Abstract

There are still considerable levels of drug use in several Indonesian regions. For health practitioners, like pharmacists in this case, raising public awareness about drug usage is still a task and struggle, particularly during the month of fasting. Meal timings will vary during Ramadan, thus it is necessary to modify the time you take your prescription as well. Medication that is taken every six or eight hours needs to be controlled in order for the patient to continue fasting. This project involved using pamphlets and surveys to educate 24 respondents about drug usage during the month-long fast at the Rumbai Bukit Community Health Center. The purpose of performing this community service is to perhaps educate the community on when to take medications during the fasting month, how to take medications correctly, and which medications do not interfere with fasting. Based on data analysis results, respondents who answered five questions correctly on the pre-test (i.e., with errors of 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1) had an average score of 0%, 4.16%, 50%, 41.6%, and 4.16% to 0% on the post-test, indicating an increase in public knowledge. In an attempt to educate or empower the community, it is advised that a planned and organized community service project be implemented.

Abstract

Dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka, penggunaan bahan ajar merupakan salah satu komponen yang penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mnganalisis persepsi dan kebutuhan peserta didik terhadap bahan ajar biologi yang digunakan oleh guru di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrument berupa angket dan dua pertanyaan isian singkat. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 peserta didik kelas XI.A yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Instrumen angket mencakup lima indikator, yaitu preferensi dan kekurangan bahan ajar, kemudahan pemahaman materi, daya tarik visual, ketersediaan bahan ajar dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, dan kemadirian belajar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara umum peserta didik memiliki persepsi sangat baik terhadap bahan ajr biologi yang digunakan guru dengan rata-rata skor di atas 75%). Peserta didik menyatakan lebih menyukai bahan ajar yang interaktif dan mudah diakses, serta membutuhkan bahan ajar tambahan untuk memahami materi yang sulit seperti topik virus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengembangan bahan ajar yang kontekstual, dengan desain yang interaktf dalam menunjang pembelajaran biologi.

Abstract

Dance learning at SLB Negeri 1 Demak for deaf students uses learning materials determined by the teacher according to the student’s abilities. The dancers, children with special needs (ABK) or hearing impairments, are very different from normal children in general, such as in adjusting the tempo and the intensity of energy in dancing. Cooperation in dance learning is necessary to create a unified and beautiful dance. This research aims to analyze the cultivation of collaboration in dance learning for deaf students at SLB Negeri 1 Demak. This research used qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. It used source triangulation and technical triangulation to validate data. In addition, data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that dance learning for deaf students at SLB Negeri 1 Demak is conducted in three stages. The first stage is pre-learning activities by students and teachers through prayer and attendance. The second stage is core activities carried out by delivering learning materials using teaching materials and learning methods that support learning. The third stage is closing activities with questions and answers from students and teachers regarding the material and prayer. The cultivation of cooperation in dance learning was shown in the attitudes of students and teachers in collaboration, caring, and sharing.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Kelurahan Tanjung Permai difokuskan pada edukasi lingkungan dengan pemasangan plang informasi mengenai lamanya waktu terurai sampah organik dan anorganik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan dampak sampah, terutama plastik, yang membutuhkan waktu ratusan tahun untuk terurai. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keberhasilan pembuatan dan pemasangan plang edukasi serta penyediaan tempat sampah terpilah. Sosialisasi interaktif kepada masyarakat mendorong tumbuhnya kesadaran kolektif untuk memilah sampah, mengurangi pembakaran sampah, dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.
