Abstract

Mitra penelitian saat ini pengelola wakaf yang bernama “Yayasan Asta Sayyid Yusuf” yang mengelola wakaf di Kabupaten Sumenep. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dana wakaf terutama pelaporan dan pengungkapan informasi wakaf kepada para pembayar wakaf (wakif). Selama ini mitra masih melakukan pencatatan atas penerimaan dan penyaluran wakaf secara manual, sehingga tidak mampu menyediakan informasi yang tepat dan akurat kepada para wakif. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan peran pengelola wakaf (nazhir) melalui perancangan system akuntansi wakaf (SIWAK). Rancangan SIWAK disusun oleh tim abdimas mengacu pada standar akuntansi wakaf (PSAK 112) dan kebutuhan mitra pengguna. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan agenda pertemuan dan pelatihan dengan pihak mitra. Pelatihan ditujukan untuk membekali mitra dengan pengetahuan wakaf dan cara operasi aplikasi SIWAK. Dengan aplikasi yang dirancang tersebut, mitra dapat melakukan input pencatatan transaksi yang masuk melalui sistem, dan selanjutnya dapat menyajikan pelaporan dan pengungkapan informasi wakaf secara on-time. Dengan demikian, peran Yayasan Asta Sayyid Yusuf sebagai nazhir wakaf dalam mengelola dana wakaf menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

PT Wahana Mitra Perkasa is a company engaged in inter-city transportation services, which still survives with a manual accounting recording system in recording financial transactions and compiling company financial statements, giving rise to the risk of losing records, the risk of recording errors, and the risk of lack of information. This study aims to understand the process and technical preparation of financial statements using MYOB Accounting Plus V.18 at PT Wahana Mitra Perkasa and to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of processing financial transaction data using MYOB Accounting Plus V.18 in producing financial reports. The research method used is descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The results obtained are that PT Wahana Mitra Perkasa set accounting policies for general policies, cash disbursements, cash receipts, and depreciation of fixed assets. To support the recording of financial transactions, PT Wahana Mitra Perkasa makes a list of accounts according to the company's needs. There is a beginning trial balance prepared by the company, accompanied by a list of financial transactions and adjustment data for May 2022. Research on the preparation of financial statements based on MYOB Accounting Plus V.18 at PT Wahana Mitra Perkasa shows positive results, and company owners find it helpful because the MYOB Accounting Plus application V.18 can produce financial reports more quickly and precisely than the manual system, making it easier to know the company's performance in the current period. PT Wahana Mitra Perkasa plans to use the MYOB Accounting V.18 application further.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important sector in driving the Indonesian economy. The development and improvement of the MSME sector is also important to continue to strive for, one of which is through optimizing marketing strategies that are adapted to current technological and information developments. This study aims to analyze digital marketing strategies at SWK Wonorejo, Surabaya City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data triangulation approach. As for data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that SWK Wonorejo combines segmentation analysis, targets and marketing mix design. In addition, an analysis of MSME sustainability and marketing implementation was carried out. MSME actors in SWK Wonorejo has marketed their products online through optimizing digital marketing media such as websites, Instagram, Google Business, and other media that can help market products effectively and efficiently.
