Abstract

Muara Gembong sub-district has a high level of suitability for seaweed cultivation because it is included in the category of areas with high salinity, currents, and sufficient substart. The people of Muara Gembong sub-district use it as a place to cultivate the seaweed species Gracilaria sp. The purpose of this service is to increase community knowledge and skills in utilizing seaweed as a facial skin beauty mask. The method used was counseling to teachers and guardians of SDN 03 Pantai Mekar students. The training was attended by 8 teachers and 5 student guardians. Evaluation was carried out to measure the satisfaction of service activities using a questionnaire containing 4 indicators, namely quality and productivity, material, instructor, and satisfaction. The overall results showed that 77% of participants were very satisfied with the service activities, and 23% were satisfied. It can be concluded that the participants were very satisfied with the service activities carried out by the lecturers of the Cosmetics and Beauty Care Study Program.

Abstract

Business plan “Elinailed” is a business that focuses on nail art services that prioritize excellent service, comfort and quality. The services offered include nail art, manicure, pedicure, NFC LED Nail, and exclusive nail care. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of establishing Elinailed business planning as a nail art studio by identifying market, marketing, operational planning, and financial aspects. It is expected that this business will be able to compete in the increasingly tight beauty industry. This research also evaluates financial aspects such as Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Break Event Point (BEP), Benefit and Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) or Profitability Index to ensure the sustainability of this business. The results indicate that “Elinailed” has a significant market opportunity with a wide range of target consumers, especially among women who pay attention to their appearance. With the implementation of appropriate marketing strategies and effective management, Elinailed is expected to show sustainable growth and have a real positive impact on the beauty industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dengan perilaku aman pekerja di Salon X cabang Kelapa Gading. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik sensus pada 18 pekerja, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan korelasi Pearson via SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata pengetahuan K3 dan perilaku aman dalam kategori sangat tinggi (4,469 dan 4,467), namun kepatuhan SOP dan sistem pengawasan formal masih rendah. Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara pengetahuan K3 dan perilaku aman (r=0,731; Sig.=0,001), dengan pengetahuan K3 menjelaskan 53,44% variasi perilaku aman. Rekomendasi meliputi penguatan pelatihan K3 berbasis studi kasus, peningkatan sistem pengawasan formal, dan penyediaan media visual edukatif. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan mengeksplorasi faktor lain seperti budaya organisasi dan ketersediaan APD dengan sampel yang lebih luas.
