Abstract

This paper is a review and study of various research related to tools of strategic, and factors that influenceboth of internal and external strategic in medical facilities research. The purpose of the review is to exploreand connecting theories from various research. This paper identified 51 articles with related topics publishedthe last decade. The results of this study that research related to implementation tools of strategic in healthfacilities still rarely. The use of SWOT (strengths weaknesses opportunities threats) analysis is the mostpopular tool used (42.86%), followed by Break-even analysis (28.56%), Balanced scorecard (BSC) and PEST(political, economic, socio-cultural, technology) each (14.29%). Based on the analysis of environmentalfactors related to internal factors in the health facility amount of 33.33%. External environmental factors inhealth facilities that have been studied amounted to 66.66%. Based on the summary of research related tointernal and external, it is known that industry environment factors and rivalry environment factors are stillrarely studied. The general environmental factors of demography and epidemiology are still rare studies andhave the opportunity to be researched and developed.

Abstract

This paper is a literature review that discusses the screening of the business environment in strategyformulation. The purpose of the review is to explore and connecting theories from various research. Thispaper identified 22 articles with related topics published the last decade. The results of this study show thatscreening of the external environment that is important to do is the general environment (politics, economy,socio-culture, technology, demography, and epidemiology) which plays a role of 66.66%. While internalenvironmental analysis that is important to do is resources (finance, physical, technology, human resources,innovation and reputation) and value chain management (infrastructure, HRM, technology development,purchasing, inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, sales and marketing, and services) playeda role of 33.33%.Based on a summary related to research on internal and external factors that have beencarried out in health facilities, it is known that industrial environmental factors and environmental factors ofcompetitors are still minimally studied so that they can become opportunities for future research.

Abstract

This Paper is a literature review related to various studies that discuss macro environmental analysis(political, economic, socio-cultural and technological) in the field of health care. The purpose of this studyis to explore and connect theories from various studies related to macro business environment factors thatare important in the field of health care, how much research is related and what are the opportunities forfuture research. This paper identifies 21 articles that discuss the analysis of the business environment inthe health care sector. In this study, the criteria for selecting literature were applied, namely the selectedliterature must be in the form of articles not handbooks, in English, discussing business environmentalanalysis, especially in the field of health services and published for a maximum of the last 10 years. Theresearch related to political factors was 31.25%, economic factors 18.75%, socio-cultural factors 18.75%and technological factors 31.25%. Research related to environmental analysis (political, economic, socioculturaland technological factors) in the health sector is still very minimal, especially in the economic andsocio-cultural sectors so that this can actually become an opportunity in developing research on the businessenvironment in the health sector.

Abstract

This research aims to provide innovative ideas to disseminate information on environmental medicineduring the Covd-19 pandemic via Facebook. The socialization of the environmental medicine informationtothe public was hampered during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study provides innovative informationdissemination strategies and to increase public awareness and knowledge about environmental medicine.The research method uses literature reviews from various recent studies on the use of social media Facebookfor the dissemination of information. The study found that Facebook advertising as a digital platform for thedissemination of environmental medicine during a pandemic to the public is more efficient in terms of time,energy, costs, and a wider target market. This study found innovations, namely the use of Facebook ads as adigital marketing platform for the disseminating of environmental medicine programs to the public duringa pandemic. Further studies could combine Facebook Ads with other platforms such as Google Ads, SEO,and TikTok.

Abstract

This paper is a literature review that discusses the use of the Blanced Score Card (BSC) to improve organizational performance, especially in the field of health services. The purpose of this study is to explore and connect theories from various studies. This paper identifies 21 articles with related topics published in the last decade. The results in this study indicate that BSC has been used in the health sector but is mostly used in the hospital sector, amounting to 87.5% (measuring performance against national standards and guidelines in the essential package of hospital services, assessing the quality of health services to strengthen health services in developing a country, integrated health care in hospitals, measuring service quality with the cost of patient care in the hospital, evaluate hospital performance, evaluation of the main performance of the hospital as an effort to achieve the hospital’s strategic goals efficiently) and in part small bada in the field of pharmaceutical services by 12.5% (measuring and evaluating the performance of pharmacies and stressing patient-centered services). While in other health service sectors there has not been any research that causes this cause based on this research it can be used to develop other research to examine the effectiveness of the use of BSC in the broader health service sector such as national health insurance, basic health services, or at the ministry or agency health.

Abstract

Key performance indicators are a way to improve performance, including in the hospital sector. In this study,the hospital used was private hospital, Central Java, especially in the field of Clinical Pharmacy services. Thisresearch is motivated by the low achievement of clinical pharmacy services. The purpose of this researchis to measure the performance of the clinical pharmacy service before and after the intervention with theapplication of clinical pharmacy Key Performance Indicators (cpKPI). This study is an observational studyby observing differences in the achievement of clinical pharmacist performance indicators before and afterthe implementation of cpKPIs. This studywas conducted using clinical pharmacist visit data for all inpatientsat the hospital in September 2019-February 2020. Data analysis used a paired t-test.The use of cpKPI wasable to significantly improve the performance of clinical pharmacists (p<0.05) related to drug reconciliationindicators, drug therapy services, pharmacist participation in patient management, patient education duringhospitalization, and comprehensive direct pharmacists’ care. The result proves that cpKPI can improve theperformance of clinical pharmacists at Private hospital so that this method can be used by other hospitals toimprove the performance of clinical pharmacy services.

Abstract

The aim of this research is analyzing of benefit, motivation, and apparatus organizational commitment. This research is typically of quantitative discriptivemethod research. The respondents in this research are civil servants the number of respondents are 31 (thirty one) people. The result shows that the giving of benefit, motivation, and civil servant organizational commitment is already well implemented. The giving of benefit variable gives the highest mark on work performance dimension and lowest mark on professional scarcity, while motivation variable has the highest mark on social needs dimension and the lowest mark on prestige dimension, and civil servant organizational commitment variable gives the highest mark on affective commitment dimension and the lowest mark is on continuation commitment dimension.

Abstract

University is a collector of knowledge has a role in supporting the concept of knowledge based economy. This study was conducted with subjects research university lecturers in Kopertis Wilayah V Yogyakarta were 300 respondents. The purpose of the study to examine the factors that influence knowledge sharing from the perspective of the theory oh human behavior and the Theory of Planned Behavior developed a research model of knowledge sharing. Using SEM analysis tool to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study with a response rate of 67% stated that the attitude toward knowledge sharing (BH.ATI) affects yhe intention to knowledge sharing (IKS), in addition to the influence of subjective norm (SN) on the intention to knowledge sharing. The test results also suggested taht hypothesis of planned behavior control (PBC) effect on the intention to knowledge sharing (IKS) prove to be significant. The results of the influence of planeed behavior controll (PBC) to the knowledge haring behavior (KSB) is not acceptable (H4 unsupport). In this case it is possible to make a faculty experience less or does not have a positive attitude to knowledge sharing with others. It’s because there is perception that some of the behavior he will gain certain advantages. Statement of intent to knowledge sharing (IKS) affect knowledge sharing behavior (KSB) is acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze motivation, organizational culture and performance. This research is conducted in Community and Village Empowerment Office, it used sample of 33 ASN consist of Office Secretary, Head of Section, Head of Subdivision, Section Head and Staff, data is collected using questioners. This research is to analyze motivational variable data, organizational culture and performance using quantitative descriptive analysis. Data is divided into primer data and secondary data. The scoring of this research uses a Likert scale. To describe the figure of each variable studied, the data is tabulated and uses a statistical descriptive analysis by calculating the mean (mean). The analysis result present that variable motivation of State Civil Apparatus in the Office of Community Empowerment and Village of Sleman Regency generally get a good category with mean 3,79. While organizational culture variables generally also get a good category with mean 3,83. The ASN Performance variable in the Community and Village Empowerment Service, although it is not yet maximal, it also has a good category with mean 3, 49. Even though the performance variable obtains the lowest mean compared to the motivation variable and organizational culture variable, it remains in the good category. Abstract

The effectiveness in career management will certainly enhance a greater appropriateness between personnel and functions they are in charge of which ultimately results in developing their competence and placing the right persons in key positions. In traditional approach, promotion should be started from specific functions to higher ranks; in other words, an employee could only develop his career step by step. A recent development in career management to cope with the growth of the organization is the concept of a cellular organization consisting of independent groups or autonomous business units showing their independent existence and interacting one another to from a bigger organism. Career in such organization is known as protean career the aim or which is not just for promotion and improvement in salaries but also in psychological successes. This article tries to discuss how far van protean career be implemented in cellular organizations.
