Abstract

In today dynamic business environment, the success of an organization hinges not only on the quality of its products or services but also on the efficiency and equity inherent in its employee payroll system. This research elucidates the imperative behind the transformation of corporate payroll systems in response to the rapid evolution of industry dynamics and the escalating complexity of employee requisites. The primary objective of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the payroll system employed by PT Kefsone, a dynamically growing enterprise, with a specific emphasis on augmenting operational efficiency and instituting equitable compensation distribution practices. The comprehensive analysis encompasses an exploration of the evolving demands of the workforce, an evaluation of methodologies for performance assessment, and a critical review of remuneration structures and incentive policies. The findings of this research underscore the substantial impact that components affecting fairness and efficiency within PT Kefsone payroll system exert on workplace productivity, employee retention, and overall morale. Moreover, the study presents actionable recommendations for system enhancement, thoughtfully tailored to align with the company's requirements and the expectations of its workforce.

Abstract

Comparison of EfficientNet models B0, B1, and B2 for soybean weed detection. This study examines how well these models distinguish weeds from soybeans. Precision, recall, and F1 score metrics evaluate each model through extensive testing and experiments. The method trains these models on datasets with images of soybean fields overrun by various weeds. Results show subtle differences in model accuracy, showing what they're good at and what they can't do to find soybean weeds. EfficientNet-B2 detects and classifies weeds better than B1 and B0 in soybean fields. It could improve weed management systems' accuracy and reliability. This comparison helps us choose the best weed-finding model to improve soybean farming and prevent crop yield losses. Training accuracy measurements on EfficientNet models B0 = 100%, B1 = 100%, and B2 = 100%.

Abstract

The present study investigates the crucial function that Enterprise Architecture performs in enabling the digital revolution of university management systems. This study investigates the incorporation of EA into education, analyzing how EA functions as a strategic underpinning to improve university processes' effectiveness, adaptability, and ingenuity. By extensively examining established models and case studies, this research examines the effects of EA on data management optimization, administrative workflow reshaping, and student experience enhancement. Through a comprehensive analysis of the interdependent connection between enterprise architecture and the digital progression of university administration, this study endeavors to furnish practical recommendations and understandings for establishments that wish to utilize EA as a catalyst for navigating the intricate challenges associated with digital transformation in the higher education sector.

Abstract

In contemporary international business, the significance of sustainability in supply chain operations has emerged as a prominent area of interest. The present study investigates the significant impact that Enterprise Architecture has on enhancing the sustainability of enterprise supply chains. By integrating Enterprise Architecture concepts in their entirety, this study presents a framework that empowers organizations to formulate sustainable sustainability strategies. Enterprise Architecture is utilized to identify, manage, and integrate supply chain critical elements that impact sustainability, such as waste management, energy efficiency, resource utilization, and the selection of sustainable business partners. This research demonstrates how progressive Enterprise Architecture implementation can contribute to the sustainability of supply chains, assist organizations in addressing environmental and social challenges, and generate long-term value for businesses and their business ecosystems by delineating an all-encompassing architecture. This study examines in depth how the application of Enterprise Architecture can catalyze achieving supply chain sustainability and provides companies with guidance on how to design and implement sustainable, structured sustainability strategies.

Abstract

This study employs the ResNet50V2 Deep Learning model for the purpose of classifying five distinct animal species. To gain insights into the model's proficiency in visual recognition, we conducted training and testing procedures on a dataset comprising diverse images of animal species. The utilization of ResNet50V2 in this classification task is intended to discern visual distinctions among these species by leveraging the distinctive characteristics present in the input images. A meticulous and comprehensive training procedure was undertaken on the model, employing fine-tuning techniques to adjust its internal representation in order to accommodate diverse animal characteristics. The experimental findings illustrate the model's capacity to effectively discern and categorize various animal species with a notable degree of precision, thereby presenting encouraging outcomes for the potential utilization of this model in broader animal classification contexts. This study emphasizes the significant potential of employing Deep Learning models, specifically ResNet50V2, for the purpose of comprehending and identifying diverse fauna through visual cues.

Abstract

Currently the Deep Learning algorithm is developing very rapidly, where its application has helped a lot in individuals and businesses. One of its uses in conducting any review can be used this method. The review used in this case is to review five-star hotels. The hotel image is used as input for a review. So from the image of the hotel, it can be immediately known the level of the hotel. Usually the review is done using good sentences with compliments that tend to be positive sentiments. Meanwhile, sentences in the form of complaints tend to have negative sentiments. This study does not use sentences in conducting a review and uses a simple method in conducting the review process. The use of images as input is classified into five classes, namely one-star hotel class, two-star hotel class, three-star hotel class, four-star hotel class and five-star hotel class. The purpose of this research is to conduct a review on five-star hotels with image as input and hotel review as the output of the Deep Learning algorithm process. Deep Learning algorithm process using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The datasets used are public datasets and private datasets. The use of these datasets is a way to get better training model results. So that the accuracy in reviewing the image becomes better. The results of this study resulted in an accuracy reaching 98.48%, while for Loss it reached 0.0554.

Abstract

Digital technology is now very sophisticated. Its use is widely applied in all areas of human life. Starting from waking up, human activities and others always use technology. In carrying out their activities, modern humans now almost all use vehicles as a mode of transportation. Today's vehicles use a variety of sensors as a sixth sense. The results of detection using sensors on the vehicle are usually displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle. Modern humans currently use sensors to complete their needs. Besides that, the internet of things technology is growing rapidly in its role and development to support the needs of modern humans. Micro-controller technology is also experiencing rapid and massive development. One of the most common and most popularly used microcontrollers is Arduino. In many streets in Indonesia, people still use vehicles not equipped with many sensors. One of them is a simple parking sensor that many old vehicles don't have. Parking sensor problems are needed at the time of parking so that the vehicle that will be parked does not hit other objects or vehicles. There are many types of ultrasonic sensors. The purpose of this research is to make a prototype ultrasonic sensor that is applied to vehicles and compare some of the most accurate ultrasonic sensors in measuring the distance between the vehicle and the object being measured.

Abstract

Rice is a plant that can grow in the tropics. This plant can produce food that can meet the needs of the people of a country. This plant can grow well if it is cared for properly. If the planting has used good care, such as providing adequate water, adding good fertilizer, it can be ascertained that it will produce a lot of rice fruit after harvesting. This often causes concern if rice growers have given good care but often produce less rice fruit because rice plants are attacked by various diseases. This is what makes the problem, that rice plants are attacked by diseases. Before spraying diseases or pests, farmers should have an understanding of diseases in rice. This makes farmers not wrong in choosing drugs for farmers' rice. It is very vulnerable if farmers do not know about the rice disease. Therefore, it is necessary to observe what types of rice diseases attack rice plants. Observations are not enough just to take pictures with a camera. But it is necessary to carry out further analysis of rice diseases. The presence of information technology is now able to recognize any type. One of the machine learning technologies is able to detect rice diseases. One of these branches of machine learning is deep learning. By using a dataset that focuses on rice disease, the model generated from deep learning training is able to detect rice disease. The purpose of this research is to predict disease in rice leaves using deep learning, namely DenseNet. Training using DenseNet, namely DenseNet121, DenseNet169 and DenseNet201. Accuracy using DenseNet121 reached 91.67%, DenseNet169 reached 90%, and DenseNet201 reached 88.33%. The model training time takes 24 seconds.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is currently rife in urban and outside cities. Many locations are used as places to sell drinks, especially coffee which is a native plant of Indonesia. Nowadays, coffee compounding requires good technology. There are many coffee processing machines on the market. The coffee machine is capable of making expresso coffee, latte coffee and others. This coffee machine also combines coffee ingredients, sugar and milk as a carrier for a delicious aroma. In addition, the water pressure from the coffee machine heating boiler, the strong pressure of the coffee machine piston also affects the results of making a cup of coffee, the stronger the pressure, the thicker the coffee produced and the slower the flow of water in the coffee machine. glass of water because basically the stronger the pressure applied to it. the coffee grounds, the tighter and tighter the gaps that the water itself will pass, as well as the thickness of the resulting coffee water will be more concentrated. With Fuzzy Inference, it is possible to determine the optimal pressure to be exerted by the coffee machine piston based on the weight of the coffee grounds (grams) on the coffee machine piston and the specifications of the type of coffee machine used. Determining the optimal pressure on the coffee grounds will affect the taste of the coffee water produced and the speed of making a cup of coffee. This study uses the optimal pressure on the piston using the fuzzy inference method. The purpose of this research is to create a simulation for evaluating the performance of a coffee machine using fuzzy logic to solve the problem of damage to the piston. The fuzzy approach in this research uses the fuzzy Takagi Sugeno Kang method.

Abstract

In processing data science, data is needed as input. Sometimes the data needed does not exist in public data, this is where the purpose of this research is made. The acquisition process is so important to process information into data. After that, the data is processed to make a decision. Micro-controller in controlling conditions, such as temperature, and humidity are very common devices, and a lot of research has been done. Sometimes discussing it only shows how to create a series and save it on online platforms, such as firebase, tinger.io, and many others online platforms. So that the process of storing data on an external or online platform is an advantage for platform providers, where platform providers do not need to do business and get data for free. This is without realizing the researchers who have produced a micro-controller device. Many platforms for storing data range from hardware and software devices. Some devices are paid or open source. This research uses software tools that are open source. Because using open source-based tools it will be easy to develop and for further research purposes. The development of the following research by entering code into a micro-controller system or what is called an embedded system. Data is a very valuable asset. Because data is one of the most important components in processing in data science. And it is better to take care of the data logger. This research uses Arduino as a micro-controller and ultrasonic distance sensor and potentiometer
