Abstract

Abstract: The religious behavior of the Muslim community cannot be separated from local traditions that run in societies where social interaction. However, in its development, some local traditions are permanent and some have undergone several changes. This study intends to reveal the cultural changes in the acculturation of Islam and local culture in Sumenep Madura, with a sub focus that includes: the factors that underlie the change and the form of cultural change. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data in this study consisted of religious figures, community leaders, and cultural figures in Sumenep district as the main sources. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The data analysis method used was the Stevick-Colaizzi-Keen phenomenology. The results showed that the factors underlying the occurrence of cultural changes in the acculturation of Islam and local culture were: contact with Islamic culture, a more advanced education system and a less than perfect process of traditional inheritance. The forms of cultural change are small changes and changes that are planned.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisis tentang zakat dan penanggulangan kemiskinan menurut Alquran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode maudhu’i dengan pendekatan normatif. Metode maudhu’i digunakan untuk menghimpun ayat-ayat Alquran yang berhubungan dengan tema kemiskinan, sementara pendekatan normatif untuk memberikan perspektif tentang zakat dan pengentasan kemiskinan menurut Alquran. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa cara penanggulangan kemiskinan menurut Alquran, yaitu: kemiskinan yang berkaitan dengan kondisi manusia dapat ditanggulangi dengan cara bekerja dengan fisik dan diberi bantuan konsumstif seperti pemberian fidyah dan kafarat; kemiskinan yang berkaitan dengan kondisi alam dapat ditanggulangi dengan cara pengadaan dan pengaturan perairan serta hijrah dan berusaha di luar kawasan tempat tinggal; sedangkan kemiskinan yang berkaitan dengan kondisi sosial dapat ditanggulangi dengan pemerataan modal. Di sini lain, zakat sebagai kewajiban bagi masyarakat muslim juga berperan aktif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan melalui upaya pemberian hak kepada masyarakat fakir dan miskin. Selain itu, manajemen dana zakat harus diatur secara professional sehingga zakat tidak hanya digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang sifatnya konsumtif tetapi dana zakat juga dikelola secara produktif seperti digunakan sebagai modal usaha dan biaya pendidikan orang-orang fakir dan miskin. Penerima dana zakat bukan hanya sebagai objek pemberian zakat tetapi harus mempunyai tanggung jawab agar mereka dapat menggunakan dana zakat sebagai upaya pemberdayaan dan pengembangan dirinya sehingga bisa mandiri dan dapat melakukan perbaikan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research explores self-regulated learning (SRL) and student satisfaction with lecturers in an online learning environment. This research aims to reveal how these factors influence and influence each other, thereby contributing to a broader understanding of the dynamics of education in the digital environment. This study analyzed responses from 160 students at one institution, using Spearman's rho and Kendall's tau_b to measure the correlation between SRL and lecturer satisfaction. The results indicated a weak but statistically significant positive correlation between SRL and student satisfaction, indicating a distinct but important relationship. Although SRL shows a positive impact on satisfaction levels, the strength of the effect is small. These findings highlight the complex nature of student-faculty interactions in online learning and the role of self-regulation in shaping these perceptions. This study concludes that although a basic understanding of the relationship between SRL and lecturer satisfaction in online learning exists, further research is needed. Future research should aim for more diverse methodologies and broader sampling to increase the generalizability and depth of findings. This research underscores the need for educational strategies that support the development of SRL, which can improve student satisfaction and the overall learning experience in online learning, especially in the tertiary setting.

Abstract

Abstract: In the life of Madurese society, Blater is a social group that becomes a community leader with courage, physical immunity, and a high kharim so that the community respects it. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed to find research conclusions. The results showed that, first, in the formation of the Blater family, two ways are known, namely the charisma of the Blater in building religiosity in Disanah Village, Sampang Madura Regency, by earning a living for the wife's children and choosing a mate. Second, efforts to maintain the family image of the Blater community in Disanah Village, Sampang Madura Regency, are made using two methods, namely physical and non-physical protection.

Abstract

Background: Moderasi beragama di Indonesia ini sebenarnya sudah mapan dengan adanya Islam Wasaṭiyah. Konsep wasaṭiyah ini sudah relatif mapan di terapkan oleh ormas-ormas Islam terutama NU dan Muhammadiyah. NU dengan Islam Nusantara yang diusungnya sejalan dengan Islam Wasaṭiyah dan Muhammadiyah dengan Islam berkemajuannya memiliki konsep sama dengan Islam Wasaṭiyah. Oleh karenannya, pengarusutamaan moderasi beragama perlu ditanamkan dalam lembaga pendidikan atau di sekolah dengan bentuk pengabdian di lembaga pendidikan Pondok pesantren, yakni PP. Salafiyah Shirothul Fuqoha'Gondanglegi Malang sebagai pesantren yang berafiliasi NU dengan watak moderat. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan pendekatan penelitia kualitatif dengan model Community Based Research (CBR). Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman secara teoritis (terlihat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test). Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari para santri.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between self-compassion, perceived social support, academic stress, and mental well-being among Fast Track students at UIN Malang. Adopting a quantitative approach, the research employs a correlational design to examine the interactions of these variables in a high-pressure academic environment. Data were collected from a 61% sample of Fast Track students using a structured questionnaire, incorporating validated scales for self-compassion, social support, academic stress, and mental well-being.  The findings reveal that Fast Track students generally exhibit high self-compassion, significantly correlated with their mental well-being. High levels of self-kindness, mindfulness, and an awareness of shared humanity were prominent among the students, suggesting a solid psychological resilience. Perceived social support from family and friends significantly impacted overall well-being, though its direct influence on academic stress was more complex. The research did not find a significant direct relationship between self-compassion and academic stress, indicating that self-compassion aids in managing emotional responses to stress rather than reducing it.The study underscores the need for a holistic approach to supporting students in accelerated academic programs. The findings suggest that enhancing self-compassion and strengthening social support networks can improve students' academic performance and mental well-being. This research contributes to understanding students' psychological dynamics in high-pressure academic settings. It provides insights for developing targeted interventions and support systems to foster a balanced and supportive educational environment.
