Abstract

Kesulitan belajar merupakan salah satu tantangan utama dalam pendidikan, khususnya di lembaga pendidikan dasar seperti Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Identifikasi dan pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar sangat penting untuk merancang intervensi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam problematika yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar pada siswa di MI Syifaaush Shuddur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penggunaan skala penilaian, observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar, serta guru dan orang tua yang berperan dalam proses pembelajaran mereka. Data dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola yang relevan dengan kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa di MI Syifaaush Shuddur mengalami kesulitan belajar yang cukup tinggi. Faktor internal seperti kemampuan intelektual dan minat belajar yang rendah, serta faktor eksternal seperti kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan keluarga, kondisi sekolah, dan pengaruh masyarakat, berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesulitan belajar. Selain itu, pelajaran bahasa Arab diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu bidang studi yang paling sulit dipahami oleh siswa, sehingga memerlukan perhatian dan strategi pengajaran khusus. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya intervensi yang tepat dan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif untuk membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan belajar. Penggunaan pengulangan materi yang sistematis serta pendekatan pengajaran yang lebih partisipatif disarankan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, terutama pada mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit seperti bahasa Arab.

Abstract

This research presented a novel approach to optimize powered landing control on reusable rockets by using Softmax Double Deep Q-Networks (DDQN). We combined the advantages of Double DQN with Softmax exploration and curriculum learning to achieve precise and efficient landing control. Through extensive experiments in a specially developed 2D simulation environment, our method achieves improved landing accuracy by 37% (reduced final position error from 2.4 m to 1.5 m), better fuel efficiency by 28% (reduced average fuel consumption from 850 kg to 612 kg per landing), and improved adaptability to initial conditions (improved successful landing rate from 76% to 94% across a wide range of altitudes and initial orientations) compared to traditional PID control methods. The results showed that the curriculum learning method significantly outperformed the non-curriculum approach, achieving 27% higher average awards (11.97 vs. 8.61) and 60% better performance consistency as measured by standard deviation (0.92 vs. 2.29). Both Softmax and ε-greedy exploration strategies proved effective with curriculum learning, with ε-greedy DDQN achieving the highest average award of 11.97. This approach allows for higher precision rocket landings while reducing operational costs through.

Abstract

This study critically examines Atharyanshah Pueri's article on the comparison of Islamic contract law and Indonesian law, against the background of the importance of high methodological standards in the study of comparative law, especially in the context of Indonesian legal pluralism. The approach of this study uses normative legal techniques and critical analysis, with a comparative methodology evaluation framework based on contemporary comparative legal theory. Meta-analysis techniques were used to assess the methodological framework, quality of argumentation, and engagement with primary sources and relevant literature. The study found that Puneri's article has significant methodological weaknesses, such as the absence of a clear comparative framework, limitations in the use of primary sources, lack of contextualization, and superficial substance analysis of both Islamic contract law and Indonesian law. The article also fails to identify the comparative tertiums that are essential for comparative studies. These weaknesses demonstrate the urgency of developing a more rigorous comparative legal research methodology, including the application of functional theoretical frameworks, the integration of case studies, and contextual analysis that includes socio-economic dynamics. This constructive academic criticism is expected to spur the improvement of the quality of legal research in Indonesia with international academic standards.
