Abstract

Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMPN Mapilli? Adapun rumusan masalah, yaitu:(1) Bagaimana kompetensi pedagogik SMPN Mapilli? (2) Bagaimana kinerja guru PAI di SMPN Mapilli? (3) Bagaimana motivasi belajar peserta didik SMPN Mapilli? (4) Apakah terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMPN Mapilli? (5) Apakah terdapat pengaruh kinerja guru PAI terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMPN Mapilli? (6) Apakah terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja guru PAI terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMPN Mapilli? Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa:(1) kompetensi pedagogik guru SMPN Mapilli berada pada kategori sedang dengan frekuensi 27 orang dari 70 sampel. (2) Kinerja guru PAI SMPN Mapilli berada pada kategori sedang dengan frekuensi 29 orang dari 70 sampel. (3) Motivasi belajar peserta didik SMPN Mapilli berada pada kategori sedang dengan frekuensi 27 orang dari 70 sampel. (4) Tidak terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan nilai thitung = -0,288 < ttabel = 1.671 maka, HO diterima. (5) Tidak terdapat pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai thitung =0,392< ttabel = 1.671, maka Ho diterima. (6) Tidak terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai thitung x1 = -2,90 dan x2= 0,395 < ttabel = 1.671, maka Ho diterima

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Mind Map learning strategy to improve student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SDN 042 Sulewatang. The data collection techniques carried out in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The strategy in Mind Map learning refers to the results of words that researchers have done and get the results that there is an increase in student learning outcomes towards the Mind Map learning process that has been implemented in SD 042 Sulaluang school. The Mind Map learning strategy can stimulate students' creativity and improve student learning achievement; this can be seen in the pleasure of being active and understanding when carrying out learning activities in groups, which has increased when taking exams.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to: (1) determine the perception of fiqh teachers regarding the concept of independent learning in class Matakali, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research is qualitative research that builds meaning based on field data. This qualitative research procedure produces participant descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been collected, and conclusions are drawn from this data. Indicators of success in this research are: (1) the perception of fiqh teachers regarding the concept of independent learning in class Mandar, Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The results obtained in this research are that the concept of independent learning received a very good response and they were very enthusiastic in implementing the independent learning curriculum which provides learning freedom to students and teaching freedom to teachers. The obstacle for teachers at MAN 2 Polewali Mandar regarding the concept of independent learning is the lack of training received by teachers so that teachers' understanding of the independent learning curriculum is very small. The results of the research explain the importance of socialization, seminars and the like regarding implementing the learning curriculum so that the implementation of the curriculum runs well

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan kompetensi guru fiqih dalam ranah afektif peserta didik di MI DDI Sulewatang Kelurahan Sulewatang Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang membangun makna berdasarkan data lapangan. Prosedur penelitian kualitatif ini, menghasilkan data deskriptif partisipan berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang yang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memberikan makna terhadap data yang berhasil dikumpulkan, dan dari data tersebut diambil kesimpulan. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Adanya strategi pengembangan kompetensi guru fiqih dalam ranah afektif peserta didik di MI DDI Sulewatang Kelurahan Sulewatang Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian tentang strategi pengembangan kompetensi guru fiqih dalam ranah afektif peserta didik di MI DDI Sulewatang Kelurahan Sulewatang Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar meliputi memberikan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, membuat peserta didik aktif dalam belajar, penggunaan metode pembelajaran diskusi, metode pembelajaran tanya jawab, menggunakan metode pembelajaran kelompok, memberikan contoh akhlak yang baik/menjadi teladan.

Abstract

The problems studied in this research are: (1) What is the role of moral belief teachers in shaping the religious character of students in the challenges of the 21st century at MAN 2 Polewali, Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for moral belief teachers in shaping the religious character of students in the challenges of the 21st century at MAN 2 Polewali, Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency? This type of research is called qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, questionnaires and documentation. Analyse the data by carefully considering the data that has been collected, and then the data is concluded. Research results from the role of moral aqidah teachers in shaping the religious character of students in the challenges of the 21st century at MAN 2 Polewali, Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency, are to exemplify good habits, examples that are worth emulating, instilling an attitude of tolerance, joining an organisation that is in line with what is taught by madrasa. Factors that support and strengthen character education are the role of parents and the environment, the role of madrasas and organisations that students join. Factors that become obstacles to improving and developing the character of students are the differences in the character of different children and the impact of increasingly sophisticated and rapidly developing conditions or circumstances, increasing modern lifestyles, morals, culture and personality

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi anak-anak di Desa Rea, Kecamatan Binuang, dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai puasa sejak usia dini. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya perkembangan moral anak-anak, yang ditandai dengan perilaku seperti enggan ke masjid dan malas berpuasa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan agama melalui pendekatan klasikal, bercerita, dan permainan edukatif yang dilaksanakan di masjid. Pendekatan ini dirancang agar anak lebih memahami makna spiritual dan sosial dari ibadah puasa secara menyenangkan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta serta peningkatan pemahaman anak-anak tentang pentingnya nilai-nilai puasa. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan peran orang tua sebagai teladan dalam praktik berpuasa. Dengan pendekatan edukatif dan interaktif, kegiatan ini mampu menanamkan nilai karakter seperti kesabaran, empati, dan kebaikan kepada anak-anak. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi model pembinaan karakter religius di masyarakat.

Abstract

Akhlak education plays an important role in shaping students' character, especially in instilling empathy and social awareness. In the midst of the crisis of human values, akhlak teachers have a responsibility not only as teachers, but also as moral role models who integrate Islamic values into learning. The type of research uses qualitative research with a field research approach in the form of descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, all data obtained is processed with the stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results of the study are the contribution of akhlak teachers in shaping empathy and social awareness of class VIII students at Mts DDI Manding Polewali Mandar, namely through structured teaching based on Islamic values, teachers have succeeded in integrating lessons on empathy and social sensitivity into daily learning activities with the approach used is a moral approach, experience-based learning, and group discussions, to instill the values of empathy and social sensitivity. Practical activities, such as social service and group work, are also used to provide students with direct experience in applying these values.
