinyatakan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan pada variable profitabilitas menunjukkan hasil bahwa tingkat signifikansi 0,642 > 0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indnesia pada tahun 2017-2019.

Abstract

This study aims do determine the application of the petten of planning and career management of employees of PT Bank Bengkulu this study used descrivtive method Based on the conclusion from the presentation of the data obtained career planning at PT. Bank Bengkulu has not been going well because from the individual dimension it has not maximized efforts for career advancement. Wether its efforts in indentifying career goals, the steps taken in career achievement, and the is no systematic and well organized career plan arrangement. Circumstances like this will make it difficultfor themselves as employee sin determining their career progress. PT. Bank Bengkulu basically alighns the organization need for human. Resources and the availablity of existing human resources. Career management at PT. Bank Bengkulu has been running weel. To direct career development to benefit the organization and employees, the personal department often holds training and development programs for  employees, Thus employees must further improve their performance and work discipline to be considered in employee career development at PT. Bank Bengkulu.

Abstract

                      ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the effect of Service Excellence, customers’ experience and Brand Trust toward customers’ loyalty to Grab service users Bengkulu city. This study used a sample of 95 online grab motorcycle taxi consumers in Bengkulu city. The data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple regression research show a positive direction, namely Y = 0.261 + 0.209 X1 + 0.335X2 + 0.261 X3. The determination coefficient test of the adjusted R square is 0.476. This means that X1 (Service Excellence), X2 (customers’ experience) and X3 (Brand Trust) have a contribution to customers’ loyalty (Y) by 47.6% while the remaining 52.4% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this research. The results of the hypothesis test partially show that Service Excellence has a positive and significant effect toward customers’ loyalty to Grab service users in Bengkulu city. Customers’ experience has a positive and significant impact on customers’loyalty to Grab service users in Bengkulu city. Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect toward customers’ loyalty to Grab service users in Bengkulu city. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that Service Excellence, customerS’ experience and Brand Trust have a positive and significant effect toward customers’ loyalty to Grab service users in Bengkulu city.Keywords: Satisfaction, Trust, and Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Life Style, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Adidas Brand Sports Products in Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is consumers or users of Adidas brand sports products in Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City, with incidental sampling method. The number of respondents in this study were 130 people. The data collection method was using a questionnaire and then the data was processed using SPSS version 24.. This research used the multiple linear regression data analysis technique, the results of this research can be concluded that the life style variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality and customers’ satisfaction toward loyalty of customer at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City. The object of this study were visitors at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City, totaling 96 people. The data was collected by using observation and questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this study used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. The result of the study show that in line with the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y= 5.158 + 0.134 (X1) + 0.850 (X2). The variable Customer Satisfaction (X1) shows t count > t table (2.061 >1.98580 ) with a significant level (0.042 < 0.050), and the Service Quality variable (X2), showing tcount>ttable, which is 14.925 > 1.98580 and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). The results of the F test show the value of fcount>ftable, (124.992 > 3.099) and sig 0.000 < 0.050. Based on the finding above can be concluded that service quality and customers’ satisfaction partially or simultaneously effect toward loyalty of customers at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City.
